Majin Stark "Well, don't you worry about that, because-" Velora appeared alongside Cosmos at... what wasn't the Forest Kingdom. "What-?" It was instinct alone that caused her to raise her blade in her own defense."What have you done?!" As the dark haired man spoke, his hair blazed into silver, and he took his "Majin" form--markings forming along his body, his hair growing out, and his red eyes turning yellow."What the-?!"Shoving her back, he began to slash at her with blinding speed with his twin katanas, each slice being dodged or deflected expertly, but it was clear that Stark's skill wasn't something to be taken lightly, even against Velora."Tch," One of her twin shields swung around, blocking Stark and pushing against him to force him backwards. He immediately disengaged, spinning once to brush past the shield and go back on the ruthless offensive, where he would meet with the other shield. Before he could do the same thing, the first shield slammed against his back, and both pushed against him to pin him in place. "Well, well! Not every day we get a visit from the Mastermind himself." She said mockingly. "What in the world happened to you? Uh, Cosmos? Doesn't he have the presence of a Serenitian god?" While it was faint and unpronounced--much different than that of Nero or Cosmos, he did indeed have the presence of Azazel, the Serenitian God of Death, who had vanished long ago after being defeated by Cosmos during the Divine War. Much like most of the gods during that war, though he wasn't killed like most had been."The Majin showed me premonitions of the Beast--I was making every preparation for it, and yet you...""Oh, is that what this is about? Pretty rude, though I'm impressed you somehow hijacked my teleportation." Leave it to Stark to invent something that seemed unimaginably impossible prior. "You're jealous I beat you to the punch, huh? Well, you should be happy. I've fought the Beast at its full strength. It took a long time, and I got sweaty. Wouldn't recommend." Obviously, she wasn't alone at the time. It took most of the remaining world uniting to defeat the Beast using Balder's body as its host. "Fool... you can't handle that much power. In the best case-scenario, you'll be destroyed from the inside-out. In the worst, it'll corrupt you and you'll become something worse than Exitiumortis.""Maybe I can, maybe I can't." Velora said nonchalantly. "I don't care if I die. I shouldn't exist regardless. What matters is destroying Selene.""Selene?""Something much worse than the Beast. If you-"
"There they are!!" A large squadron of infantrymen began firing on Velora and Cosmos, and Stark by association.
"Ugh," Velora's shields freed Stark, swinging around to defend from the gunfire. "Guess that mystery president is expecting us." She reared her blade back, hurling it forward--and it began to spin in the air, as if being controlled remotely, cutting straight through legions of the infantrymen which were gathering. "This president has some technology that blocks our teleportation and flight, too. We're gonna have to get up to their office the old fashioned way." Well, they had planned to do the Forest Kingdom next, but since they were here anyway... (( OOC: ))

   "Um, Velora..This doesn't look much like a Serenitian enchanted forest to me.." She just had to be sarcastic, didn't she? It was only after those words that the shred of a familiar presence caught her attention, just as he began to go on the assault against Velora.Fortunate for her, those shields of hers cut down the threat of his attacks pretty quickly, strange, considering just how powerful he was."How is it you managed to acquire Azazel's power? I'm so very curious to know. " That may answer Velora's question. She put a hand to her chin curiously. "I defeated him, there should not of been any possibility to tap into his power for yourself. "
Questions would be left for later, it seemed, as they were greeted by the pesky insects of ShinRa pawns. "Aw, look how cute they are. Thinking they can take on me...." She paused, clearing her throat a bit. "..Us... Hahaha...! Get ready to ---" ..Another pause, this was one goddess who was not getting her speeches done properly today! "..Um..like I said, us.." Velora could fit as a Goddess, with all the abilities she displayed. Cosmos didn't have a chance to lift a finger against them before they were all destroyed.. "..That was fun.." Kind of embarrassing, more like it! '..Wait, what? ...You mean, we have to use..........the stairs? " That look of toughness in the Goddess's eyes completely vanished. "..Ah, maybe you can both go, and I---I will wait here! As if someone like me can be bothered of such humiliation." Yes, climbing stairs was so humiliating! "...Unless...Oh! Your shields...We can..ride them up the stairs, can't we? " God, she was SO lazy!

Velora "Althesa must be really scared," Velora responded sarcastically, as if she was responsible for rerouting the teleport to the other destination to try to buy herself some time."Azazel came here after battling you, and he died here. Shinra... I don't have time to explain this." He had only explained the full story to Yuffie before, and he really didn't care to tell Cosmos the full explanation. Not that he knew all of it, but when the Majin bonded to him, he understood flashes of it, as well as some aspects of Azazel's "life" prior. After he was released, Stark took a step back. "Selene... I need to reevaluate this." Somehow, the Majin's precognition never gave him anything on Selene, only Exitiumortis. Perhaps because Selene was such a foreign threat to the world. Nevertheless, he couldn't simply take Velora at her word, and he had to gather what information he could. And with that, he would turn and distort, a moment later being completely gone from view."What a social guy," Velora said sarcastically. As her spinning blade cut through all those present, it just as soon returned, and she slashed it upwards through the ground, sending five parallel wave bullets which completely bowled over and overtook the groups that followed. Glancing at Cosmos after, she put a hand to her hip. "How does it feel to be the useless eye candy, Cosmos?" She teased, poking her in the stomach. "You do make a great motivator, though. Hehe, eye candy indeed..." She seemed to have gotten past her initial nervousness around her, at least to some extent! Her expression turned a bit more blank as Cosmos continued. "Well, there's an elevator, too." Why did this scenario feel familiar? "If we take the stairs, we'll avoid fights, but if we take the elevator... I'm getting the weirdest deja vu right now." Her expression turned even more blank at her last words. "My shields aren't seats, even for an a** as nice as yours. How can a Goddess of WAR be so lazy? Get motivated! Though, I guess you're not used to walking..." She'd almost wonder if her legs were weak from the lack of walking, if that wasn't such a ridiculous idea. Cosmos's entire body was absurdly powerful--that's what came with the territory of being a Goddess of War. "I could carry you..." She said, raising an eyebrow. "But the question is, would that be somehow less "humiliating" to you than just walking?" As ridiculous as the idea of carrying her was, Velora couldn't help but see it as some kind of challenge. Almost like giving the foes half a snowball's chance in hell at beating her. ...But they really wouldn't even have that, for the most part. (( OOC: ))

[ "HEY! " Well, that was rude. Who did he think he was, just leaving in the middle of a conversation? "No respect. I'll teach him! " Would she really? She was the Goddess of War, but sometimes, she was also the Goddess of Fibs and idiocy. Turning her attention back to Velora, she nodded in agreement. Hey, they could agree on something at least. "HMM? Did you say something? I mean, what do you expect me to do? I thought you were having fun defeating them all in one swoop. Clearly I could have done the same, but you did it on your own. After all, you did say they would be weak. Not quite so fun for me if they put up no fight. Althesa sounds a lot more fun for that. I'll leave you to the talking, when we get to her. " That was the best idea from Cosmos all day. Anyone knew Cosmos wasn't the best talker! She wasn't the brightest Goddess in the world. Poor, silly Cosmosie.
Feeling the little poke against her bare stomach, Cosmos let out a small squeak, followed by a giggle. "That---agh. Uncalled for, Pinkie! " Who knew, Cosmos, the so-called-terrifying-Goddess of War was actually very, very ticklish. It was rather humorous, really! "But since you threw in that compliment, I won't be mad at you this time.." She was really such a dork for a Goddess, wasn't she? "Oh, come on. You can use them for anything! Why not just use them to get around too? " One could imagine how silly they would look riding on shields, though. It was actually a great thing Velora wasn't into the idea! "If I don't have to be bothered to walk, I won't! I mean....I can walk, I just don't think one such as myself should be bothered to do so.." She really saw herself as the highest being on the planet! "...I will just walk, then..I feel like you are trying to humiliate me far more with that offer. " She said as she crossed her arms at her. "..Anyway...Let's go! "
