Ananda laughed. Glad I'm still wearing my suit. She stripped quickly, leaving herself wearing the plain black bathing suit from earlier. Leaving her clothes folded on the beach, she walked into the water. "Brr...a little chilly!" She slipped down into the water until just the top of her head and her eyes stuck out of the water, and started swimming towards Sasuke. Her eyes were crinkled slightly at the corners, showing that she was smiling even though most of her face was hidden underwater.

Sasuke smiled. He swam around randomly, Illuminateing his way through the dark-ish water with his light powers. He dove down into the waters and saw some fish and scattered guppies. He resurfaced and laughed. He dove under again, and made fish-faces at the fish. He thought to himself: 'this is fun, I really should come here more'. He resurfaced again.

Ananda stayed on the surface, watching Sasuke play. Just watching him makes me laugh...he looks like he's having so much fun! She gave him a curious look. "How is it that you can be so cheerful all the time?" She shook her head as she spoke.
Halcón had finally gotten tired of waiting for Ananda to show up, and went looking for her. It wasn't too hard to pick up her trail, and he spotted her as soon as he crested a hill looking down on the beach. Swimming. I should've known. He shook his head, frowning, when he saw she was swimming with a guy. Hunh...little sister grew up when I wasn't looking. He sat down at the top of the hill, figuring eventually one of the two would notice him. Until then, he would leave them alone.

Sasuke came back up. "Well, it started when I got the attitude known as: screw it. It didnt matter when something bad happened, so I let it slide alot. Believe you me, I dont have days like this alot. I just feel really happy today." Sasuke said. He looked around, noticing a boy but not caring as he looked around and swam with a wave onto shore.

Ananda grinned. Wading out of the water, she was about to reply when she caught a glimpse of Halcón out of the corner of her eye. "What the...what is Halcón doing here?" She turned to glare at him, but didn't make any move towards him. She was starting to regret coming unarmed.
Halcón took that as his cue, and strode down the hill towards her. He held out his hands in front of himself for a moment, to show that he wan't armed. "Sister dearest. It's been a long time." He smiled widely at her scowl.
"Knock it off," Ananda growled. "What are you doing here? Nevermind, don't bother answering. He sent you, didn't he?"
"Well, can't I have just come to visit my baby sister?" Halcón gave her a quick grin, then sobered suddenly. "Look, kid. We both know why I'm here. You've had your fun, but the joke's over. It's time to come home."

Sasuke grinned. "So I take it its another family reunion." Sasuke said. "Speaking of which......."
A red cat came running over to Sasuke and jumped onto his head.
Sasuke grinned. "I knew it! Look..... Person, I dont know who you are, or what you want to do, but, well, go away........" Sasuke said to him, his face suddenly becoming serious.
The kitty mewed. I rolled over to Sasuke's ear and seemed to whisper something.
Sasuke nodded. "Yeah. Ok. Sure. Yes, the girl is on our side. Ananda. Well, I dont think the guy is..... Yeah. Sure, go ahead."
The kitty jumed off Sasuke's head, and in midair turned into a girl. She laughed a bit. "Hello, Ananda." The girl said. "I'm Keiko, pleased to meet you." She said.

Ananda blinked at the cat as it turned into a girl. "A shapeshifter, eh? That's a new one." She shrugged. "Nice to meet you, I guess." She turned back to Halcón with an angry stare. "No. I'm not going back. Get lost, brother mine."
Halcón shook his head, and scowled at Sasuke for a moment. "This isn't any of your business, kid," he said coldly. "Ananda, who is this? I don't think I approve."
Ananda shook her head. "Don't change the subject. That's Sasuke. He's my friend, leave him alone." She rested her hands on her hips, sighing softly, and gave Sasuke a pained look. Why now, darn it? I was actually having fun, and he has to come along and ruin it. Can this day get any worse? Gah...well, at least Kenzi isn't here, or I'd probably be short a brother by now.

"You, jerk! You ruined my introduction!" She sighed. "Boys these days. Oh, don't mess with brother here. Or I, for that matter. Although we rock apart, together....." Keiko ran over to Sasuke and made a cool pose with him. "We're invincible!" She said. Keiko puffed out her cheeks. "So go away."
Sasuke sighed. "No Keiko. Quit it. It's fine, I mean, how strong can the offspring be if I beat up their dad. No offence Ananda. Your an exeption." Sasuke said.

Halcón bowed, smiling sligtly at Keiko. "I'm very sorry, miss. Since you ask it of me, I'll leave." Straightening, he walked to Ananda, putting his hands on her shoulders. He spoke in a whisper so her little protectors wouldn't hear him. "I'm stronger than you now, sister dearest. I'll leave you be for now, but your little friends won't be in my way forever." He turned and walked off, shaking his hair back into his face to hide his smirk. This is going to be easier than I thought. He headed back towards the school, his steps light. It was about time he went and said hello to Cousin Rille. Maybe he could get her on his side, rather than Ananda's...then things would go even easier.
Ananda flinched away from Halcón, and sighed in relief when he was gone. She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath to collect herself, then stared after Halcón. "No offense taken," she said after a moment, turning to smile at Sasuke and Keiko. "But please, don't go picking fights on my account. I've got to deal with that," she said, waving her hand at her brother's back, "on my own." And besides, I would hate it if either of them got hurt on my account.

"Yeah, but still, he needed to learn a lesson on manners." Sasuke said. "Five bucks says hes going straight to your cousin."
"You shouldn't need to do that type of stuff." Keiko said to Ananda. "Dont let him or whoever else bugs you do that. Stand up for whats right."
Sasuke suddenlyy looked stern. "Its getting late. I'm going over to my dorm. Keiko, you can sleep there too, as long as you stay in cat form for the night." Sasuke said.

Ananda shook her head. "I'm not taking that bet. You're probably right." She shrugged. "He's not normally like that," she said in defense of her brother. "He doesn't like most people, is all. Especially guys..." She sighed, staring at the ground for a moment, then gave herself a mental shake. Quit moping, he's not a problem. You've got friends now, remember? She turned to look at Keiko with a smile. "If you'd rather, you can share a room with Rille and me. Rille's my cousin," she explained. "We wouldn't mind company." Well, I wouldn't, at least. And Rille's a good kid, she'll be okay with it, once she gets over being shy.

"Sure. I'll stay a cat, though, for now." Keiko turned into a cat and mewed. She spoke "I can spaek like this, by the way, I just don't infront of strangers"
"Now that we're all settled, why dont we go have some good rest. I believe you about your brother, by the way. Everything is getting twisted." Sasuke began to walk.
Keiko jumped on Ananda's head, still a kitten. "I don't know where to go, so you need to show me the way.

Ananda smiled. "Alright. Just one thing." She lifted Keiko from her head, and placed the kitten on one of her shoulders instead. "Not on my head, please. It's a little too much like wearing a fur hat, and you're awfully warm." She started to walk back towards the school, and her dorm, the stopped. "This is silly. I'm teleporting back. Sasuke, would you like a lift, or do you want to walk? I can at least take you as far as the gates, if not to your dorm room." She extended one hand towards him, smiling. "I feel like it's the least I can do, after you helped me out." And I probably ought to do something more. I feel like I owe him, big time.

"Teleportation? Cool! I wanna try!" Sasuke said, sounding younger.
From Ananda's shoulder Keiko sighed. "Must you always act this way, brother?"
"I can't help it sometimes!" Sasuke said. "Sounds fun!" He said to Ananda. "Let' try it!" He held onto her hand.
