Karin gave him a gentle smile. "I am glad you like it. It really is a beautiful place here that Lady Kazuyo has found and made into a pet paradise. There are pools, hot springs, gardens, forest, you name it. I don't think I have met a single person who has been displeased with this place since I got here. Even the grouchy ones don't complain."

"Wow, that is very impressive," he said starting to walk around to explore. He waited for her, since he did not know his way and he was curious what all she would show him. He waited somewhat patiently, still loving around constantly. He looked over at her then, and stared at her for a few moments, mesmerized. He was really beginning to want to know more about her, but he was content to wait until she volunteered the information.

Karin heading in the direction of the hot springs, knowing them to have restorative powers. She stepped in slowly before beckoning him to join her. "Come on in, the water is nice and good for you too. I bet you would like this." It was obvious that she was completely at ease in the water.

He nodded, walking into the water cautiously because he had never seen a hot spring before. He swam in rivers all the time, but this place had a different smell to it. However, once he was in the water, he sank down slowly, enjoying it alot. It was warm and it made all of his wounds feel better after a mior burning sensation when he first walked into it. "I like this, it is very warm. What is the smell, besides the sulfer which is obvious?"

Karin shrugged her shoulders. "To be honest, I have no idea. I just know it to be good for your health. I would guess that the smell comes from the minerals in the water from the rocks. Otherwise, I have no idea what to tell you as I honestly do not know myself. I apologize for not having the answer you seek." Karin answered politely.

"It is not a big deal, I was just curious." he said, smiling at her. Then, he sank up to right below his nose in the water and sighed contentedly. He looked at her and was confused a little. She was very polite, but he was not entirely sure she wanted to have to deal with him. However, he was too scared that he may be right to actually ask her about it, so he just forced himself to let it go.

Karin, always perceptive, could tell that something was bothering him. So she swam up beside him and asked, "Will you tell me what is wrong? What is bothering you?" she asked and gave him a small, confiding smile.

"It's really nothing, I just was worried you did not really want to be here." he said, turning red as he did. He was hoping that should would want to be his mate eventually, but he did not want to push her into if it was not what she wanted for sure. He held back these thoughts, although reluctantly, until a more suitable time.

Karin looked at him confusedly. "May I ask what gave you the impression that I did not want to be here. I very much enjoy your company." she said reassuringly, not understanding why he thought she wished to be elsewhere.

"You are very polite, but you just seemed a little distant, I was just wondering if it was because you did not want to be here." he said, lushing a little still. He was still debating about asking her to mate, but he decided now that he would simply wait until she seemed a little more comfortable and happy around him, but he would ask her as soon as possilble otherwise. After all, the worst that could happen is that she could say no.

Karin smiled at him. "I am sorry, guess I am a little reserved. When dealing with patients all day, that sometimes happens because you never know if they were going to make it or not and its not good to gets your hopes up and let them crash all of a sudden." she explained.

"Oh, I guess that makes sense," he said relaxing noticeably as soon as she said that. He was glad to know that it was not him that was causing her to be a little distant. 'Well, I will work on it, maybe once I am fully healed she will be less reserved with me.' he thought to himself, smiling as he did.

Karin sank deeper into the hot spring. "These are really nice to relax in after a hard day. It really refreshes your system. I always recommend it for recovering patients and anyone else who may deal with a lot of stress. And a lot of the little ones come and play in here all the time. So its a place for everyone to enjoy." Karin had a smile now on her face as she talked about the children.

Teithi grinned at the mention of kits, he loved kits to death, although he had never been lucky enough to have his own. "So, um, just curious, but do you have a mate," he asked, blushing as he did. He looked away, not wanting her to know why he was asking, but knowing that she could probably guess. He forced himself to relax again as he waited for her answer.

Karin blushed as he asked the question, realizing what he meant. Then she realized that she kind of liked him too, not that she had been ready to admit it yet. She gave him a small smile. "No, not yet, but I think I will soon, in the near future." Karin giggled but her blush did not go away.
