For the profiles if I made two different people that weren't from Sand, Leaf or Cloud I get the 1500 extra points right? Or is that only for new members to the guild?

I believe it is only for a new member's first character, but I'm not certain.

I don't see why you can't Ice. I've seen Mods claiming it as well.

A follow-up to my earlier question. For a Taijutsu specialist, are any of the following usable?
Alchemy? Vectors? Made-ups approximating a Ninjutsu, grounded in Taijutsu? (Like to create a fireball by punching so forcefully I ignite impurities in the air, rather than just making a Ninjutsu fireball?) Summoning?
Those are the only other techniques that come readily to mind to ask about.

Those are the only other techniques that come readily to mind to ask about. Alchemy is a science not ninjutsu, so yes. Vectors are made by science, so yes. made-ups of that sort work. Summoning of course you can. if any mod disagrees with me then you have a second opinion.

GreenTigerr Alchemy- N Vectors- Y Made Ups- Y Summoning- N If by Vectors you guys are talking about diseases, my initial instinct is no. In other words I think madeups should be your only option. Although there are some ninjutsu-like effects that are officially considered taijutsu, like Karizanjutsu.
