Unless you want your punishment to be changed to being arrested." she replied to the chuunin. "As I said, right now I can teach him a few jutsus so you can do the job that was assigned to you, it would benefit him aswell if you assigned him a mission. You would reduce the number of missions left to finish your punishment and he would be closer to the Chuunin Exam." she said. If Kai kept disrespecting the Kage and skips her job, it would be worse for her and nobody else.
(If you want to be arrested then do as you please, or you could simply assign him a mission if he wants and be closer to free from your current punishment, as soon as these academy students learn elemental jutsus I will be testing them for genin rank, if they pass there will be more 2 genin to get missions)

 Konaga ShinjiIwagakure| Konaga Clan | GeninShinji was pretty confused with whatever was happening around him, so he simply stood there and waited for the two of them to finish whatever they were talking about. he had had no idea who this person was or why they were being punished, but more shocking then that was that she was defying the Kage to her face and in front of other ninja. Shinji didn't really know what to do... he wanted to answer the Kage, but the two of them kept going back and forth.
On Kai's last words however, Shinji turned his head quickly, staring with open eyes in shock at how she had called the Tsuchikage a pig and then OINKED in her presence. Shinji immediately took a few steps back, very slowly, not wanting to be anywhere near the Kage after what Kai said. If this woman was anything like his mother... he would soon have to duck and cover to simply survive the response that would come from such an insult. Continuing to back away slowly, Shinji kept his mouth shut during the ordeal, not wanting to risk coming between anything that may transpire between the two in the wake of their argument.

"I see then you chose that option." she said and whistled. An ANBU squad that had been asked by the Tsuchikage's secretary to keep an eye on Kai comes into the scene. "Her punishment of treason has changed from assigning missions to the genin to prison." she said calmly. "Simplier than arguing would be you doing your job as you were told." ignoring her glare she yawned.
"Miss Kai, I ask you to come with us." an ANBU said to Kai and walked towards her.
"I will help you to take her to the prison." she said to the ANBU and looked at Kai. "You say I'm the pig but the one who oinked was you. Ms little pig"

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Chunnin|Iwagakure! "I only spoke your language of thy pigs." She said, jumping into the tree ands ticking her toung at them. "Lets play a game was tag ok? No fighting just lets see how fast you guys are." She said, the tree was dark from the sun urning to set itself to darkness sos he was blending in with it to 'disappear' almost.

Konaga ShinjiIwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin"Treason?... just who the hell is this girl?" Shinji was more then confused now, but he felt his hand grow slightly twitchy at the sound of someone being treasonous agaisnt his own village, which he had vowed to protect and be a part of when becoming a Genin. He watched in awe as the ANBU moved to arrest Kai, only to drop his jaw as she attempted to run away from them. "What is she thinking?... running from the Kage and ANBU?" Not only did Shinji consider this dumb, but now he was mad to think that Kai thought she could get away with all of this.
As Kai leapt into the tree and stuck her tongue out at the Kage, announcing a sort of 'game', Shinji could take it no longer. He was new to the village, but to disrespect the Kage that way was unforgivable. Shadows or not, if the tree wasn't there, she couldn't hide in it. In a flash, Shinji burst forward with great speed, removing Forza from the clasp on his back with a large clanking noise as he neared the tree, spinning around as the blade's edge suddenly flared up with a violent white chakra which practically screamed off of the blade. Having channeled his bloodline augmentations through the metal, Shinji's sword hammered into the tree, splintering the trunk and bark completely as the tree's support was instantly destroyed, causing the tree to topple over away from them, which would force Kai out of it, and maybe give the ANBU time to catch her before she was able to leave the grounds.

"Soru." she said and quickly moved from where she was to close to Kai, on the tree. Where she was now has a few marks as if the ground was kicked several times. "Tag game? Alright, you are it." she said to Kai while standing in front of her. A skilled ninja would not be fooled in the dark.
The ANBU squad quickly jumped and surrounded the tree. If she tried to move out of that tree they were ready to chase after her and catch her eventualy. The ANBU squad is very well trained so even at night they would be able to chase after other shinobi.

Kai pushed herself off the branch and through leaves as she went air-born from the tree falling. Kai laughed a** he landed on the ground. She moved back, there were some trees but the shadows were growing in just the right time. "You have to play by my rules. Beat me to the gates and I'll go peacefully with out if not then I leave and you cannot hunt me down." She said, laughing strangely as she used her earth military movements to go underground and 'swim' under the Anbu and come up. "Na~ Na boo~ boo!" She said, att he entrance to the training grounds waiting for their move.

Thy will not listen to your terms, they will hunt you down regardless. Since this is Iwa, they most likely know earth military movement as well (Which would not get you there that fast. The only thing that can do that is shunshin). Seriously, your just asking for them to kill you now. And Cobra, speaking of Shunshin, did you post 5 times yet? rofl (No, no one else is supposed to get the joke))

((Honestly... I got bored... and decided to jump into the training grounds of Iwa.
I was surprised to see, not only Cobra, but Kai dissing the Tsuchikage, and ANBU...
o.o

"Soru" she said and quickly she got in front of Kai already. With a quick movement of her arm, she pushed her hand forward with a finger stretched. Kiyoko aimed for Kai's stomach. "Shigan." if her finger made contact and hit, it would stab her, leaving a wound simliar to a bullet wound but just as deep as her finger.
The ANBU also used Earth Military Movement technique and went after Kai as she went underground. Though Kai came up to the surface they didn't and kept themselves underground. 2 of them came up a bit but without leaving the ground to grab Kai's legs and stop her from being able to move.
(You aren't speed ninja, so I don't think you are faster than my rpc if you aren't kage. 2 ranks difference, taijutsu and speed type that boost speed and strength of my rpc, with that stated I guess it would be really hard for you to escape, nearly gmod if not gmod, without mentioning the ANBU squad, btw this squad has 4 members as a normal squad

Kai looked down as the ANBU grabbed her legs to stop her. The jab to her stomach pierced her skin as she spat out sme blood from the jab.
