SylverStar  Co-ownership agreement for Hippocampus between SylverStar and ~Twilight...Angel~ Twilight and Sylver: - Sig Rights - Teepee Rights - Breeding Rights - Contest Rights (discussed between both) Breeding: Twilight will get full rights over first breeding, SylverStar 2nd breeding, and 3rd breeding basket will be determined at that time. If a lifemate is choosen at any time both Sylver and Twilight must agree on the pairing. Twilight: Full RP Rights If Twilight is absent from Soquili for longer than 6mos without notice to SylverStar than co-ownership will be dissolved agreed :3 <3 and thankies Sylver x3

 Co-Ownership Agreement between Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for Mokole- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter Mokole into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time) Breeding- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with Mokole . They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless he is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding: will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time. - However, each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breeding to/with the co-owner. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Mokole to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

Co-Owning Agreement  I Suncahser9000, am co-owing Kveta with Magnadearel. Both shall have sig rights, the ability to place her in their teepee, and the right to rp her OCC and IC. Kveta must be lifemated to Sunchaser9000's Axel. Magnadearel will have first pick in the first breeding of which baby she would like. Sunchaser9000 has first pick in the second breeding. If a third breeding is done, those babies will be given away, Magnadearel and Sunchaser picking the owners of those babies respectively.

Co-Ownership agreement for Laguna between Kita and Eftemie
Eftemie:
Retains full RP/Breeding/Sig rights to Laguna until she can obtain a breeding slot and one basket of her own from said breeding. This breeding MUST be with Laguna's mate, BW Phantom.
After this breeding has taken place, and Eftemie is the sole owner of her own basket from this breeding, the co-ownership will be voided and all rights will be transferred back to Kita.
Kita:
Retains all full rights as well, and can break this agreement at any time.

Co-Ownership agreement for Laguna between Kita and Eftemie
Eftemie:
Retains full RP/Breeding/Sig rights to Laguna until she can obtain a breeding slot and one basket of her own from said breeding. This breeding MUST be with Laguna's mate, BW Phantom.
After this breeding has taken place, and Eftemie is the sole owner of her own basket from this breeding, the co-ownership will be voided and all rights will be transferred back to Kita.
Kita:
Retains all full rights as well, and can break this agreement at any time.

Shared RightsCan show him in Sig Can put him in Teepee Can RP him both OOC & IC (thread and guild) Kekoa, the familiar. Both owners must discuss any life-mate for Ziazan. Trudy has rights to his second breeding, and the third breeding can be discussed and decided upon later.

Sig rights Are to be shared by both parties. RP Rights Both IC and OOC are shared by both parties equally. However, both will RP within her personality. Any life changing/personality changing plots/ rp's etc must be discussed by both parties. Breeding Rights Wolfie has already planned one fling and, a future mate for Annika, these plans may not be broken in any way shape or form unless Wolfie does so. However the first fling, one basket will be given to Anasazi, because she is a newbie. (It will be discussed with the other owner first before this is decided.) The second breeding and third breedings of Annika; if there are ever three baskets they will be shared among all three owners, or if there are two baskets it will be discussed who gets what or if a basket should be co-owned etc. Familiar Attachment: Annika already has a familiar so no more will be/can be attached. In the event anasazi_lemur_babe goes missing for 8 months from gaia without any contact, Wolfie may break the co-owning agreement. She may also at any time decide to break it if friendship falters.
