Ironic, then, that Evelyn also knew something about Paradioa and his future. It was funny how these little things pieced together sometimes. Evelyn nodded and yawned. "As you wish." She licked her paw boredly. "As if we needed more problems around here than there already were in the first place." She rolled her eyes. "Such is this family." Evelyn looked back to Paradioa. "Oh, I must thank you although ask a favour of you. Firstly, I'm thanking you for saving Kiera back at the battlefield. I wouldn't have forgiven myself if I let her get blown up." She looked away. "And I ask that you keep a very close eye on her while I'm focusing on Shortstraw. I may not be able to protect her as much as I'd like." She scratched behind her ear with her paw. "She could get up to something stupid. And she is your mistress after all." Although it was harsh it was generally a very accurate description. For a smart person Kiera had a tendency to do stupid things. Mostly from curiosity and eagerness.

*Paradioa chukkled, "hmm hmm hmm... young deamon you should never thank another demon for saving his own mistress... before i was waiting for mistress to take the charge and call when i was needed so i wasn't in the way... however i recently desided after much thought that it seems i will have to take the action anyways when needed... for as i wish it to be, she does not use me nor trust me... however yessss i will be keeping a better eye upon my mistresssss... as you should your little boy... when one is stuck between both tasks it will endever a formittable pain for you. We have the same goal upon them... which is why i speak to you this night... i relized such when we went to the shimigami... i am truly immortal... unkillable, i can feel no pain, however in return i cannot take a real solid form as you... you provide the solid form and i will provide the supporting immortality..." basicly he was saying if she watched his back and helped him, he would do the same to her, but of course he couldn't directly say that. The term, i scrach your back you scratch mine... well he couldn't scratch anyones back... nor did he actuly have one which was trublesome to him...
((Lol i'm trying to do a outline idea fo rthat rawing and i can tell you it isn't going to be that great XD it's going to be a tad bit funny though lol))

Prophet chuckled as he heard the conversation. Prophet then said, "Well, sounds like you guys are a team...Like me and Shortstraw." Prophet sighed, remembering the battle they had with the chimera, and the battle with the Prometheans. "If you ask me, I'd say that you guys are a perfect match for battling." Prophet said, looking for something to eat. He then grabbed an apple out and started to eat it, and said, "I don't know 'bout you guys, but me and Shortstraw got eachothers backs, no matter the time, place, odds, we stick together, like brothers." He then took another bite, thinking about that for a while.

Evelyn actually snickered a little. "I'm not as foolish as you may think I am however my connection with Shortstraw has made me a little more warmhearted than I have been in the past. Even so, I feel an obligation to thank you for something that made my life easier you see. It's called common courtesy. For the past three hundred years I've been around demons who are as rude as they get." She sighed. "And I have an agreement with your mistress. It's true she doesn't trust you that well." She smirked over to Paradioa. "She doesn't trust things more powerful than her... Things that she feels that could threaten her influence." She looked back out of the window. "And she's planning something special."

*Pardioa's eye sorta nodded, "ahhhh so that is it... why mistressss no longer uses me..... a shame as it be it is utmost understanding...." His eyes then appeared alittle closer to Evelyn so he could talk lower. "You know... i wasn't always this hatred... if not for the five thosend years in prizenment of that cursed box i'd prbably be alot more like you...." he eyes closed and turned to slithers again, "then again if not for my sisters involvment with that cursed demon hunter i would be long gone by now...." He looked to Evelyn, "keeeeeep me posted if anything spechal happens...." He chukkled as he dissapeared.*
THe next morning shortstraw awoke mid day, as spechal as that was, but he figured keria would be in bed for days, meaning he would too. She looked to cute when she was sleeping soundly, he brushed a hair form her face with his finger softly and closed his eyes again to think... just then he appeared in his soul realm. Looking aorund like he did all the time. He found a few doors glowing, ready for him to unlock, he hadn't been checkig for a while now so he figured he would open one... moments later he opened his eyes and looked to keria as if nothing changed. "My god every time i look at youi see all the sexyness." He chukkled.

Kiera would, as predicted, sleep for a while yet. Not only did she do exerting work that put her to her limits, she was awake for longer than 24 hours. That never was a good recipe in her book. Generally she wished she had 12 hours sleep everyday but instead it was shortened by things they had to do that required more effort. But this time she wouldn't allow it. She was going to sleep. For a while. At the end of the bed sat Evelyn, as per usual. "Ew." Was all she commented. Even though Evelyn herself wouldn't admit it aloud that Kiera was looking good because Evelyn was in fact a massive pervert. She was the one who suggested the underwear photoshoots after all. But was disappointed when it turned out Shortstraw had forbade her from doing them. Evelyn padded a little closer to Shortstraw. "How are you feeling? Was the trip to get Dante back especially exerting?" She glanced down to Kiera although knew it anyway.

*Shortstraw laughed, "not for me it wasn't. I had a harder time killing the old demon king guy then I did in there." He laughed. He started to pet Evelyn, "and she's probably going to be out for the next few days sooo... that means it's just us." He nodded, "by the way, did you find Cresent?"

Prophet came in and said, "Not yet." Prophet sighed, and said, "We will find her, soon." Prophet smiled and turned to them and said, "I'll go help with breakfast, you guys can relax." Prophet turned into his dragon form, and headed for the kitchen. Instead of cooking, he used his fire breath. "Ignius gradus." Prophet said, speaking Latin, then he dissapeared, and reappeared infront of them. "Which would you like waffles or pancakes?" Prophet asked, he needed an opinion on this.

Evelyn nodded and appreciated the petting. "Eventually, yeah. We just followed the trail of blood and then found her hiding. All is fine now. Although Crescents pride may have been hurt a little. I'm sure her and Moon have had a good talk."

*Shortstraw nodded, "eh she'll just have to get over it. I think Cresent needs to learn how to deal with people more. People look at her and are frightend... i hoped when donte got used to her being around he could maybe help loosen her up alittle." He chukkled and got up, offering Evelyn to walk up his arm to his shoulder, or stay with keria.*

Evelyn hopped up onto Shortstraws shoulder and nodded. "She'll get used to how things work eventually. She's gotta come off her high horse sometime." Evelyn thought for a moment. "I wonder if Dante's awake yet." She looked briefly back to Kiera who was sleeping peacefully.

*Shortstraw nodded, "lets go check on him. Probably would be a good thing to do anyways after all that." He nodded and slowly crept out the room and headed down stairs where Soflora and Donte were the night before... surly Donte would be up by now... then again who knew everyone went for a few days without sleep.

Dante was in fact awake, and watching Tv. He had been awake for a few hours, actually, but he'd been doing training in that time and now he was winding down from that. Once he noticed Shortstraw and Evelyn he hopped to his feet and ran over to them both. "You're awake!" He grinned. "You guys saved me!" Evelyn patted his head with her paw. "Do you remember who gave you the illness?" Dante thought. "Yeah. A civilian woman. Well I thought it was. I was helping her. Her name was... Alice. I think." Evelyn nodded. "That would make sense. Alice was Amelie's personal adviser. Then she moved to become one of Mordekai's staff."

"Alice...That names sound familiar." Prophet said, putting the plates of food on the table. "And that story sounds familiar too." Prophet said, walking over to Dante. Prophet then asked, "Do you know the name of the virus she injected you with? Because right now would be a good time to tell us." Prophet then sighed, and said, "I may need blood samples to find any remains of the illness. But right now, you can hope that illness is gone."

*Shortstraw nodded, "shiro said she thought it was one of her subjects... meaning this alice person is still out there and can still threaten us huh." He patted Dontes head, "it's good to see your well again buddy, ant no way any of us would let somthing like that happen to you." He chukkled and looked to the passed out Soflora, "and soflora looks healed up now, so i'm sure for now on we will have a full team again." he nodded.
