She watched this, trying her best not to eavesdrop. She picked out where Enishi's heart was, and raised up her sword. She closed her eyes and said a quick prayer for him. Enemy or not, she belived that redemtion could happen for even the most evil. With a cry, syn thrust her sword down, aimed right for his heart.

Her ears bent back close to her head.
' I know i should kill him...' she looked over at the crying girl.
Memories flodded back.
'I wont leave you...'..'go now!'..' Voices rang in her head she shook it only once regaining composure.
The girl Vanished in a quick burst of flame. She knelt down infront of him.
"Stop!" she looked over at the girl who wanted to end his life.
She her hands tilting up his chin.
"will you come peacefully"

-For once...in a hundred years, Radu had a true tear. He swallowed and looked at Shinzui- "That wasn't your sniper who shot me you know." -he still layed on his back, looking around- "The war is over..." -he hated defeat yet this was beautiful.- "So it was you." -he smiled, looking back at the girl who was only to eager to be a hero- "You best leave." -he growled, looking really tough chained to himself- "I have n choice"

Enishi-san -For once...in a hundred years, Radu had a true tear. He swallowed and looked at Shinzui- "That wasn't your sniper who shot me you know." -he still layed on his back, looking around- "The war is over..." -he hated defeat yet this was beautiful.- seeing the elf's crossbow he figured this was the case, it would take a long time to reload it "so i have a new enemy already, eh?" he said with the sorrow of a good fight over. "good-bye" he said as he flung the kunai into Radu's chest.

Demand that the clans be freed and lock me up until judgement day?" -he asked, nodded towards the Earth Clan leader as they left- ((people...need...to pay....attention))

She stopped the kunai before it reached his chest.
"ENOUGH!!He is not be Killed" Her patience had vanish as she threw the kunai on the floor.
"He is to stand trial for what he has done!If you have a problem with that..Well...I really dont give a rats a**.." she held Radu in place.Overlooking the members of the Earth clan who were all to eager to kill Radu.
She looked up at him and in a low voice responded
"that's the general idea of things yes..." she said almost laughing

"then take him with your drop ships" Shinzui said suspiciously "one question first, Under what authority are you taking him?" Shinzui was suspicious of letting such a dangerous man be taken away by some unknown individual to stand trial

"I am under the Authority of my self she looked at the Earth clan leader. If we kill him we'd be worse than him...he has speared all the lives of all the clans that he has captured, Killing him would be stooping beyond his level"
she said looking at them

Syn didn't like the idea of letting this strange walk off with Enishi any more than Shizui. Then she had an idea. "Lord Shinzui, I think it best that perhaps I should go along with her, to make sure that she actually does what she say's she's going to do."
