Allo! I'm a chick, 16 years old, I love helping the enviroment and hate killing things (like bugs,and i have an angry story to tell you guys about that!)
I love star trek and Tamagotchi(through i wish a kind you could use rechargable battries could be used here!) T^T
I would love to go vegetarian but I know my parents would still make me eat meat, or ground me until i did V_V so I guess I can be thankful that the main meat we eat is chicken, which my grandparent raise, and they live happy lives. =3 (untill they're slaughtered T3T)

Hi
Well I am 25yr old woman. I love anything to do with the greening of the environment and absolutely love organic gardening! I am currently starting my new garden project (vertical gardening) and hope to have and give lots of tips and help. Other then gardening I also enjoy lots of movies and anime, my wonderful cats and dogs, cooking and all sorts of art.

May the fierce be with you. . I'm so not an introduction type of person. Um... I started life as a boy... that's good for now. I'm in my early 20s, and I cut hair for Paul Mitchell. That's really about it. Oh, I went back to school for some stupid reason to become a librarian (my life-long dream).
. If I could change the world in any way, I'd make the idea of Arcosanti (or other similar communities) the norm and mandate! Oh, and I would want every country to let me marry my boyfriend. That's all. Handle your business!

Hi! I'm Vanilla. I've been joining new guilds in the past few days that coincide with my interests. Gardening is one of them and this seemed like the best guild on the subject, with the added perk of having more than just that subject! Green living is another one of my interests, and with tips and craziness everywhere, it's nice to see everything all under one roof, where we actually have a chance to discuss it!
I've been on gaia for a few years. Sometimes I spend a lot of time on Gaia, sometimes I don't. I am very active in the guild Horror Inc.so if I'm not very active here, rest assured I'm lurking at least once a day.
I love Animals, Anime, Movies, Music, Horror, Zombies, and things like that. I have many fish tanks irl and a tortoise and cats. All the tanks do take up resources, but I try to recycle that anyway I can.

I'm a hard loving, organic growing, farm goer who likes it outdoors. A hard to please sustainable agriculture major with an ambition to own my own farm someday, but I'll live in up in unity college until then.

Hello
I am Abby.
I'm 22, and live in upstate NY.
I am just starting to get into growing herbs and veggies.
Someday I hope to live on a farming commune type thing xd
other interests include writing, painting, live music, druidism, and philosophy.
This seems like a really awesome community, I'm glad PiercedPixie2 told me about it biggrin

Well, what do I want to say about myself?
I am over 50, introduced to the website by my daughter.
I have a large garden, growing mostly vegetables: lettuce, leeks, collards, kale, radishes, beans, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, broccoli and on and on. I have some fruit bushes and flowers, also.
I share my life with a canine, a husband and have one son still at home (but not much longer). In walking life I am an environmental chemist so it's pretty much a given that I garden organically.
I may not be posting a lot until planting season slows down or I get a stretch of rain but I like talking about playing in the dirt!
Tonight I am setting out my lettuce plants.

Hi, everyone. I already posted a few things here, but I guess it's time to officially introduce myself. =P
Well, I'm a 16 year old girl named Meghann who happens to live in the woods!
Sometimes I run about and pretend I'm a fairy >.>
I've been a vegetarian for almost two years. My family is pretty laid back, so they don't really care. (Except that every time I get remotely ill my mom blames it on some kind of vegetarian-induced vitamin deficiency rolleyes )
I compost, recycle every tiny thing I can, and only shower every few days. Most of my friends call me a dirty hippie XD
I'm homeschooled, so I probably spend way too much time on the computer, which means I'll likely post here pretty often.
And....that's about it. If you read all of that, thanks. =) Feel free to talk to me and/or send a friend request, if you like. I don't bite =)

When we first moved into our house, I didn't shower at all. I actually found it very liberating. :3
