Haha yes, Lokail is the missing nin whose possibly the most psycho character in this guild. I have three characters of kage rank
Shinore - A silent, incredibly smart Shinobi who is theoreticly capable of making legendary weapons
Elliot - once upon as time was Otokage, but he's dead
Lokail - The most insane scary person ever. The choice was obvious. Though i might bring Shinore in...
And yeah, i've been in charge of Sunagakure for a month or two now. When i talked to Kouri i said i could do as much as i could, but i probably wouldn't be the best leader (simply do to activity) However, i have been trying to make a story and do my best helping people out when i can... I can only hope that i am heh

Haha actually close. Isshiki was a little unstable so he decided to go on a little nomadic quest to help find himself, and Lokail happened to take up the position. Why he did is a secret however ninja
