Tyr Hawk in ff7. There's no contest. emerald pwns Ultima in that one. no questions asked... but otherwise... compared to most ultimas... emerald still pwns. though i suppose it cant really be said because emerald is only in one game, while ultima spans for quite a few. and in each ultima's power varies greatly from the next. but overall.. the ultima's woint joint attack and BAM. Emerald= no chance in hell. so Ultima. Plus, his name is shared with the ultimate magical attack ^_^ *Points* Eh, It's Omega, not Ultima.

Omega would pown Emerald's a**. But on the other hand, Emerald can actually SWIM.... I'd go with tie.

well since I never layed ff7, I went with Omega weapon...
god, don't even get me started on that beast.
Level 100 for all of the characters and still it took me about.. oh gee, I don't know, about 10-20 different tries to beat that damn thing.
Guess what though, after I finally beat it, once I was going into the time compression my file got deleted 'cause my dad's an idiot.. though I had a file before that was in Ultimacia's (sp?) realm in her castle.
I was so sad though, 'cause the file that got deleted, my g/f and I were working on getting Doom Train, we were trying to get the 3 items neededc, though we had 2/3 of them at the time, we were so close, so we just decided to give up and re-play the whole famn game. sweatdrop

Not really sure, I think I voted for Edea though. She's pretty damn powerful, though now that I think about it, I'd say a tie between the 2 just because they would both be pretty powerful.
Though, Seymour is hawt.. but I only say this because he's hot when he's alive, after that he just went downhill, not surprise though, right?
Edea is pretty strong, took me alittle while to beat her, as for Seymour, he just never dies (ok well he's dead but that;s not the point) don't you go against him atleast 4 times throughout the game? Talk about not giving up. I mean he's inside Sin for gods sake, he's just everywhere.
Atleast Edea finally gets out of Ultimecia's mind control later in the game and helps your party out, she's the smart one. 3nodding

ahem... sorry ^_^... just yeling at myself for being so stupid...
anywho... overall, I've got to say Edea. Honestly she was rather powerful and could show off that power quite nicely. Seymour was annoying... period.
Sure, he was good and had Anima... but we're not hiding behidn summons here. Seymour was weak and even i can take his annoying, blue haired, guado @$$ anyday...
ok, so maybe not really. but close e-freakin-nough

Ahh no! I definately can't pick from Seifer and Reno.
Both are kick-a** characters and both hot.
Either way, I couldn't decide between the two.
