//ooc: Erm, for the sake of continuation, I'm going to temporarily take over Punisher and get him out of the way. Then whoever wants to play him can pick up later.// He had to get out of this room, and quick. They were close enough, they might be able to damage each other now. Leaping to the side, he fired his weapons at both Scorpion and Octavious.  Enter From New York City Hotspur finally arrived on a street that looked like it might have the answers he was looking for. Still intangeble, he made his wat towards the large building and slipped past the guards and man with half a face. He walked inside, but discovered that there was apparently no way for him to get upstairs. There were enough guards and security on this floor that this must have been someplace of importance. He made his way back out and stood outside to look up at the building again. He didn't posess any ability to climb the walls, nor did he have the desire. He glanced down and tapped the device again, this time glowing a different color. He glanced up at the roof of a nearby building and suddenly zipped up onto it. He stood on the ledge a moment, then made himself visible again. He could only do that vertically for so far a distance. He may be able to find an open window from here, or try and use another power.

Venom continued to crawl up the wall until he finally reached a window that looked like it had a nice little brawl going on inside. He smashed his way into the room, and looked up at the fight. Now what was going on? Doctor Octopus moved his arms protectively in front of him to block the shots from hitting him. His lower left arm suddenly shot out towards Punnisher.Castle managed to dodge Octopus's arm and fired a few more rounds at both him and Scorpion. He leapt back and headed for the window to get some distance between them. By the time he noticed Venom, he barely had time to react. Venom suddenly shot his tendrills at him as he instinctively shot some rounds at him. Not working. This was getting rediculous. He needed to get out of here and find Fisk. Two-Face looked past the guard and at the damaged room. There apparently was no way to get to the upperfloors, so there was no choice but to stay on ground level. "Alright, thank you." he replied as he turned and walked away, flipping his coin into the air as he did. He caught it and took a quick glance at it. Well, guess he'd just have to stay and wait for this Punisher to appear. He put the scratched up coin back into his pocket and moved to find someplace to wait.

Chaos finally reached Kinpin's tower. He thought he seen a woman hiding on a nearby rooftop, but he didn't pay much attention to her. Someone else standing on a rooftop caught his eye. He growled angrily and swung down towards him, landing a few feet behind him. "Hotspur." he growled.Chaos grinned a bit. "Oh? For once something you don't know?" he taunted. Hotsupr's grin tightened. "I see. You don't know either." he said as he turned back around to look up at the tower.Chaos growled again. "Don't turn your back on me Blackstone! This isn't your city. You're not in charge here."Hotspur turned to look at him, still smiling. "Oh?""This isn't even our universe. You have no power here." he said as a few tendrils began to snake around him.

((i'm back!))  Scorpion's suit is bullet proof so shooting was pointless. He walked slowly to Castle with the bullets bonceing off. "You can do better right?" He said smirking.

Venom shot some more of his tendrils at Punisher, missing again. "So, what all did I miss?" Venom asked, moving farther into the room.Doctor Octopus glanced over at Venom as he entered. "Castle here has caused a bit of a problem on the bottom floor. Though it seems that he would like to leave." he said looking back at him. "Why don't he help show him out." he said with a maliceful grin. Castle glared at Scorpion and the others. He had to get out of here, and fast. With Scorpion comming at him, he found a bit of an opening. A bit risky, but he didn't have much choice at the moment.
Quickly he lept towards the side, waiting for Scorpion to strike at him, then dove past him and towards the door. Hotspur kept a tight grin, but now had more of an inquisitive look about him. "Calm down boy, those don't intimidate me. Nor do you. Even if I don't have authority here, as you claim, I assure you I still posess all my powers."

//ooc: In interest of moving this along, going to give some character's a 'time out' until they're used again.// A large beam of light suddenly shot down from the sky, engulfing Two-Face and seemingly vaporizing him. A small tentril of light snaked off of the larger and found it's way into a large white building. It 'vaporized' whatever living thig it came in contact with, this case being the Punisher and Virago. Within seconds, both the light and it's captives were gone. EXIT to Chooser's Realm Both Venom and Octavious stood still for a moment and stared at where Castle had just been. After a moment they glanced at each other, and Octavious stood there in silence, trying to figure out what had just happened. "Mysterio?" Octavious asked out loud, not sure whether that was his doing, or if he was even still present in the room.
Chaos growled at him. "That won't save you from me." he said sharply. "Powers or not, I can shred you before you have time to react".Chaos growled angrily and leaned back, ready to pounce at him when the bright beam of light diverted his attention. Hotspur took this opportunity to zip over to him, stoping directly in front of him.

"Fear not!" a disembodied voice cried dramatically, "No mystical force is powerful enough to vanquish the great Mysterio!" It paused. "That said, I believe I will remain invisible for the time being. It is a strategic choice, one your feeble minds will no doubt struggle to understand." The main point, of course, was that he was freaked the hell out, but that would remain unsaid.

((Entering Shocker, Note: Didn't use yellow text due to its ability to be really hard to see.)) Shocker wasn't in the mood to do with so many people at once, but now would have been a perfect time to bust open Wilson Fisk's safe to score all of his loot, but Fisk hired Shocker to be a bodyguard and nothing less, thought by now he probably wasn't going to get paid anything due to his laziness of the moment. Shocker stood on the top floor on where all the expensive stuff was, which wasn't exactly smart of Fisk to send him to guard, but the man with the money always was the boss. As long as Spiderman didn't show up to ruin this gig, Shocker was fine with whatever the heck was going on in this tower. Shocker had no powers, but his weapons made up for that big time. Shocker was one of the few villains that had actually almost eliminated Spiderman on a few occasions, but every time something interfered. Shocker hadn’t seen Spiderman in awhile, so he assumed Spidey was off fighting a villain from that other dimension or dealing with some other city’s problem, leaving some other Super Hero to do his work. If Shocker was in luck, maybe it was someone weak if that was the case.

As Kara neared the tower -which was luckily pointed out on all the major tourist maps dotted around New York (she had forgotten to ask Webs where the building was. Not that he would have told her)- she noticed two men... no, one man and a vaguely humanoid dark blue slime monster. They were standing very close together, their postures aggressive. Probably best to break things up before the creature from the black lagoon ate his buddy. "Hey!" she called, hovering a few meters above the pair, "No need to get violent, ladies; we're all beautiful here." She raised an eyebrow, looking at the blue... thing more closely. "Well, except for you. But it's the sentiment that counts, right?"

Octavious grimmaced and shook his head. He was fine...
Chaos jumped a bit when he realized that Hotspur had suddenly appeared in front of him. So he wasn't lying about still having his powers. He growled angrily at him and prepared to slash at him when another voice came from above him and he looked up. After a bit of surprise, he growled at the girl's remark. "You stay out of this." he hissed.

Kara raised her eyebrows, and then blinked back imaginary tears. "Wow... Now that you've said that, I guess I'll just have to... leave. Oh, wait," she said, her voice and eyes hardening, "I don't take orders from walking oil-spills." She paused. "Not that it's ever come up." She shook her head sharply. "Step away from the guy in the suit, and we'll talk about this like civilized people... or... beings," she finished awkwardly.

((Enter Fisk Towers.))
As the helicopter crashed into the roof of the building, the two soldier s and the Commissar landed inside, only to be greeted by a man in yellow. The Commissar was expecting a confrontation with one of Fisk's minions, but he wasn't expecting Shocker.
"Comrade Shocker, so good of you to be here."
Shocker wasn't in the mood to deal with this Communist b*****d again; the last time they met he didn't exactly pay all he promised, Russians never seemed to do that in Shocker's criminal career.
"You busted in idiot and Fisk doesn't like visitors at the moment."
Shocker placed both of his Vibro-Smashers side by side and pressed the buttons on both to activate them, sending a stream of vibrations towards Commissar and his two soldiers.
The Commissar dodged easily since he had already predicted Shocker's hostile nature, but his two soldiers weren't so fortunate and knocked out of the building through the window. Both of the soldiers screamed as they fell, knowing that their death awaited them below.
"You never just talk do you Comrade Shocker? It is always with the boom and the..How do you put it? Violence, yes. I have no intention to fight you, just to deal with Fisk."
The Commissar wasn't sure on this next part, placing his hand on the gun in his pocket. The Commissars hands were always in his pockets because his pockets had whole in them that lead to under his trench coat, allowing easy access to guns he had.
Shocker didn't like working with Fisk due to the idiots he was always paired with like Rhino and all those other idiots he hired, but Commissar seemed like a good paying criminal leader he could like, excluding the whole Communist thing they had going. Still, a job was a job and Shocker wasn't as unfaithful as most hirerlings. Shocker readied his gauntlets again and both other villains stood at a showdown on who would fire first.

Octavious grimmaced at what sounded like a small explosion from the top floor, followed by screaming. Now what in blazes was going on? He gave a quick glance to venom and quickly shot out of the broken window and up the side of the building to the top floor.
"If you had any idea what this man was like, you wouldn't be so quick to-" he started, but turned when he heard screaming. He watched two men fall from the top of Fisk's Tower and without hesitation lept onto the side of the building. He shot a line at both of them to catch them from falling, then lowered them the rest of the way down.Hotspur smirked at him, then turned back to the girl. "I appreciate your consern young lady..." he began. "But the boy's bark is much worse than his bite."

Kara glanced at him distractedly. How could he be so calm? That helicopter had crash-landed only a couple hundred feet away from him! "Then you should be able to take care of yourself for a minute, right?" Without waiting for an answer, she swooped down and into the gigantic whole just in time to hear the words, 'Comrade Shocker.' She looked at the two men blankly. "Um... Don't mind me. I'm just hear to fix the sanity generator." Did she really want to jump into the middle of a fight between two people who looked suspiciously like villains? No, she really did not. She'd come here to get something done; besides, if she took the Kingpin, all of this would crumble on its own. With a jaunty wave, she flew off in what looked like a promising direction, promising as in labeled with the words 'executive suit' and an arrow.

Wilson Fisk sat behind the desk of his office with a grimmace. More to the fact that so much damage had been done to his building. He'd just installed the new security, but most of it had now been destroyed. The explosion downstairs, the fighting that happened on a few of his floors, and from the sound of it, now something on the top floor. Octavious finally made it to the top floor and crawled through the broken window. He recognised Shocker, but wasn't aware that Fisk had hired him was well. He must have been with Fisk rather than this other man, judging from his stance. None the less, the more damage that was done to Fisk's building, the less he'd be able to get what he needed from Fisk.
Chaos finished lowering the men to the ground and glanced back up the side of the building. Now what was going on? Now becoming a little worried about Warp, he raced up the side of the building and into an open window, racing through the halls to see what he could find. Blackstone would have to wait for now.Hotspur gave her a small knod. "Of course." he replied. He watched her fly off to the building and stared at it a moment. Quite a bit of commotion, it was begining to catch his interest.

Kara stood outside a pair of impressively reinforced doors. Even someone with enhanced strength (say, someone with the proportional strength of a spider...) would have a hard time getting through these. She admired them for another second, and then casually kicked them in. "Hello! I'm Supergirl, and I'm here to..." She trailed off, staring at the man behind the desk with wide eyes. Finally, she whistled. "Wow. I honestly thought Webs was joking, but you really are approaching Jabba the Hutt status, aren't you?"
