I think I will read the Kite Runner, I read another book by that author, A Thousand Splendid Suns and LOVED it. It was really sad too.

zKitty - The Kite Runner is on the list of books I can read. Would you recommend it?
Dessy - Yeah. They just go over symbols and how everything is placed for a reason. Like a dinner is a communion. No s**t.
EDIT - A Thousand Splendid Suns is on there as well.

I almost feel like A Thousand Splendid Suns is kind of a more of a girl book. Like you might not like it as much as I did.

I should ask if they have a copy next time I go by the used bookstore.

But you are a girl who likes girls and therefor-paradox-

@T: My brother read the Redwall books, for some reason I never did.

@T: My brother read the Redwall books, for some reason I never did.I have a synopsis of each book in my packet for my work. I honestly chose Bone Setter because all the other books where placed in Afghanistan or the Middle East. I may be biased because of all that, but oh well. I know that portion of my summer work is for the work. We can't choose between a list of books and go over all of them in class.
