After Yama left, LT slowly turned his head to look at Luo, after several seconds of starring at Luo, LT smacked himself in the face. "...really? you passed Yama? Im even surprised you passed Kai. Yama's sister did better than he did during the genin exam. Im sorry to say it but Zane had more concentration than he did, then again i should not have used Zane as an example cause he is prolly Kage right now, i just dont expect seeing yama up their in strength. he didnt realize at first about the images coming in backwards, that shows he didnt practice his mirror image jutsu. Also he didnt show you proper respect when upon entering. Also white fang is a little big of shoes for yama to fill." LT clearly was not impressed with the students so far this year. He expected more from them.
( twisted im evil to all of my students, none of them are good enough to become a shinobi of the mist.)

Fixing his stack of papers, Luo sighed. "You seem lacking in confidence when it comes to my decisions, and I find your lack of faith distrubing(lol). I passed Kai based on his ability to grasp the concept of jutsu quicker than his peers. Farther than that, if he is to learn to use and control his.....new found abilities and chakra level, it is imperative he delve into the ninja arts deeper. I'm surprised you didn't realize that off the bat LT. You're losing your touch for the ANBU captain. As for Yama, his character denotes needing responsibility to be tamed. Deny the bear food, and he will strike you. Teach it to catch its own food, and it will respect you. As for the mirror incident, it shows backwards thinking, something rare in a ninja. How do you expect your squad to tackle every obstacle they meet if everyone learns and thinks in the same manner? I don't want a squad comprised of replicas of the last bunch of academy students Tares, I want variety in my shinobi. A species which does not evolve will be wiped out. That is why they have passed. Besides, I believe Yamatano is capable of fulfilling the name, he'll either make his clan's legendary name known and feared once more, or die trying." Luo then gave a side glance to LT before muttering, "Don't forget who's position you filled Damascus, my father taught me every ANBU psychological analysis technique he knew. If you look at the notes I've written in their files, it's not just the normal drivel a kage's supposed to write about their performance. They're individual psychological assessments. Treat every ninja the same, and they won't strive to succeed over one another. Individualize them so that they feel it necessary to go forward. Now do you understand LT?" Luo then called out once more, just loud enough for the girl outside to hear him. "Aimi Himoto, you may enter."

Aimi sorta jumped out of her chair when she heard her name called, but was a little reluctant to poke her head in the doorway. She entered the room slowly,"Ummm... yes sir?", she managed to stammer out.

Placing his hands on the table, Luo stood slowly, his hat blinding his view for a moment. Walking over to her slowly with his head lowered as his robe shifted with every movement, he slowly began to lift his head to look at her. As his hand slowly rose, Luo wondered how dreadfully afraid his odd actions made the girl. His hand then stopped, turning on its side outstretched in front of him as his still face cracked a smile. "Good morning Aimi, my name is Luo Ushio. What can I help you with?"

Aimi Himoto Academy | Mist l Lothar l Medic  Aimi looked at the hand with reluctance until he cracked a smile her way. She really didn't have anything to be afraid of... ok maybe that guy in the corner..."Pleasure to meet you sir. I came here to learn about becoming a shinobi... more importantly a medical ninja. Heard those are in short supply after the... accident."

Luo nodded as he put his hand back down. "Ah, yes we are indeed in short supply after the attack. In all honesty, Kirigakure has always been in short supply since every ninja here wants to be another legendary swordsman of the mist. No one seems to realize without med-nin, that dream might not be possible for anyone. Anyway, I believe Dr. Chen is heading up med-nin training this semester. He has another student with him now, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind going back and teaching you the jutsu he's already taught the other kid. Knowing him, they probably haven't gotten that far. He's quite the perfectionist. Be sure to stay on his good side too, he tends to get angry if it takes you longer than he expected to learn anything."

Waving, Luo walked back to his seat and sat, tapping his fingers as his head lay in his left hand. "Where the hell are the rest of the students? I've got more work to do, and I can't sit in this room all day." If there was one thing Luo hated to do, it was be idle. He needed to keep busy, whether visually, auditorally, or physically. He was incapable of just sitting and staring at a wall.

Fordon entere the tower and using his skills as a hunter ninja silently slipped by the annoying women and to the exam hall. he knocked once before entering. he bowed to the Mizukage and said " my lord i was wondering if you had anything for me to do."

LT sighed, "Yes sir, your right again, I think its the lack of sleep thats getting to me. Your right about the students though, i just expected more of them sir, I wanted them to be perfect for you and for our village." LT stood and walked over to greet Fordon. "Chunnin, did my House bring you honor and good service? How were the weapons? Oh and if you want to do something for the Mizukage, try finding the rest of the genins and sending them here."

"your house always brings honor to the mist sempai. and yes i found the service helpful and i know the weapons are in productions by master blacksmiths and will be finished in a few weeks. and i found the price was not to hefty either which was a relief. and the rest of the genins eh? should be easy enough for a tracker. but which ones have you seen already?"

"LT, I appreciate you concern. But not every ninja can be as good as you and I at that age. Give them a chance to prove their worth to you, I'm sure you'll find them quite capable soon enough." Luo then noticed Fordon and sighed. "The only ones I've seen are Yamatano Hatake, and Kaizen Mimoru. I need to see Kanzuki Ozen, and Riku Yukimora. I believe they're still at the beach. But you can send a clone in your stead if you'd like." Luo then gave Fordon an odd look as he muttered something barely audible to him, "And how did your day with my cousin go if I may ask Cordell?"

Fordon walked over to a nearby water cooler and poured out some water. then using the water reflection clone technique made a clone. the clone nodded at Fordon then opened a window and hopped out. Fordon then went next to his lord so their conversation would be between only the two of them. "We went for a walk out to the Demascus lodge and back. we grabbed some ramin and ate it at the compund. she is a very wonderful young woman. she is smart and funny and rather attractive... well i did not realize it till part way through that there was romantic intentions involved. i wish i had known that before... im not sure what to do my lord" Fordon finished giving Lord Luo a look of confusion and pain. he was unsure what to do next and without any clue how to handle the situation.

Luo seemed to chuckle slowly before sighing finally. "That girl would walk for days if her legs would permit it. Well, Mai's a very bright girl, and that's saying a lot considering I'm from the same family of studious people. Not many people get to study the hero water unsupervised, much less at her age. Don't take her gender for a weakness, she's capable of understanding more than you might think. Women in general are...well they're an odd bunch. Men are like taijutsu, straight forward, direct, and to the point. Females however are more genjutsu-like in nature. Subtle, confusing, and quite often difficult to grasp. I've never been one for romance save for one or two girls here or there, so I'm afraid I'm not the one to look to for help in this area. I could tell you psychologically how in general the female brain works, but that's all just theory. If you want real advice, ask LT over there. Zane and I used to call him the son of Eros. We poked fun at him when he was late and said it was probably because some female was holding him up. If there's anyone who you should talk to, it's him. But I will say this for Mai, don't beat around the bush with her. She's an impatient person, and she's growing pretty quickly. Pretty soon I'm going to be beating boys away from my door on a daily basis." Luo sighed at the thought. In all honesty, Luo had brought home in his short life up to twelve girls from the rank of genin up until the one he left to train. However, none lasted more than two weeks. It was his brain that got in the way of things. Too much analyzing and not enough feeling is what one girl told him. He just didn't like to date anyone who he thought was stupid.
