Kahlilia had by now walked over to the mother cat Cali, who by now had finished off the cream and was washing her paw - Kahlilia was scratching her behind the ears and petting her gently. Evantually, she was able to coax her enough so that she was able to pick the cat up. She simply held her for a moment, but then put her back down by her mewing kittens. "Take care of your babies, sweetheart. You're a good mother," She whispered to her and smiled.
"Well," Xavier said, seeming almost completly unphased. The only contradiction to that was that you saw him blush for a split second -
a mere split second. "Then I can do this." He added, wrapping his arms quickly around her waist and "pelvic-thrusting."

Esmeralda grinned. "You laugh because you think I'm kidding," she said, just as suddenly adopting a very solemn, serious face. "I'm not. When I was four, I slipped on the stage while I was dancing. The worst I got was bruises. My mother wouldn't let me dance again for four years."
She shrugged. "If it is a concussion, I'll be lucky if my family ever lets me so much as look at a horse again."

Nanina inhaled quickly, then her arm jerked and she jammed the palm of her hand into the soft spot just below his ribs. Let go. She hissed, a blush staning her cheeks.

Keith was almost at the bottom of the hill when he realized he forgot to call the doctor. Hopefully Emily'll remember. He muttered and continued to drive. He reached where Shannon and Esmeralda where, and put teh truck in park, letting the engine run.

Esmeralda sighed. "Yes, Ms. Barklee," she said. Looking up at the truck, she started to slowly get to her feet. "I wonder when Roman's going to get here," she muttered. "He said he was coming."
A small black car came racing into the parking lot almost as Esmeralda finished her sentence. A tall young man with light brown hair climbed out, looking like he had to almost unfold himself from the car in order to escape it. He glanced around, looking slightly lost.
Esmeralda watched the car come in, then turned and smiled at Shannon. "That's my brother," she said, looking both a little embarrassed and very pleased. "I knew he'd get here eventually."

Emily nearly slapped herself when she realized Keith never called the doctor. She ran back to the cabins and dialed the hospitals nimber. It didn't take long for her to convince the doctor to come all the way out to a ranch to see something about a teenager who had a concussion. With that said and done; Emily grabbed a rope rein and mounted Apollo again and started to follow the truck. She nodded to Roman once she got close enough to him and brought Apollo to a halt near Shannon.
" Doctor is on his way." Emily said

Xavier grunted a bit when he was jabbed, but refused to pull away. "Why should I?" He replied. "Just harmless fun. Its not like I'm raping you or anything." Nevertheless, after a moment or two he let go. He was still standing directly behind Nanina.
Kahlilia was over by Benvolio, who was "talking" joyfully to her. She smiled and pet him, wondering if she could ride him. Or maybe, if she was lucky, she could have Benvolio and the pregnant dapple-gray Kelly walk along in a corral to exercise. She wondered briefely which stallion was the father of Kelly's unborn foal. She asked Benvolio this, and he responded by twitching his left ear. She giggled and after having trouble mounting Benvolio, who was extremely tall, she was escorting Ben and Kelly out to the corral. She instantly saw Shannon, Esmeralda, and Emily. She smiled at them and continued to let Ben walk. Excited that he was getting exercise, he began to trot, and galloped for a split second. "Don't scare me like that Ben." She said. The color was drained from her face but she was laughing. Kelly whinnied and sauntered behind Benvolio.
(This is what Kelly looks like - pregnant of course. Kahlilia is assigned to Ben, but I like playing Kelly. xD)

Roman's gaze followed the two riders curiously, wondering where the fire was. Then he spotted the girl on the ground, hissed sharply through his teeth, and loped across the field towards them.
Dropping to his knees beside Esmeralda, he demanded, "What have you done to yourself now?"
Esmeralda smiled beatifically up at him. "Why, brother dear, one would almost think you cared," she replied. "I fell off the horse and bumped my head, that's all. You know how I love to cause drama."
Roman looked at the woman across from him and shook his head. "And that would be normal behaviour," he said ruefully. Suddenly remembering his manners, he held out a hand. "I'm Roman. Roman Sanchez. I was supposed to be here earlier, but...well...traffic difficulties."
Esmeralda smiled quietly to herself. Now that Roman was here, everything would be fine.

Emily coughed to hide her laugh. She had to admit that Esmeralda could be a good actress when she wanted to be. Emily dismounted and took the reins off of Apollo knowing he would follow her anyway. She waved good-bye and headed to a tree that she had spotted earlier. Right now, Emily needed some alone time. she had remembered to bring her sketch book and once she sat down; Emily took out the sketchbook and started sketching the landscape.

Kahlilia continued to ride casually towards the group. She was fifteen feet away when she said, "Hey, you alright?" to Esmeralda. She knew that she was hurt, and that she needed a doctor - who she had also heard was on his way - but it was a bad habit to say that in any scenario.Kahlilia looked like she had seen a ghost. She was both worried about Esmeralda, and scared that Kelly might give birth while she was out riding. Of course, she didn't want that to happen. She decided she would take Kelly back to her stall later, and then just ride Benvolio, who was pawing the ground with a large hoof. Kelly neighed and shook her tail a little bit behind Benvolio. Benvolio snorted at Kelly in response and Kahlilia couldn't help but wonder about the two as she gently pet Ben behind his ears.

Esmeralda grinned up at the girl on the horse. "I'm pretty good," she said. "A little dazed and confused, not much else." She was sitting up easily enough, and grinned at her brother. "And Roman would tell you that's a pretty natural state for me. C'mon, Danger, give me a hand."
She winked at him.
Roman rolled his eyes. "You're being a brat, oh wonderful horse-loving sister of mine," he replied. "You probably shouldn't get up until the doctor checks you."

((Guys, Shannon and Esmeralda are way out in the fields. . . not near the barn or house. That is why Keith had to get the truck.))
Nanina stepped away and tugged her shirt down a bit. Thanks. I appreciate it. Her voice held sarcasm as she turn to face Xavior. He'd been there all of ten minutes and already she hated him.

Shannon opened the passanger door to the truck and looked at Roman. Glad you could make it. She nodded to the male and then waved Esmeralda forward.

Emily stopped sketching so she could add the final lines to the drawing of the landscape. Once she finished then she started to add a bit of a western scene with the wild horses roamng freely on the drawing and even a cowboy. Emily hummed as she added the details to the horses and cowboy making them appear realistic with the shading.
