as Felicity sat in her chair she got to thinking 'i think i'll take Alexia into town and do some shopping for her' standing up she finished her glass and headed back up stairs to change out of her bathrobe and get Alexia ready

Neferata smiled. "Lets go to the gardens. They are nice even at night." She said as she led Valaryia out of the room and towards the door of the mansion.

Night? Did I really sleep all day? Valaryia thought, making a quick face. As they walked, Valaryia hummed the small, Celtic tune she had sung for Neferata before. She remembered the question she wanted to ask as they approached the garden.
"My god," Valaryia sighed. "It's beautiful."

Felicity reached her room and walked in and headed over to see if her daughter was up yet. "why hello there precious"she said with a warm smile "hows mommas little girl? feeling any better today?" she asked as she got dressed then grabbed Alexia's clothes from a drawer and picked her up out of her bassinet "wow you are huge your almost the size of a 2 year old now. you must have grown over night" Alexia grinned back up at her mother and spoke her first word "momma dada" Felicity became so excited "aaww!! when did you learn those!?" after that was all over Felicity headed back down the stairs into the main hall

"Yes it is." Neferata said as she squeezed Valaria's hand a little. "Come on." she said as they walked through the garden.

Valaryia grinned and squeeed back. Maybe this time...
Valaryia looked around, her eyes defocusing on Neferata's aura. She had to be sure of one thing before she could let herself relax. "Lady Neferata," she said quietly. "About, um, a vampire's sire... if he abandons a girl after he Turns her, does he... ever come back?"

once Felicity reached the front door she knelt down and placed Alexia's feet on the ground "lets see if you know how to walk big girl cuz i know you know how to crawl" Felicity stood up a little and held onto Alexia's hands and began to move backwards as Alexia's feet moved forward Felicity smiled brightly "good..." she continued to do that for the next few min "lets see if you can do it on your own now without mommy's help" Felicity slowly let go of her daughters hands and watched cautiously as Alexia wobbled back and forth and took her first step. Felicity gasped and covered her mouth with her hands "oh my god..." she said excitedly "you did it...now walk to mommy...thats right...good job look at my big girl walking on her own" as Alexia reached Felicity's arms she grabbed her hand "how about we walk to town then my dear and give your little legs some exercise" Felicity said as she opened the front door and slowly made their way out "i wish your father was here to see you"

"Some vampires return to the ones they sired but others don't. It all depends on who the sire was. I find though if they leave they don't ever intend to come back." Neferata explained.
