Your childhood sounds like it was wonderful, I'm sorry about what happened to your town. Truly I am. However, I don't pity you, you don't deserve pity. Hisikata said.
She turned and stated walking away, following the scent from earlier, not caring if she was answered or not. Still walking she went on talking.
Why are you so loyal to Ophelia, because she spared you? Is that it? Or is there more? The vampire inquired. You are a strange one Opcapta, do you realize that? So very strange.
She fell silent walking father away, she reconigzned the scent now, it was tears, someone ws crying, but why?

Isha's movements calmed from the unusual cool feeling she just recieved. She looked around incredulously wondering who sent it, thinking it was an old friend of hers. She recieved Ramella's message and looked toward her, guessing that she did it.
'Thanks... I'm not sure of the demon's name. Neither he nor Reki disclosed their names during their fight. Once I noticed him, Reki charged in after him. I hope I get to see him.'
She slightly squezed her hands she had folded together comfortably in front of her and smiled.

Hisikata found the source of the tears. Outside an empty rundown shack sat to small children. The children were girls, both of them blonde and blue eyed, wearing matching white dresses that looked more like rags. The younger of the two wore her hair in two short pigtails, the older had her hair pulled back into a ponytail that reached her shoulders. The vampire approached the crying girls, smiling gently. The children shrank back, they had senn her fangs and were frightened. Hisikata knelt before the girls and patted them both one the head.
Why are you crying little ones? she asked soothingly. Don't be afraid I do not wish to harm you, I would never hurt a child.
The little girls stopped crying and blinked at Hisikata.
There that's better. Hisikata smiled. Do you have names?
The older girl stepped foward a little bit and spoke.
My name is Callie. she stated boldly, then she pointed at her younger sister. This is Emmy.
Hello Emmy, Callie, it's a pleasure to meet you my name is Hisikata. Hisikata said. How old are you? Can you tell me why you innocent children are in a place like this? Are your parents here?
I'm six and Emmy is two. Callie stated proudly. We woke up here, we don't know where mommy and daddy are, can you help us find them?
I'm sorry,but I'm afraid I can't help you, because you can't ever go home, this is Hell. Hisiskata said quietly. I think I know what happened, some sick and crazy monsters stole your souls and brought you here, probably to eat you. From your scent I'd say that have been here for at least three months, which makes it impossible to go home. Don't worry I'll take care of you until I can find a trustworthy person to take you in.
The girls looked horrified during Hisikata's little talk, but as it finished they smiled again.
Are you gonna be are big sister now? Callie asked.
Of course I will, I always will be. Hisikata said sweetly.
Both girls suddenly hugged the vampire.
Thank you Hi-kun! They said at the same time.
Hi-kun huh? So she had a nickname now? Oh well kids are kids. Hisikata picked Emmy and held her in her right arm, she took Callie's hand in her left one. The vampire and two small girls started walking back the way Hisikata had come. Soon the others came into view, Opcapta being the closest. Emmy and Callie shuddered and tears welled up in there eyes.
Don't worry, I'm here, I'll keep you safe. Hisikata whispered. Besides...
she raised her voice making sure Opcapta could here.
There's nothing scary about him, he's weak, wouldn't harm a butterfly. I've seen teddy bears scary than him. Hisikata laughed. You know what I bet I could whip his butt in a fight at any given moment!
Hisikata was enjoying her mocking, she would have mocked the others,but she thought it wise to to upset Ophelia and she didn't know the newcomers well enough yet. Finally she came to a stop next to the boy she had been mocking moments ago. Callie hugged Hisikata, hiding slightly behind her leg. Emmy buried her head into Hisikata's shoulder and refused to look up. Hisikata found this amusing, but she also knew that they would need time to trust the others the way they trusted her, even if it was only by a fraction.

Adrian Konstanze Werden Adrian winked at Zindell as she spoke. "A General, huh? Well... I don't suppose that YOU would want to join me, would you?" Her laughter was fluid and melodic. She knew that his answer would, of course, be 'no', but she felt the need to make a joke to lighten the mood.
The General grinned a wide grin as she looked over the line of men. "Zindell is right. There is no need to be so formal. I will not force any of you to come with me because it is ultimately your choice. I should let you know that whoever comes with me will receive nothing less than the best accomadations that Heaven has to offer. Food and housing will be provided free of charge. You will be able to visit Kurai Island whenever you wish, so long as you notify me beforehand. Now... With that said, let's get this started."
The Seraphim stood in front of the first man in line, hands on her hips. He, like most on Kurai Island, had silver hair and eyes. His hair was long, and two strands of the argentine threads were spun into petite braids that draped over his left shoulder. His clothing was an art form in itself; black and white strips of cloth, accented with reds and blues. Adrian caught herself wondering if the man ever got cold wearing a shirt that was hardly there. She chuckled inwardly at the thought, but outwardly smiled warmly at him before speaking. "Please state your name, age, and any weapons or special abilities you have in your possession."
The General could hardly contain her childlike excitement, or the butterflies that seemed to flutter about in her stomach.Morgance Myst Haevynstorm Morgance's ears perked at the new tone that Kestral's voice had taken on. He seemed almost interested in Elyria's annoying banter in her head. "Um.. Yeah, she was..." She looked up at Kestral, blushing a bit. "She was making fun of my clumsiness... As usual. Heh... She does that alot. But more often than not, she's pretty friendly. Erm... That is, as friendly as a dragon could be." I could be mean, you know? Would you like that? The angel chuckled a bit and shook her head. "No, no. I like you just fine the way you are, Elyria."
The young Seraphim continued walking alongside Kestral. Admiring the landscape along the way. Everything seemed to be beautiful here.
"I wish Heaven was more like your island, Kestral. I usually struggle to find anything to occupy my time. That's why I train so much; gives me something to do. Adrian's always got her nose in her stupid strategy books. She used to be fun, but now she's more business than anything. Morgance sighed, thinking of how the woman she lived with used to go out with her. They would often visit the Mortal Plain and take nature walks and just admire the scenery. "I can't wait to see the lagoon, Kestral! Heaven... Well... Heaven is just clouds and houses really. Not at all like everyone seems to think. Nothing special, though I'd probably get in trouble if anyone heard me say that! She giggled once again, excited that she would get to see water.

 The rather small man stepped back a bit as he nodded his head down, a rather casual attempt at a bow.
"Um... My name is Rage, well my real name is Myrdor, but I prefer to be called Rage." said the man quickly, trying to avoid all the strange faces people were making at him.
"I had no idea what his real name was." said a few of the men further down the line.
"Anyway, I don't have much power on my own, but I have a pet phoenix named Eldryn that enables me to use advanced Fire and Wind techniques. He can also transform into armor and a sword to protect me. Eh, I'm not much for combat unless it finds me, I am however adept at espionage and tactical support... sorry, I know that's not going to do you much good."
"He's a good spy!" coughed the green haired man two people over from Rage.
"Ugh... Yes, I don't like that word, but yes. I'm a great spy. I can disguise myself flawlessly and use the shadows to my advantage. Oh! And I'm twenty two." He finished, ruffling his bangs with his right hand and covering his eye with his palm as he grinned somewhat shyly.

((errr.. actually opcapta was challenging hisakata to a spar. He was referring to Hisikata as "my lady" as a term of respect and gentlmen like quielties LOL. And for some reason these posts are not in order and its driving me insane!!!! stupid gaia ))
