The first attack suprised Zarud cutting his hand bow in two, he parryed the other two attacks with Drejan. He noticed the markings on the attacking blade "That sword, where did you get it?"

Seth extended her claws. She would not not allow Valthier to be harmed by anyone, especially not Zarud. The high priest was one of the precious few Seth knew she could trust. She stood poised to attack if Valthier was in danger.

The hulking beast Valthier only snorted and roared, continuing his assault with a flurry of spinning slashes, picking up momentum with each swing. he swipped a few times with his wire-claw as well, and tried to reach zarud with a powefull gnashing bite. he was raging furiously, fur bristling. he was incredibly fast for such a clumsy-looking creature.

Blaze looked at the battle ensuing. "If you don't like me, I'm not keeping you here." he said as he sheathed his blades. He drew his hood back not seeing any reason to hide any more. "We will meet again." he said pulling out the pendant of Elistraee which blinded the drow with a flash of light. He walked away tucking the pendant back into his cloak.

Reivan swore flamboyantly as the flash overloaded his deepvision. once he could see again he saw the surface drow was long gone, "damn."

His body moved without restrictions, some of the movements seemed impossible to a living being but Zarud wasn't living. He struck the ground with his sword, releasing a trail of magic to Valthier. The trail stopped at Valthier feet and ice began to form on his legs.

with a startled gulp the beast lost his balance, his feet covered in ice, and his momentum ruined. he let out a powerfull roar and shot a fireball toward Zarud. with his skillfull aming he was able to avoid burning any buildings, or seth for that matter. he would not let her be hurt by him. he kept the blast in the clear area of teh battle. he then began to beat at the ice with his clawed fists.

Zarud's body was badly burn't by the fireball. As he stood up parts of his robes still burning were extinguished by his magical pressure. He began to draw in more and more from his surrounding area into the palm of his hand. It pulsed in his palm and he concentrated it into a small ball of energy.
He released the the ord of magic, sending it hurtling towards Valthier.

The urge to pounce was going to drive Seth insane. Her arm brushed Erelavin's dress. A malicious smile curled her lips. "Erelavin, attack Zarud. Protect Valthier and destroy your son." Seth commanded. Erelavin jerked violently forward. The corpse became a blur of pink as it leaped onto Zarud, clawing and biting at his face. "Why risk myself when I can use your dear, departed mother instead?" Seth laughed softly. "Mistress Kiaransalee, I take my vengeance on Qu'ellar Kitlar in your name... Enjoy the show my goddess."

Zarud was pinned by his former matron, as she toar at his chest. As he struggled he grabbed the matron's arms and with a quick tug dislocated her shoulders. He then pushed her off him and stood up, this is getting out of hand, he turned to Seth "I had no part in my former matrons treachery, you know this. I am Zarud Helviiryn, not Kiltlar! It was my original name and due to my matrons death it is once again, along with all property of house Helviiryn. "

Seth shrieked at Zarud. "You broke her! You drider's a**, you broke my new doll!" She leaped at him claws first. "You owe me a replacement!" Seth screamed slashing at every bit of Zarud she could reach. "You think what I did to your mother was bad? Just wait until I get a hold of you!"

Zarud just stood there, letting Seth cut him. He should no sign of pain or fear just regret.

Valthier's eyes went wide when the ball of force came hurtling at him. he went gasious, but too slow. when he reformed he saw zarud, erelavin and seth all in some kind of grapple with zarud. not good. he picked up the sword again and walked over to the tussle. he new one thng that might work. he created an ice storm in teh area, taking advantage of the vampiric immunity to cold.

Zarud disappeared from sight and reappeared behind Valthier "This no longer concerns your desires Valthier, this is now about my honor as a servant of the Revenancer." He jabbed the tip of his sword into Valthier's spinal cord.

with a gasp and a cough of blood, the vampire fell to his knees. his spine was ruined by the blade lodged in it, and he was just lucky it didn't stick into his heart. he had to return to his coffin or he'd be doomed. he tried to speak, to tell seth to escape, but he couldn't speak. he dissolved into a black cloud and floated away towards his home, defeated.
