I jump and whirl. "Whoa! Now, how did you do that? Well, I am Vincent, the wide known Treasure Hunter!" I point to the sky. "Nice to meet you Scarlet... Uh, what might you be?"

I laugh weakly. Then think of the times I stole from them, and gave to the government, and vice versa. "Oh, well, haha, I will, uh. I am not, but, uh, I would like, uh, for you to not kill me, if at all possible! Please!" I shuffle anxiously. "I mean, I won't do any harm, I hate them, they shot down my ship, the Geraldine!"

"Well, you see, I was travelling back home from a hunt, this house way out, belonged to someguy, can't remember the name. Wolf- something, anyway. I had scouted and grabbed some stuff awhile back right, and then I was flying my ship, right, and then, boom! I was going down! I ran to the targeting console, my first mate had been knocked out in the blast, and I looked out. Sure enough, a Dreadnaught class was heading right at us. I hop to the evac switch, and yell to abandon. I make it to my hanger and grab a jet, and take to the skies! Well, as I was going, they sunk her from the sky. I mourned her, and set off for home. Then, as I was heading for Kai, my village, I ran out of fuel. So I crashed in a field near here, and then stayed here for awhile. Well, needless say, I have been thieveing my way to get up enough money to leave. Haha, I mean, not thieving, uh, working." I shuffle a bit. "So, uh ya."

I glance at her mouth. Fangs. "Uh, hah, uh. They say my mother was something of a vampire. But my father had turned cold at the end of his last war. Or so they say. I think he was having an affair with her, and I was the mistake. So he abandoned me. She came, she did look like a vampire, but I never felt that she was my mother. I don't know why. But I get these ears and tail from my father. I don't know why, or what he was. I don't know what I am! But enough about me. So! You lead the resistance eh? I would rather not get more heat on me, if you would rather not mind. I kinda pissed them off for stealing from them a while back. I kinda stole from them, and gave it to a small group of resistance fighters. So, I would love to get off the streets, and maybe somewhere, more private?"

I glance around. "Why am I doing this?" I really didn't like to trust people, kinda went with the territory. I take her hand and hope for the best. Or atleast, hope not to be wisked of to Government HQ and be inprisoned...

I look around. "Well, it is more private, but as for safe. If any soldier or cop shows up, I am running! So this better not be a trap!" I sit down on the couch, whil keeping my eyes on the door. "So, you seem nice, and you seem to know lots of races. I have a question, what am I, do you know?"

"Hmph. I have no idea what that is." I shrink back as I see her fangs grow. "Oh, well, as long as you don't try to eat me, I am fine!" I hop up and poke around a bit. "So, you claim to be part of the resistance, yet, I see nothing to prove it. I would love to know how, or why for that matter." I look at her. "What would the Government do that would piss you off?"

"I bet you don't have a weapon that I know of. It is a sword, of blue diamond, but I can't weild it for some reason. I was poking around this Wolf-something or other house and found it. Well, rather, it found me. I was walking past it, not interested in it at all, and suddenly I was attacked by it! He was on me like I was a magnet and it iron. I tried to get it off, but it kept coming back. Finally I tried holding it, and it flew off. The thing is possesed, I am telling you! I took it around places, and they all said it was not going to be weilded, unless I have a defensive purpose. Well, I was in a temple, looting of course, and suddenly I was beset upon by this huge wolf looking thing. I picked up the weapon, in defense, and it was repelled by me. I have no clue how to weild it, or use it. They also said something about it being abled to summon it to my hand. I tried, and with no luck. This Wolf-someone must really know his stuff. Wish I knew his whole name."
