Kirai's smile faded some, and she said softly, "Don't worry, I am very happy to see another person. Since my death about two hundred years ago, becoming a nosferatu, things have been rather lonely around here. You can go ahead and tell me whatever you wish, alright Phantom?"

"A long time ago, after the great war here, I ran into Doyle. He and I were happy for a while, but then Avarice showed up. Doyle left and I haven't seen him since. Avarice and I. We got married. He claimed you dead. We had two children together. Twins. I swear on all my children Kirai, if I would have known that you were alive, I would have never married him, would have had children with him. I am torn, afraid. I didn't want to hurt you."

The little bit of Kirai's smile faded, she sat there, limp, and stunned. He... is that why...? She suddenly stood up and turned around, standing with her back against Phantom, holding her hand up to her mouth, frozen, not even breathing.

Edward walked back in to make sure both parties were still alive. He didn't say anything, nor try to comfort Kirai, for he knew that she most likely would just turn away. But he was there to give her to option to come to him if she wanted to.

Phantom sighed and stood up. "Please try to understand. I feel horriable, I wish to go back in time and change it all. Please, I don't want things to be bad between us, and I don't want to ruin anything anmore."

Kirai took a slow breath out. "No... I don't blame you at all, Phantom. It's Avarice..." She turned around. Her eyes and expression were colder than ice, pure hate and rage in her stare. "Avarice is the one I hate."

"What are you going to do with his body? If you hate him why keep him? I can give him to his daughter, she can do what ever the hell she wishes with him. Then we can take revenge later." Phantom walked slowly up to Kirai. "I didn't want to do this to you, and you know that. I wish I could make things even between us."

Kirai sighed, and shook her head. "I truely loved Avarice, never questioned anything, would take care of everything..." She tightened her hand into a fist so hard her nails dug into her skin, and a bit of blood came out of the small piercings. Closing her eyes, she opened them again, looking at Phantom, then down at her feet. "Yes... we'll dispose of the body." Putting her other hand on Phantom's shoulder for a moment, she then sat down again. "He loved me, he promised me..." She started crying, putting her hands over her face. "We took care of two children together, lived together, fought together, nearly died together several times... then we were both killed." She removed her hands from her face. "Didn't he love me...? Did he even try to protect me, or did he just let me die..." Looking back up at Phantom, she bit her lip then said, "I'm sorry... he did this to you, too."

Phantom sat on the ground infront of Kirai and took her hands in hers, starting to cry as well. "He cheated on you, with me. I'm more then pissed. He had babies with me, loved me, warmed my bed, but he left for months at a time. He changed for a while, was good, but then he turned into such a monster, I couldn't live with it anymore. He, corupted my daughter, made my son afraid of him, I can't forgive him for anything anymore. He used me. I can't say that I didn't love him, but I can say that he hurt us more times then he knew. I think we should hurt him back."

"We'll kill him, as soon as he gets back from hell... his vacation shall be short, I assure you." Kirai said, blood on her cheek streaking down from tears she shed moments earlier, the dark red glistening like garnet against her white skin.

"Dana wants her father back and she will do what ever it takes to bring him back. Nothing will stop her. She can bring ashes back to life, bodies, ancient bones, you name it. Avarice's soul is too strong and will be too easy to bring back. I hate having an evil daughter." She rubbed her face and sighed. "I want to kill him, but I don't think Dana will let us. We will just have to break his heart like he broke ours when he comes back."

Kirai didn't look at Edward, but said, "Why do you think I've been studing the dark arts for so long... Edward? Alchemy, legends, Avarice's research..." She moved her eyes towards him, glancing at him. "I've known, for a long time, just to kill who killed me to get my soul back."

Kirai then added, looking at Phantom. "We'll give her the body, then we can both find out who killed the two of us... and get our proper taste of vengence against him." She was known as Wrath for a reason... now, her name, 'hate', was proven to be true as well.
