it snows for at least one fourth of the year where I go to school
I've never seen snow.
California doesn't offer cold weather, unfortunately.  Want our snow next time we get it? I'm in VA, and we shouldn't be getting it like we are, but it keeps snowing as of late... Well, not today, it's been warm and raining... So no complaints for today...Virginia. Nice.
California has rain now. I'm wishing for hail.
