A small framed girl skipped happily around the zoo. Her bright red hair shimmered in the sunlight and fell over her shoulders. She had always loved animals...maybe that's why she was able to shape shift. She was zoning out, looking at the animals with what seemed to be little interest. She wasn't having a good day today. Suddenly, she spotted a big white and black furry thing. "Panda!" she screamed with wide shiny eyes. She had always loved pandas. They were so chubby and cute. She started walking away from the monkey cage and up to the pandas, when she suddenly felt something hit her on the head. She turned around and there was a banana on the floor, next to her foot. She turned around and glared at the monkey, who seemed to be laughing and pointing at her. "Die stupid monkey, die!!!" she screamed and stuck her tounge out. Suddenly, all the monkeys started throwing bananas at her. "No!!~" she screamed and put her arms up to try and block.
A 'thump' was heard and Hotaru rubbed her head. She had fallen off the school bench. "What a strange dream..." she said with a slight pout. "Stupid monkey..." she glared at the floor and stood up. She didn't care if anyone had seen that, considering she didn't really care what people thought about her. She dusted herself off and watched as a silver haired girl ran right past her. She tilted her head and blinked curiously. 'Wonder where she's going...' she thought to herself then looked over at the boy who she had been with before.

Again Veer had been left alone. He had been called out here and hadn't even had a real conversation. He was already out of class so he might as well not go back today. He would probably just go back to his room and sit there for the rest of the afternoon listening to music then tomorrow everything would be back to normal. Veer started to walk back towards the dorms. He noticed a girl sitting on the bench as he walked by. Strange. He hadn't seen her before in school. He kept walking and said nothing.

Hotaru noticed a lonely looking boy walk by her and she tilted her head once again. One second she was her normal self, and the next, she was a small fox. She kicked her backpack off the bench with her hind legs and threw it on her back with her muzzle. She ran to the boy and wagged her tail slowly. She was usually easy to get along, and she hated seeing people alone. She didn't know why, it was just something that made her mad. She stopped in front of him and sat. "Hello!" she said happily. She was able to talk like any normal human, even when she was in the shape of any animal. "I'm Hotaru, and I'm new...pleased to meet you!" she said in a happy tone. She gave a sort of bow and sat once more. Her tail was still wagging energetically. 'I hope I'm not being annoying to him...' she thought and frowned to herself. She wouldn't want to do that. Those weren't her intentions at all.

Veer looked down and his eyes bugged out. That fox in front of him had actually just spoken to him. It really had. That was it. He had Hit his head today somewhere along the line. "what the. what the hell. its a talking fox." Veer was Dumbfounded. "Uh. Hi, i guess" Veer would just go along with it. It was all a dream and he would be back at his not so normal school when he woke up for another boring day.

Deisho was at the academy door. He still hadn't thought of anything to say to Jolie. He looked at Rose. Maybe she could do all the talking. She was lively, so that was sort of guaranteed. He came back from his thought, face-to-face with a door, he sighed. They were already at her door. Deisho rose his hand to knock on the door. The hand stopped centimeters alway from the door. He froze, not being properly ready for this moment.

Hotaru blinked up at the boy. He seemed suprised. She giggled and pawed at her muzzle. "Don't worry, you're not going insane...if that's what was going through your mind." She stood on all her four legs and walked in circles. She stopped and sat once more. She then shape shifted back to her normal self. Her hair was incredibly long and firey looking. It reached up to the back of her knees. "I'm a shapeshifter." she said with a cheeky smile. He looked disbelieving. She didn't want him to think this was all a dream. That would kind of defeat the purpose... She mentally shook herself and stretched out her hand. "Let me introduce myself properly. My name is Hotaru." her smile was friendly, and she hoped he wouldn't misunderstand her. Guys seemed to do that with her...

That made much more sense. A shape shifter. He wasn't actually going insane. "My name is Veer". He should have expected something like something like a shape shifter at this school.

Hotaru's hand was left in mid air. She pulled it back and fidgeted. "Nice to meet you, Veer." she said with yet another smile on her face. Her back pack was on the floor, and she reached down to grab it. She slung it on her back and scratched the back of her head. She needed to find her dorm room. "Ill see ya around, Veer." she said and waved. She ran towards the direction the silver haired girl had run off to. She needed to meet her...she didn't know why, but she felt as if she knew her. As if they had a connection. Hotaru frowned. She hated feeling like this. Her sneakers squeaked on the floor as she swiveled and ran by students. She spotted her and she grinned in delight...but she had turned to quickly. "Thump!" The sound echoed through the hallway. She had fallen...again. "Damn my clutzyness!" she cursed and got up. This time, she tried walking towards the girl. When she was behind her, she reached out and poked her back softly then tugged on her sleeve. 'Why does this all seem so familiar?' she thought to herself. She remembered that she always used to do this to catch her older sister's attention...but her older sister had disappeared years ago. "Excuse me.." she called out shyly, still tugging on her sleeve gently.

Jolie heard someones thoughts outside of her door but she couldn't identify them. "Come in if you're going to do it, I don't want this dorm anyway." She opened the door and came face-to-face with Deisho. Her nostrils flared and she quickly walked away from it back to her window seat, her anger was coming back full-tilt. "What the ******** do you want?" She squinted outside, fingering her mothers amulet.

Deisho knew this wouldn't go well. Her anger proved that much but he didn't think she would be that mad at him. Lowering his head, he slowly stepped inside. Deisho stopped in front of Jolie. "Im really sorry for the things I did...I believe that your hostility is understandable. But can you please forgive? I'll do anything you want if that means that you won't hate me." He spied the bag filled with her stuff. Shocked, Deisho rose his head. "You're leaving?! B-but why??" This was not bolding well.

Jolie looked up at Deisho and her eyes filled with water. "I don't belong here. This is not my place." Jolie looked down and a tear dripped on her mothers amulet but she held the rest back. "Wishing..." Jolie looked at Deisho. "All I did when I came here was wish, wish that I'd be good at classes, wish things would go perfect. Well, wishes don't come true unless you chase them, and I'm not doing that. I'm just leaving."
