She gasps out as you put her hand into her head and her eyes are filled with blue instead of silver. "Ri..Ri...Rik" The memory was slippign away and she fought to bring it to bay but the memory fought back as well. Once his hand had left her head she breathes in, her eyes still blue.
L1: "What just happened." L2: "I excperienced the same thing, that was a rush." L1: "Who was that?" L2: not sure, but we should follow it." She turns to Varon and takes his hand. "Thank you, very much sir." Curtisies gracefully L1: She also curtsies tying to copy the same grace.

"I've never been to a dance before..."Ristuka admitted rather embarrassed. Ristuka shifted before pausing for a brief second. She then brought Zexon up to her face, 'She? Aki is a she. Hmm I feel as though I should be surprised but Im not.'She shifted again and looked upwards.

"Me neither!" Aki chimed brightly, not the slightest bit ashamed. She'd only been on earth for a short amount of time anyway. "Dancing might be a little hard. You're a lot taller. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? The taller guy leads, not the shorter one?" She shrugged her shoulders and grinned. "Plus... I don't know how to do it! Sorry~"
Zexon's little body went rigid in Ristuka's palm. ...whoever said she? he asked, staring up at her as innocently and confused as he could fake. God, he'd let it slip... And he'd been doing so well!

Austin moved slowly with Rain while she searched for her answer. She looked oddly serene with her eyes closed... Catching himself staring, Austin shook his head lightly for a moment, looking off to regain his mental balance before looking back at Rain again. 'Ah. Paris. Hmm...' "I'm from Dallas, Texas, In the 'States." It felt like an un-impressive answer, no matter how great Dallas was in his heart. Austin kicked himself mentally for being ashamed of his hometown, but couldn't help feel a bit dwarfed by how much cooler Paris sounded.

Evie slipped into the doorway, and paused, standing there with a blank look as she stared around herself. The colors were dizzying, the crowd frightening, and she began to wonder why she'd even come. But, it was her first day, and there was some sort of Halloween dance going on. She didn't want to miss it. She could meet someone here! If she ever got herself to go in.
She took a deep breath, calming herself, and slowly slipped into the room. She felt smaller than usual, her arms curling lightly around her frame as if trying to protect herself. What if someone had seen that video? It'd gotten a lot of hits on youtube in its time. How many people here knew about that site..? She bowed her head a little bit, letting her dark hair hand in her face, but then regained control and lifted herself again, straightening. She didn't want to appear like some kind of social reject. She hadn't exactly dressed up, but it seemed not many had. She was wearing jeans and a t-shirt, and that was pretty much it. The large headphones she never parted with were settled around her neck, the cord trailing down to a back pocket of her pants. For now, the mp3 player within was turned off.
Breathing out a sigh, she swerved her way around the crowd and decided to bypass the dance floor and hover about the snack table instead. Some blue haired girl had devoured most everything around her section, so she swayed to the other end and cautiously picked up a cookie. She began nibbling at it, peering over the top as her eyes darted between the various people in the room. A school for people like her... and unlike her, but everyone with their own special trait. She wanted to know what they could do.

Lancaster laughed and began to dance to a song he hummed for the two of them. One two three one two three. Quick quick slow, quick quick slow Just like this Little miss Phae. He spun her around and smiled to her. I'm glad you enjoy your chats with me. It seems you have also fallen under my spell of love. It is a curse that I was blessed with such looks, ladies fall for me wherever I go. He continued to dance and suddenly stopped for a moment and stared off at nothing in particular.

"Are you deaf?" Phae was clearly upset now. He could only go on pretending it wasn't happening for so long. She guessed he wasn't used to girl's actually denying his advances. She was sure if it were different circumstances she wouldn't be. She was rather thankful when he suddenly stopped. She wasn't sure why he did it but it gave her enough time to pull away. She breathed in slowly. Egotistical or not she wasn't sure if he knew how close she'd almost come...if she'd gotten anymore upset while he was still holding her... She shuddered. She couldn't control her powers when she was in an emotional state, and in her annoyance she was getting very emotional. She realized she was still touching his arm and quickly pulled away as if it had suddenly become a snake.

Ryu now turned to the other girl and smiled to her. "She seems shy, but I'm sure she'll open up eventually." He bowed his head. "How are you enjoying the dance?"
Ryu was rather happy about the turn of events. He was the friendly type. He was glad that he hadn't attracted girls who assumed his 'advances' were steps towards proposal.

Staring still Lancaster seemed as if the lights were on but no one was home. Then the lights flashed for a moment. He looked around and took Phae's hand again. Princess Phae the song has not ended just yet. He smiled and went back to dancing but something seemed very very strange his eyes seem to be different, so did his hair but it was so minute it was even hard to tell a difference. Do you remember Ms Phae? Quick quick slow.

"I had that red potion over there. It is quite fizzy for a potion though, and very tasty" she noted.
"She seems a lot like your sister with the shy part though. And the stubborn part too" she admitted to him while giggling.
Cat watched on as after a little bit Cam came back, this time bringing with her the man she was dancing with. "A pleasure to meet you mate. The name's Xavoko." he said to Ryu, smiling genuinely.
Xavoko couldn't mean any harm, quite honestly he could be downright silly sometimes. For now, he looked sophisticated but even so he chuckled.

Phae pulled away again. She had to tell him. If she didn't she would hurt him. She'd at least keep the other secret she was keeping a secret. And maybe if he knew what was going on he would finally leave her alone. "I'm getting upset. I can't control my power. I don't want to hurt you. Please." She realized something was changing about him. She wasn't sure what it was. It was very slight.
***
Ryu blinked and then realized that she was talking about Phae. He sighed and nodded his head. "My sister is.." his voice trailed off. He knew that Phae was very private about her problems. Normally she would eventually have to tell her one secret, but the other (the one he thought was more important) she kept to herself.
"She seems like she doesn't care..but she does." He sighed. "I just wish she would make a friend." He smiled at Xavoko. "I've never seen you around the school. Are you new?"

Varon stared at the spot where Luna previously occupied, a confused expression crossing his features. Bringing his hand to his forehead in a gesture of resignation, he sighed, 'People these days... make about as much sense as a maggot in the desert.'
As he made his way around the crowd and towards the door, there was an incredible urge to stick around. The day have born little potential fruit, but he might still salvage the opportunity. He needed a vantage point- somewhere with a clear view of both the dance floor, the surrounding area, and the door. The snack table provided such possibilities, 'Excelent!'
Approaching the table where a couple were discussing the possibility to go dancing, and who might lead the other. It wasn't close to his interests, so he ducked behind them- between the table and the wall. The staff attending it had long retired, he recalled being told the institution was low on human resources. They managed to cope by building a few androids, but there's only so much they can do. Standing across from him was yet another ore mine... now all he had to do was to bring his pickaxe and see if he struck gold.
Grabbing two plastic cups from a pile Varon slowly approached the girl, who seemed to be staring out in the opposite direction and to the crowd. Ice cubes rose from the bag at his side and settles in the cups before he spoke out in a cheerful tone, "Wery well, miss! Would you like something to drink? Juice? Soda? Water, perhaps? Come now, we wouldn't want to put the talents in Ria to waste! What can I get you?"

Evie jolted. Her eyes widened, and her body gave a lurch of surprise, as she turned to see a man standing behind her. "U-um..." she stammered, pointing a single finger at herself, as if questioning if she was really who he was talking to. He was already holding cups of ice, and offering her a drink, and she looked completely bewildered. "Do... Are you working here?" she asked blankly. She seemed completely lost as to why someone would just come up and offer her at random if they weren't volunteering or something.
"I... I guess a soda?" She blinked, glancing around and along the table. She could easily get it herself, but if he was offering... And if it really was a volunteer job type thing, she shouldn't take his work away from him, should she? Oh gosh, her head was spinning from this simple little interaction. It'd caught her completely off guard.
Though, after a few seconds, she seemed to regain herself slightly, and one hand cautiously stuck out toward him. If he wasn't a volunteer, then he was possibly just being friendly. She didn't wish to offend him. "Um... it's nice to meet you...? I'm Evie." If she'd made a friend already, then perhaps her stay here wouldn't be so bad. He didn't seem to recognize her from any online sources either, so maybe no one would? If only she could be so lucky.

Varon set the cups on the table, reaching for another, "Oh, must we be so tense? Relax! The harvest is here and we must celebrate this excess! To commemorate the marvelous theme of this haunting celebration" The three cups now in front of him; a slight wave of his hand seemed to transform two of them into elaborate goblets carved with the image of a tall skull, glaring at you with a pair of bright red orbs made of ruby from the sides; between each side, bat wings extended outwards. The third was a simple chalise made from a dark purple glass with golden edgings.
Varon took the chalise in his hand, "Oh, but must you be so vague? There are innumerable kinds of soda around the world! Lemon? Grape? Orange? Cola? Any combination? The possibilities are endless!" Tilting the cup in his hand, as if to pour imaginay water- surprisingly enough, an eerie-green fountain drink poured down into the goblets, filling them up almost half of the way, "Might I suggest a Hallows Eve special? It's a delightful concoction, I assure you. And, for the finishing touch..." Cubes of dry ice were added, making the mixture bubble and a cold mist cover the inside of the goblets and pouring out into the table.
The chalise was tossed over his shoulder, immaterializing behind him as Varon held up the goblets, offering Evie the one in his right hand, "And I am known by the name of Lucien Lachance: Master Sorcerer, employed by the finest of institutions to further their knowledge of the arcana unknown. It is a great pleasure to be in your company on this finest of evenings."

Again, Evie was left baffled and jumping at every little thing he did. The first time really caught her off guard, when he set the cups down and they simply... changed. She flinched, her hand jerking up to cover her face, shielding herself from an imaginary threat. Those eyes were... glaring at her, and she didn't like it. "H-how did you..?" she began, but was quickly distracted by the third cup, now chalice. "U-um, I don't... m-maybe a..?" But then the green liquid started pouring, and she completely gave up trying to pick her own favorite. She stared transfixed upon the sight, wondering where it came from, and flinched yet again as the ice was adding, the mystery drink bubbling and fizzing over the table.
He must really like Halloween.
"...is it safe?" she asked, hesitantly accepting it, her fingers cautiously avoiding the eyes of the glass. She even kept them pointed away from herself so she couldn't see. She lifted it to her nose and gave a slight sniff, her eyes peering down at it, and then back toward him as he introduced himself in such a grandeur manner. She felt quite dull in comparison. "N-nice to meet you..." Though, with a title like that, it should be her pleasure to be in his company, not the other way around. "So... you... work with the school? Th-that's neat." She offered a tentative smile, as she finally tipped the goblet to her lips, taking a tiny little sip.

Ristuka leaned over and sniffed Aki again. She had wondered what that odd twist was. Now she knew. Aki is a girl. 'You let it slip my little friend. Dont worry though. I wont tell her.' Ristuka smiled at Aki, "Dont wo9rry. I've never danced before so I dont think that plan would have worked out so well."
