"All right. We can leave when you wish, I don't care when." He pulled out a comlink. "Deenine, in the ship. Keep it warm, but don't fire it up yet." A series of beeps and whistles answered him, then cut off.

"Where is your ship? I can meet you there in 10 minutes." She said finally, something to do she thought to herself.

"White Sector, Republic Gunship. It's a five minute walk. Grab what you need." He gave her a rare smile, then walked off. As he did, he spoke quickly into the comlink, telling his droid to fire up the engines.

Leena dashed off to her quarters and grabbed what little she wanted/needed and turned to head to where the ship would be ready, she slowed herself down to a sensible stride, no need to hurry just yet.

Jami climbed into the pilot's chair, allowing himself a soft sigh of happiness. He then began flipping switches. The ball turrets flared out, and the side of the ship opened, revealing a wide interior. There were four seats, and a door up front leading to the captain's cabin. There were also two turrets on top of the ship, and large engines in the back. The ship itself was white.

Leena approached the ship, it seemed sturdy enough. She boarded and sat down in one of the four seats, a small sack she placed in the seat next to her. "How long have you been piloting?" She asked admiring certain parts of the ship.

"About three years. I have a natural talent for it, but my parents refused to recognize it because of my father's damnable Echani traditions." He shrugged and let the engines fire up, just to test them. "What about you? What's your story?"

"I'm a jedi. That's all you need to know right now. The rest you will learn in due time" She said feeling she didn't want to let everything out at once. She had become rather private, it felt good to hold the cards like she used to. "What intrests you so much about the force?" She asked.

"Curiosity. My grandfather was a Jedi, but apart from stories about the Empire, I never knew much about him. That, and I just like learning." He flipped a stick, then pulled back on the control stick, letting the ship take off a bit. "Strap yourself in. Where do you want to go first?"

"It doesn't matter" She admitted "You said you needed to find your friend?" She probbed.

"alright then." She settled "what brought you to Coruscant anyway?" She said taking in the features of the ship.

Jami shot her a glance over his shoulder. "You didn't think I usually transport people for free, did you?" He then turned back to the viewport as the small, black droid in a hollow hemisphere beeped. He pulled back on a lever, and the ship shot off into hyperspace.
