Vault has studied Katrica's bands, he's got a damn good idea on them.
Don't worry Lella, Aizel will be fine. As for Terra, I may have to work there full time to get things under way.

Be a skeptic, it matters not. Vault has the ability to detect weakness, and its a surprisingly wonderful tool when in surgery.
