ALSO... I just realized that the hand seals should get people +1 int...

Anywho, new exp from event added. only 120 ryo to go.
So can I give myself +1 INT Qyp? Since I already learned hand seals. Or Charisma, since I learned it from a person. Charisma would be 1000 times more beneficial for me.

It's not that those aren't real jutsu. The thing is, those jutsu are useless for level 1's and stuff. So eventually they will be helpfulb ut not at where you are right now. Like I can start seeing it's usefulness at level 5 where I Am.
