Katherine looked at him. "Well I...." she she started to say, then paused. She sighed. "I caught my soup on fire...." she finished. "What a stupid thing to do, huh?"

Rewind paused time and examined Tyrant closely.He poked the armor,"Guy wasn't lying,rock-hard.Can't hit him through it.Eh,I'll move the other guy." he walked over to Dimitri and dragged him behind Tyrant..He hit 'play' and watched as Tyrant was still ready to strike,"Hey buddy,back here."

Rebecca looked out her window just in time to see a police car drive up to the apartment building. "Great... Well, it was nice while it lasted...." She hurried out the back, changing into Apathy. Staying low to the ground, she hurried away.

Kogi slowly rose his head hearing sirens. "...shudup..." He said then dropped his head back onto the desk returnig too sleep. ((...maybe later...))
Dimtiri blinked and he was behind Tyrant with rewind. what in the... "That's quiet a interesting power I must say...but...I just wonder...what would happen if a blade wer to say form underneath your armor...wouldn't that render it basically useless to a blade that is already inside it?" He asked.

Kirai laghed at the girl. "No, not at all. My school just caught on fire, and they have sprinklers. It seems as if I've been hearing alarms all day." Kirai cheked his watch, as if he had somewhere to go. "You know, weird thigs have been happening latly. I wonder why." Kirai knew exactly why, but he wanted to stay longer. He really had nothing else to do.

"I was in a fight." he said. "A couple of men assalted me in an alley. One of them tried to swtrike me with a bottle, but it only grazed me.... and I suddenly found myself with incredible strength. I began to experiments.... looking atound the scenes of big fights between heroes and villains..." he shrugged. "I'm a heroic jack of all trades by now, with all the weak gathered powers I have."

"That is quite the idea you have there. Your friend seems to be able to control the fabric of time or has ability of great speed. It of course must be speed, because it would be scientificly impossible to control fourth dimension by merely changing someone's DNA. This means I have to deal with a ghost and a speeder, how intresting of a fight."
Tyrant stood tall, but did not fly up into the air like before. He remained on the ground, thus giving him more power to unleash his more deadly attacks.
"If I'm to prevent the testing of your theory, I must fight at blasts length."
Tyrant's hand began to glow and create a solid orb of black energy, the ball kept increasing in size second by second, looking as if it was inflating. Tyrant needed time to charge, but at this rate, even if they did stop his attack from being finshed, a law of matter stood in the way. Energy could not be destroyed, only transfered. This meant, if the orb's charging was interupted, it would fling off in a random direction.

"will you now...you know why people see so few ghosts?...it's because the ghosts..." A white ghostly hand came out of the shadow of the cloak and flung it into the air. There was nothing underneath "choose not too be seen" Dimitri's disimbodied voice said. a ghostly sword peirced throught tryant's chest but didn't solidfy "interesting...I can peirce your armor...but this would be too short" The sword pulled back. All tryant felt was a cold shiver run down his spine. The cloak was picked off the floor and Dimitri threw it back over himself before reappearing beneath it.

"Nope. I wouldnt let.....It was after school." Close. IF any one knew he sneaked into the kitchen, set it to the highest level, then fed it oxygen, not only would he get in trouble, but his secret would be out. "You, there a rumors about people. seepcial people with powers eho live amoung us."Kiria smiled deviously. "Taken away to government places and changed. And they could be anyone. Your parents, your best friends, even you!" Kirai laghed loudly, not knowing just how right he was.

"You mock me boy and here I thought you had class for a hero. No one mocks me and gets away with it. You can dodge easily, but can you stop attacks completely?"
Tyrant started to laugh uncontrollably as his orb of energy became unstable from its mass and power. Holding it in the palm of his hand, Tyrant stopped his laughter and took on a serious attitude again.
"The price of being a hero; Everything is a burden!"
Tyrant threw back the large ball of energy towards the exit of the bank, where all the police waited outside for development within the bank and reporters were covering the so called robbery. Tyrant reinforced the orb with another blast of lesser energy, allowing it to gain more speed and increase its tempature enough to burn right through the front walls of the bank as it drew closer to the now panicing police and by standers.
"And those deaths will be your burden, heroes always carry a burden and villains...Well, even we have burdens we carry, but not as foolish as yours. It turns out this operation would be harder then expected. I didn't expect a bunch of kids to be any challenge."

Katherine laughed. "Yeah...I heard about that...." she said. "I highly doubt its true though, that could never happen." she said, she knew how to keep her powers secret...pretend you know nothing and don't believe. That was the key to fooling people.

s*** There was no way Dimitri would be able to get in the way of the blast in time, and even if he could, the blast would just tear through him. then something strange happened, a large black protal opened and the blast went into it, then a second portal formed on the ground next to it sending the blast harmlessly into the air, then a figure in all black with several dark tendrails moving about his body stepped out from the portal the blast had entered. "how can I get any sleep...WITH ALL THIS NOISE" A rather peeved off Plauge shouted. (note: the repulik is probally only like...four maybe five blocks away from the bank) Plauge turned too the crowd. "IF ANY OF YOU SAY A WORD ABOUT THIS I"LL MURDER YOU MYSELF!!" He yelled. He turned back. "now...WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS WHOLE THING DONE WITH!!"

Kirai shook his head. "I don't know. I''ve seen some pretty strange things happening, especially around this apartment complex. Who really knows? The out of the ordinary seems to be the norm now a days. Who knows, I could be a masked crusader in disguise." Kirai tried his hardest to keep a straight face, but then exploded in laghter a few seconds later. The funny thing was, it was all true.
