Since when has it been six months? Would this be something grandfathered or has that always been the case? Because it wasn't the last time and certainly shouldn't be this time. I also maintain my position that I never left the shop, or Gaia, without intention of returning.

I am giving co-ownership of Astraea to Merci` under the following agreement:

~ Both co-owners have signature rights.
~ Merci` has sole RP rights.
~ Merci` gets full rights to her first breeding
~ LydaLynn gets full rights to her second breeding
~ Third breeding we will agree together on a newbie to gift her breeding offspring to.
~ When there are three or more baskets in a breeding, the co-owner with full rights to that breeding [or both in the case of the third breeding] will decide with the owner of the stallion the disposition of the third basket.
~ Merci` can choose Astraea's breeding partners and/or lifemate.
~ If either co-owner fails to log onto gaia for 6 months or more the other assumes full ownership.
~ The co-owner with full RP rights agrees to make RP posts for the soq at least once every three months unless extenuation real life matters interfere and are explained to the understanding and acceptance of the other co-owner before the end of that three month period.
~ If this agreement is broken, any lifemate agreements will remain binding.

I am giving co-ownership of Leilani to Looneytaz82 under the following agreement:

~ Both co-owners have signature rights.
~ Looneytaz82 has sole RP rights.
~ Looneytaz82 gets full rights to her second breeding [first breeding is already past].
~ Both co-owners share rights to her third breeding.
~ When there are three or more baskets in a breeding, the co-owner with full rights to that breeding will decide with the owner of the stallion the disposition of the third basket.
~ Looneytaz82 can choose Leilani's breeding partners and/or lifemate.

Teepee rights Both have teepee rights and stat rights etc. Both can display this soq in their teepee!
Sig rights Are to be shared by both parties.
RP Rights Both IC and OOC are shared by both parties equally. However, there will be a consensus on personality and both will RP within that decided personality. Any life changing/personality changing plots/ rp's etc must be discussed by both parties.
Breeding Rights All 3 breedings will be shared by both Wolfie and Akira. In the event of 2 baskets, there will be a co ownership of offspring, if 3 we will talk to the other party or parties involved and come to an agreement. No mate or fling will be decided without both parties consent.

In the event Akira goes missing for one year from gaia, Wolfie may break the co-owning agreement. She may also at any time decide to break it if friendship falters.

(I haven't posted her for certing yet, but thought I'd kill two birds with one stone by doing the co-ownership before having her certed.)

Natelie will have the following rights:
1st breeding - she may choose the mate
3rd breeding - we both have rights to this breeding and to agreeing upon a mate

Any lifemates will be discussed between the both of us before deciding.

Natelie has RP rights, sig rights and teepee/stat rights.

I have the 2nd breeding, sig rights and teepee/stat rights.

Co-ownership agreement for Hippocampus between SylverStar and ~Twilight...Angel~

Twilight and Sylver:
- Sig Rights
- Teepee Rights
- Breeding Rights
- Contest Rights (discussed between both)

Breeding: Twilight will get full rights over first breeding, SylverStar 2nd breeding, and 3rd breeding basket will be determined at that time. If a lifemate is choosen at any time both Sylver and Twilight must agree on the pairing.

If Twilight is absent from Soquili for longer than 6mos without notice to SylverStar than co-ownership will be dissolved
