Covered in filth, Jessie stepped out of the dumpster and walked hastily down the alleyway with an armful of haf-eaten food. Reaching for the key, she unlocked the door and stepped inside. Not wanting to stay dirty for too long, she dropped the food off on the table and headed for the bathroom, going to shower off.

Mike laughed a little. He wouldnt mind paying Warakai back for trying to steal his boat. He had a huge debt to pay anyway. But he also didnt want to be out here alone. If guards were to comb the beaches, Mike didnt want to get outnumbered and killed. Plus, he really did want to accompany everyone else, as much as he didnt want to set foot into that city again.
He didn't want to be alone anymore.

"I suppose we could both escort you" Warakai said jumping down from his boat, he smiled broadly adjusting his sword "it would probably be best to get off the coast after what we just did" he said pointing toward the wreckage.

Leith stood and watched as Lucien disappeared through some portal. She smiled at warakai and mike and brushed her hair from her face again by habit, "you guys don't have to escort me, but I think I'd really like the company." she tilted her head and looked in near confusion at Kai, "what do you mean we should go off shore? Take the boat and risk using thier dock? No way."

"Right, well, let's get on it." Leith nodded as she gave a look back at the still smoldering and smoking wreckage of the ship then at the small fire at her feet. She kicked sand over it and looked towards the city. "So, Mike, can you remember where you fell? That seems to be the safest way back into the city."

'Safest?' Mike raised his eyebrows. 'The safest way almost killed me.'
Mike vaguely remembered, since it was pitch black outside now. He knew it was close to the boat by a few yards away. He could direct them, but it'd be a very rocky climb. However, it would be easier going up.
Well, unless someone slipped back down to the bottom.
"We should conceal your boat, Warakai," Mike suggested. "In case they do try to comb the beach."
But Mike didnt know of any hiding places. He wasnt even sure if there was a cove of grotto around. It would take a while, but maybe they could find one.

"Maybe" Warakai said looking at his beached boat "thats probably a good idea actually but is there anywhere to stash it nearby" he asked looking around.

Locking the bathroom door, Jessie turned on the hot water for the shower. While waiting for the water to heat up, which only took a few seconds, Jessie took off her crossed belts which held her holsters and her pistols. However, she didn't take anything more off than that. Sighing, Jessie stepped into the shower fully clothed, trying to get all of the filth and grime off of her clothing and hair. Once her halfcloak was clean, she too took that off and draped it over the towel rack to let it dry, but that was it. Closing her eyes, she stood under the stream of hot water in her sleeveless shirt, tight shorts and boots. It felt too good for words. She was content to let her mind wander.

"maybe there's a cove nearby or a sea cave preferably." leith shrugged as she looked to the tattered boat. Suddenly an evil thought came over her. "we could sink it untill we were ready for it..."

When Leith said sink, he almost opened his mouth to protest. Then he remembered he was in the company of two water Elementals. They could easily conceal the boat, if not Lucien. Mike knew if they searched for a cove, it would take grueling hours to push the boat around with them, or even to scout back and forth.
Sinking their own boat would be the best. Mike didnt know the extent of everyone's capabilities, but he knew they knew what they were doing.

Warakai smiled "this is a boat from the Inkarran tribe of the Sarrakon it isn't quite so simple to just sink it" he said looking at what had been his means of transportation for two years now. "I suppose if Leith was willing and able to help me we could take it out a few hundred yards and fill it with water" he said rubbing the back of his neck still not enjoying the idea of sinking his boat "but I will have to take all my supplies and equipment out of there and hide it somewhere before we sink it" he finished rubbing his chin not wanting to sink it at all.

Mike thought for a moment, then nodded.
"Im sure it will be easy for the both of you, and I can hide your things," Mike commented, then said, unsure, "But if there's a drop off somewhere, and your boat really sinks, will you be able to unsink it?"

"I know it's a big deal for you to sink her, warakai, but it really is the easiest thing. And I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be too terribly difficult to unsinkable her once I rest up a bit and get some more strength up. Sure i'm wore out from earlier but I think I have the energy to sink a boat and swim back. Plus, we really need to get out of here right away." leith said as she found a strip of jerky in mike's coat pocket and chewed on it, hoping it would lend her some extra strength. She stared at the boat And the water for a moment, letting her words sink in and organizing a plan. "you ready to say goodbye?"
