((I would probably agree with Ninja Zackeus, Erik's attitude and personality would make him a good candidate for leader. Either him or one of the other males, no offense to the ladies. But that's just my opinion sweatdrop ))

Leila only walked a little ways until she found a small spring running through the forest. She was close enough to hear the voices of the others, but far away for someone to notice her absense. Making sure she was alone, she sat down on a rock and splashed some of the cool water on her face.
It didn't take long before she was thinking about Zack again. The way he had looked into her eyes before had sent a tingling feeling throughout her whole body, almost giving her a light-headed feeling. No one nefore in her life had given her this feeling, let alone a guy. Once before, when she was younger, one of her few friends told her that that was the feeling of being in love. Leila's eyes grew wide with realization. Was she really in love? her mind questioned. Immediately, her heart relaxed within her chest, as if exploding with the answer yes! The chemistry they had when together was there, like...
"Like fire," Leila told herself, now playing with a small flame that danced on her fingertips. Then she heard a twig snap behind her. Instinctively, she extinguished her flame, turned towards the trees behind her and drew both of her swords, ready to defend herself if it was a hunter.

Leila immediately relaxed, seeing that it was Zack. A little bit of her anxiousness from before returned, causing Leila to blush. However, she passed it off as embarassment.
"I'm sorry," She said, looking into his eyes again. This only made her blush more. "You just startled me while I was deep in thought, that's all. You may join me if you want," She said then, making room on the rock she had claimed in case he wanted to sit next to her. Deep in her heart, she wanted him to sit next to her, but she quickly shook the feeling away.

Erik moved off in the direction Atrum pointed, glad to finally be moving. He knew that Saint Dane was most likely waiting for them so he could spring a trap. Knowing him, it would probably be a massive siege on the town. But, at least neither him nor the elementals were going in blind. Erik knew Saint Dane's style and could probably kick more demon a** then anyone else. Atrum had the power of light, and could heal people if needed. Zack could teleport anything, Lelia could use fire, James had impressive control over time, and.. was he missing someone? Oh yes, the girl who could read minds. If nothing else, at least there's a diverse skill set to work with. Erik remembered Atrum had asked about Saint Dane. "Hey, Atrum. If you're wondering about the only person alive to have ever killed me, listen up. Saint Dane... I don't really know much about him. I do know, however, that he's killed me in the past. And, he controls an entire army of demons known as Hellspawn. That's all I know for sure. He's probably much stronger then any of us, even when it comes to using the elements. I do know that there's probably an army of demons waiting in the next town, but he's not expecting all of us to come in at once. He probably thinks I'm going to be alone, and that he can get rid of me and then proceed to killing you guys."

Zack glanced down as Leila placed her hand on his, he held her hand, rubbing it with the warmth his hand seemed to give off. He placed his left hand((I'm assuming you are on his right and he's on your left)) on her chin once more. His heart was pounding at the idea of what he was about to do. ((darn you, you keep suggesting everything when I'm planning to do it anyway, eh, whatever)) He leaned in, holding her head still and kissed her lightly on the lips, "The scenery is still not as beautiful as you," he spoke quietly to her, his lips only an inch away from hers. Her face was blushing and flushing at what seemed like the same time.

It was now his turn to blush, Zack hadn't expected that, he loved it just the same, but he was surprised. He let his left hand slip from her chin, down her neck and around her right arm, finally landing on her hip. He held her close as he continued to kiss her in this serene(sp?) scene. It seemed like a perfect photo moment, but he just let the moment continue to heat up. He suddenly let his powers loose and they did something amazing, they transported them into space, somehow with oxygen. As they sat there the stars began to align into a picture, as it began to become clearer he realized what it was, his powers made the stars spell out, 'I Love You' with the O in love being his face, and the O in you being her face. It was really draining him, but it was beautiful. He began to tire out, his powers didn't know their own limits so he waited a few more seconds and then transported them back to where they had been, his powers almost completely drained now. However, her, and he was in a deep kiss with her, so nothing matterd but the girl in his arms.

Leila had never felt better before in her entire life than right now, being with Zack. When they were transported into space, Leila saw the 'I Love You' message, and her face lit up even more. He really did love her, and she loved him as well. As they cotinued their kiss, she whispered back, "I love you too."
When they were back on earth and broke for a brief moment for air, Leila realized that she couldn't hear the voices of the group. She figured they must have left a long time ago, she didn't know how long her and Zack had been alone.
"Do you think we should start catching up to the others?" She said quietly. Not only was the group gone, but Leila also noticed it was getting late in the day. She wanted to stay with Zack, but she also knew very well that hunters could easily sneak up on them in the dark.

"If you don't mind me asking, where did Zack and Lelia go?" Erik cursed at himself under his breath for not keeping a better eye out. Splitting up was not the course of action he was about to take. "By the way, we're not setting ourselves up for disaster as long as we're together. Saint Dane knows pretty much everything about me, but what he doesn't know is that now he's playing against an entirely new team. In fact, the only person he might have any idea of might be you, Atrum. I only say this because I used to know someone with your abilities, but he had taken them several steps beyond what you can do. Not only could he direct arrows with light, he created his arrows and his bow out of light. If only I remembered his name... was it... James? No, uh, Jon? No, that's someone else I knew... Jared! That's it! That's the guy I'm thinking of!" Wondering how he knew that, Erik reached back though his memories. Of course, it was the memory of him, Jon, and Jared all fighting that huge creature. "By the way, thanks for letting me stay with you guys. I've been searching for some way to get my memory back for the past 6 months, and once I joined up with you guys, it all started coming back."
