((alright even. since he was a subcharacter i didnt think it mattered))
Nathanel brought a shield of ice before him to block the attack but was shattered when the husk rammed him slamming him into the wall. once again Nathan dropped his body temperature to absolute zero which was the coldest temperature that could ever be reach and not one place in the universe was so cold as to where Nathan stood. an incredibly strong aura enveloped around him that would make the strongest of any species sick to their stomach save for Kikyo in this situation though he knew it would affect Jay greatly. the skies blackened and hurricane winds picked up. countless vines swarmed the husk and miniature volcanoes sprouted from the ground shooting molten lava at the enraged beast

rain started to pour and the droplets were focused on the beast and turned into razor shards. even though Nathanel was putting on an intimidating show of power everything was weakened to the point where it would only knock him out or throw him to the edge of consciousness

Jay: Stand back! I got this!
Jay launched himself from Kikyo. Embedding himself into the heart of the fragment. A purple light shot out into all directions from the heart of the husk. The entire mountain exploded in a dark fiery glow. Jay was nowhere to be seen.

Since Jay was fused with her for the time being, Kikyo was getting affected by Nathanel's power. Also the fact that she was week didn't help the matter either. Kikyo started to feel nausious, but kept it cool as she looked up at him.

Nathanel appeared next to Kikyo picking her up and appearing outside the forest with her while dispersing his sickening aura. since the husk was taken care of everything turned back to normal

Nathanel smiled warmly as his pure green eyes gazed into hers. "it was my pleasure Kikyo." his voice was soft and warm as his body temperature sky rocketed like it always did when he was around a woman who was in his heart. his dark red hair drifted in the breeze as he still held he in his arms forgetting he was still holding her bridal style when he got her out of there

Jay: YA, SURE! I'LL JUST LAY HERE AMONGST ALL THE RUBBLE AND ROCKS WHILE YOU GUYS GO OFF AND SCREW AROUND!! I'M FINE!!!
Jay was trapped at the bottom of the rubble of the mountain. Weakened from absorbing all the power of the fragment.

Kikyo could smell the alcohol on his breathe and turned away a little.
"Whoa... you were hitting that liquor pretty hard huh?"

Nathanel's cheeks turned a bright red. and lowered the temperature of his breath to give it a wintery smell and get rid of the alcohol smell. "forgive me. i think it should be better now." as he spoke cool fresh mist left his mouth and his body was still around 200 degrees.

Kikyo heard Jay's voice and she climbed out of Nathanel's arms and stumbled to the mountains rocks and dug for Jay.
