Adrian smirked "he knew that even if he didnt want to, he didnt get much choice in the matter, luckily he did want to...way to much." he went wide eyed for a few seconds then chuckled at oly and odile's display. "yeah, you would think i would remember that...i knew i forgot something, whats done is done and we cant change it." he walked over to oly, siting down next to her and holding her hand "besides, i know how to raise a kid if we have one, just do exactly the opposite of what my parents did..." he chuckled. "but if it happens, then we will deal with it when we come to it."

In a flash, Scathach was across the room, pinning Adrian to the wall with her hand around his throat. She squeezed hard, giving him hardly enough space to breath. The pain in her shoulder temporarily forgotten she slammed her other fist into the wall beside his head, growling lowly, "It had better not happen. If you know what's good for you, your life and hers, you'd better not let it." She pulled her arm back, still holding Adrian in the air and slammed him hard back against the wall with enough force to put a screeching crack in the metal, fireproof plate on the other side, "Do you understand me, boy?"

Oly sat on the bed, head down and shamefaced. She didn't try to stop her grandmother. After all, when Scathach got like this, it would take someone a hundred times more powerful than Oly to bring her temper down.

Adrian chuckled as scathach pinned him to the wall by his neck. "i know very well that it would be devastateing to have children so young, and i know it would be bad for both me an oly, but if this is a threat, and a poor one at that, i dont think you would dare try to take the life of the father of your grandchildren, would you really do that to them if they were born, i highly doubt it, and because i know you so well, i know you arnt threatening oly, but that is the only reason, the way you put it that could be mistaken for threatening her aswell, which would not end well for you." he placed a hand on her wrist. "now then." he forced her hand from his throat. "leave me be, im not stupid, i know what i should not do, but dont try to threaten me, i'd rather not get serious." he once more walked away from her, siting dow yet again on the bed.

Scathach snarled and her silver sword appeared in her hand. In a flash she was in front of Adrian, the point of her sword just below his chin. She laughed harshly, face contorting in a cold rage, "You think I don't threaten her as well? I have killed sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Blood of my blood, more directly than she. Do you truly believe I would hesitate to harm her, a third generation's great granddaughter, whose blood is diluted more than a slave's wine?" She pulled her sword away and scowled down at Adrian, "Take into account my words, boy." Then she turned and stormed out, brushing past Seraphim with no more than a glance.

Oly watched her grandmother leave, tears threatening at her eyes.

Oh, stop your blubbering, Olerain. You know she didn't mean it.

I don't know.... She seemed awfully convincing.

Adrian didnt even flinch at the blade, then after she was finished and walked out, he looked to oly, seeing that she wanted to cry "oly, it's fine, she didnt mean any of that, she is just angry...i will be back in just a second, and no dont worry im not going to fight, some things just need to be said." he stood up and walked out the door, catching up to scathach, but now out of ear shot of the others. "you know i gave the biggest damn hint ever back there, i said that i know you well, and you know that i must, i knew what you ment, i was just trying to spare what must now be a dead relationship you have with your grand daughter, you threatened to kill her right infront of her face, over something like that, it's people like you that make me sick, despite everything my family has done to me, despite there attempts to go so far as to try and kill me, i still would protect them, but with you...i cant even talk to you any more, i really hope you atleast try to make it up to her." he turned around and began walking back.

Vivian poked up at him, "Oh really? Whom?"

Seraphim shook his head, knowing that Adrain would be fine. But when she threatened Oly he had had quite enough. Following after Adrain and touched his shoulder. "I will deal with her, Oly needs your comfort right now." He said and turned his gaze to Scathach. "You are a damn fool, Adrain loves her more than i think you know. Everyone can see that but you, and you harass her for making a mistake when you have made many in your life." He said and grabbed her uninjured arm. "If you cannot see that love, she if it the most pure and open that it runs over you when you wok into the same room. You cannot share what i have to give, you cannot love the way you say you do with such hatred of the thing itself." He said and shook his head at her walking away back to his office. "I love you, but i cannot love who hates more deeply than she loves."

Cherbum smiled and lifted her again so she was straddling him. She was so small next to him that he looked down at her and smiled. "This better?"

Oly laid back on the bed and covered her eyes with her arm, talking to Odile in her head. I think she meant it. No, there's no way. She loves us, remember? Yeah but.... She was so convincing. Ha! Oly, she's had thousands of years to work on her acting skills. She just said that to piss Adrian off. I don't know......

Scathach looked at Adrian with sad eyes, then she nodded, "When I was very young, a blind prophet once told me that, in the event of my demise, I would go unloved and unwept, separated from loved ones by my own foolish actions and affections. Perhaps this is the beginning." She looked up at the ceiling, eyes vacant and empty, "Tell her, for me.... Tell her..." A memory flashed through her head of a little red headed child, no older than five or six, sitting in her lap atop a rolling green hill and giggling wildly as she repeated an old Irish mantra that Scathach had taught her. After her third repetion she reached up and tugged at one of Scathach's fiery curls, Is breá liom tú, grandma! Scathach had chuckled and kissed her cheek, Is breá liom tú, my dear. Scathach shook her head, then said back to Adrian, "Tell her: Grá trí am, agus tar éis. Grá tríd an saol, agus tar éis. Grá trí pian, agus tar éis." She looked at Seraphim as he walked, then she sighed, "You need not tell me what I already know, Master Seraphim. 'Tis not hate that runs deeper than love. It's something ten times more deadly." Then she vanished in a flash of silver, off to a place where she could find someone, something, with the power and authority to rightfully punish her. But, in all likeliness, that would probably end up being herself.

Aoife chuckled and laid her head on his chest, "Much better." She smiled then gasped when she felt a violent tug at her heart. She sat up and looked around frantically, then laid her head back down and groaned, "By the gods, what's happened now? It would seem as if my sister has exiled herself to the Réigiúin dhorcha. One of the more.... Sinister parts of Faerine."

Adrian raised an eyebrow at scathach, actually feeling a little bad now "you want me to tell her...love through..what does that even...oh nevermind, i'll tell her." he walked back into his room, through the burnt doorway over the peices of dresser and scattered clothing with shards of wood in it. "well we finally fix your door and mine gets screwed up, this school has a thing about that now doesnt it." he sat down and laid back on the bed with oly "you know she didnt mean that, she was angry, and she told me to tell you something...in another language for some reason, but lucky for me i understand it, like all those little times where you said something in irish thinking i didnt know what you were saying." he gave a smirke and a chuckle then proceeded to tell her the message. "she said to tell you, Grá trí am, agus tar éis. Grá tríd an saol, agus tar éis. Grá trí pian, agus tar éis, does that mean anything to you, more than just the face value of the words. because i cant make since out of why she wanted you to hear that, or why i had to tell you it, insted of her telling it to you, she was just down the hall."

Asmodeus noticed one of his targets had left the school, and into the dark regions, this was oerfect, he teleported into morrigans room, seeing her with terra. he sighed "i...well i would hate to inturupt intamicy, but in this case, i think i would injoy it, morrigan, i think you already know why im here, we have something to do, come with me. he held out his arm, ready to take them both to the dark regions as soon as morrigna linked arms with him.

Oly was silent when Adrian walked in, and she didn't crack a smile at his attempts at humor. But when he told her what her grandmother had said she was silent, staring at the ceiling. Then a tiny, sad smile came to her face, "Yes, it means plenty. Thank you for relaying the message." I told you so, Oly. You worry too much. So what if I do? Oly sighed and rolled over, laying her head on Adrian's shoulder.

Morrigan cried out when a sharp pain ripped through her heart and she pressed her face against Terra's shoulder, looking up as her father appeared above the bed. She knew why he was here and she nodded silently, although she wanted to get to Scathach for different reasons than her father. She kissed Terra quickly, then stood and took her father's arm.

Adrian smiled finally after oly seemed to feel a bit better, and as she rested on his shoulder he slid his arm under and warped it around her so she could rest her head on his shoulder easier. "i love you oly, just makeing sure to say that...again." he chuckled.

Asmodeus realm jumped them away, entierly out of hell and into the dark regions, once more as he did so there was a flash of light as a lightening bolt hit the ground where they were put, and a loud clap of thunder. "oh yeah, that happens every time i enter a realm outside of hell, like gods warning system...old b*****d, if i wanted to enter the human world i use to have to do it during a thunderstorm otherwise...well you get the point." he looked around then looked back to morrigan "i can keep general tabs on my targets, but with scathach you can lead us straight to her, please lead the way."

Seraphim felt her leave, he knew he was harsh on her. But to yell at a family member for something she had wanted to do only hours ago was silliness. He touched his heart. 'Scathach. . . come home. . .' He sent to her but know she would not listen. And he was not allowed to follow her to the place where she went.

Cherbum nodded, "I can feel my brother's worry, will she badly injure herself?" He asked and rubbed her back softly with his warm hands.

Oly smiled, kissing his shoulder, "I love you too." She frowned slightly, rubbing her cheek on his collar bone, "You know, you don't have to try to keep convincing me that you love me."

Aoife sighed again, shaking her head, "I do not know what she will do. It's a form of punishment for a wrong she has done. Since very little people posses the power and position that she does, she makes certain to discipline herself accordingly. Hopefully she will not judge herself too harshly." Aoife was quiet for a long moment, then she said, "I trust that death will not come to her. But... It has been so long since she's done this, I can't tell you what will happen. And I can not stop her."

Scathach was searching for the banshee. Not only was the beautiful young woman a foreteller of death, but her scream, heard by one who was not about to pass, cut through the skull like a knife, it brought your darkest fears to a reality, and enhanced any negative emotions ten fold. Some would describe it a fate worse than death, but Scathach found it a suitable punishtment. She paused when she heard Seraphims vice in her head. For the longest moment she stood there, wondering if she should respond. After a minute she nodded, Soon, my love. Then she heard a rustle in the forest, and a soft, lovely song. She closed her eyes as the woman behind her screamed, bloodcurdling voice seeming to shatter her skull and cause an agonizing pain. Scathach fell to her knees, suddenly weak and limp from the Banshee's power, crying out and resisting the urge to cover her ears. This was her punishment and she would take it like a warrior and princess. The thing would scream until it had gotten it's fill of her misery and suffering. There was no telling how long that would last. It could be an hour, or a week.

Morrigan heard the scream and gasped, taking her father's hand and looking at him pointedly, "Plug your ears. Even one as strong as you can be effected by the banshee's screech." She didn't give him time to respond as they vanished in a burst of shadow, appearing just on the other side of the clearing where Scathach and the creature were. Morrigan crouched next to Scathach and gathered the woman in her arms, then glared at the banshee, "Begone! I give you no permission to harm this woman. Tell your sisters that as well, for the rest of your people's existence, they are not to bother the Warrior Maiden." The banshee immediately recognized Morrigan and stopped it's shout, bowing to her, "Yes, Madam Morrigan." Then it back away into the forest and vanished among the trees. Morrigan tilted Scathach's face toward hers and kissed her forehead, "Cén fáth a bhfuil tú díobháil duit féin, mo daor?"

Scathach shook her head, voice weak and pained, "No... Bring it back... That... That was not enough."

Adrian smiled "im glad to hear it." when she stated that he need not try to convince her of his love he chuckled "i know you believe me, i just enjoy saying it, but beyond that im reminding my self that this is all real, i never believed i could have feelings so strong, so powerful, it's like a dream at times."

Asmodeus chuckled "a banshee, ha, it could affect me all it wants, i could still kill it even if it did, but then the fea are annoying, they would get all high and mighty thinking they have power, and gang up on me in a pitiful attempt to prove a point, but only prove that they are weak and dependant." when she left he looked at the ground and a chunk dematerialized, then infront of his face something began materializeing on an atomic level, in a mere second two very special earbuds were floating there, then they were in his ears, they gave off a faint purple tinted light once in his ears. he teleported over to morrigan and spoke. "how i enjoy useing these, they filter out any harmful sound, more specifically the banshee's whail, but i can still hear everything else." he looked to scathach "such a said sight, brought to your knees, well then, i guess that makes takeing you with us so much easier, take this as your 'punishment' for the wrongs you have not yet taken punishment for." he looked to morrigan giveing a nod, that told her it was time to take her, the kidnapings were to beging, now, with her.

Oly smiled and kissed his chin, "You know, you were inches away from saying that I'm the girl of your dreams. Which would have been horribly cliched, but also terribly romantic." And vomit inducing. Oly giggled at Odile, I don't think so. Odile mentally rolled her eyes, Of course you don't. Oly giggles again and kisses Adrian, "Odile says that wold have been vomit inducing, if you had said that."

Scathach glared at Asmodeus, gaining her wits back about her as she looked back to Morrigan, "Why are you doing this?"

Morrigan shot her father an angry look, Speak not of my people like that, father. Then she looked at Scathach with calm, but slightly sad eyes, "Because I was shown the truth."

Scathach tried to struggle out of Morrigan's grasp, but to no avail. The woman had always been stronger than she, even if the Crow Goddess never showed it. Scathach looked into her eyes, "Your truth is a lie, Morrigan." She started to struggle harder, "Now let me go. This path your heading down is destructive and I will not let you lead me down with you." She managed to break free of Morrigan's arms and she began to walk away.

Morrigan caught Scathach's arm and stopped her in her tacks, locking her dark eyes with the other woman's bright green, "I'm not leading you anywhere. If you don't come willingly, I'll have to take you." At Scathach's defiant glare Morrigan sighed, "Very well then. Sleep now, my dear." Scathach gasped when the Morrigan kissed her deeply, but hardly had time to react as her eyes closed and body went limp, falling into a deep slumber. Morrigan caught the woman as she fell, then she lifted the Vampire into her arms and nodded to her father. The two vanished in a cloud of shadow, and Morrigan took Scathach to a place where her essence could not be tracked or even felt. To anyone with a powerful connection to her, it would seem as if she didn't even exist anymore. Either that or it would seem as if she had... Well, quite suddenly died.

Aoife was quiet on Cherbum's chest when she felt as if a hole was ripped through her heart. She clutched her hand to her chest and shouted once, shaking violenty. She sat up, eyes wild with fear and pain, "Scathach. No. no, no, no, no, NO!" She felt so empty inside. That familiar presence that always resided in her heart and seemed to watch over her for her entire life was gone. Just completely vanished. She stumbled up out of the spring and whistled loudly, "Niyol! Niyol come to me!" She looked around frantically for the horse, then realized he couldn't take her where she needed to go. She didn't know if she should go to Faerine and search, because her sister definitely wasn't there anymore. For the first time in her life, the brilliant Strategist didn't know what to do, so lost as she was without her sister's essence. She began to pace, trying to figure out what had happened. Had she died? Or had she been taken? Or perhaps she had just left? But she'd never done that before. She stopped her frantic pacing and put her face in her hands and wailed once, a heart wrenching sound that made the very nature around her want to weep.

Adrian smiled "oh i would never say something so cliche, wait, she says what, oh well then i can make an exception, it's true enough anyway." he raised his hand to push olys chin up slightly so he could look her in the eyes. "oly, and yes odile to, you are, more than anything i could ever want, and beyond that, your the girl of my dreams, and i love you." he tilted his head, leaned in, and kissed her, long and deep.

Asmodeus sighed "oh how my way would have been better, maybe next time." he followed after morrigan teleporting back to his castle, then he looked to morrigan with a questioning look. "wait, so did she think she was going to get away from you, and even if she managed that, i was right there...ugh...sometimes i dont understand people." he then gave a smirk "but you do remember that you are more than powerful enough to not have to use such an old way of putting her to sleep, effective yes, but so is every other method, or did you do that for the enjoyment." he chuckled. "oh dont mind me, im just an old man that finds a bit of enjoyment out of this." then he gave another laugh "oh takeing her here seems to have set off one of the others, she thinks poor scathach is dead, this will make for something interesting, and possibly make our job easier."
