Isabella's eyes drifted to the bottle of blood without her thinking about it as she thought about what he'd just said. "So...she basically killed you? Or rather, her leaving did?"

Shadow nodded, "Basicaly yes." Shadow said as he pushed the bottle over to Isabella. Her eyes were moving to it enough for it to be obvious that she was hungry. "I have been threw alot in my very long life but that was what finally broke me." he added.

Isabella sipped it slowly. Her mind was racing and she was having a hard time keeping caught up. That must be what Victoria felt when he came...and I wasn't there. My goddess...what have I done? So many years and I had never considered what this has done to her. "How would you apologize to someone for having killed them?"

Shadow had to spend a little time thinking on the questioned. He had no real idea how one would apologise for such an act. "To be honest I have no idea how you could apologise for such a thing... Why do you ask?" he said while he put some extra thought into the question.

Samantha finished off the food and layed down on the bed, she stared u p at the ceiling. After a long few moments she sighed and sat up cringing again. She was bored oout of her mind without someone to talk too. She stood up and desided to walk around, she knew it would hurt but she would need to get used to the pain, besides she knew it wouldnt last that long. she closed the door and looked up and down the hall.

Luna realized what she was listening to and felt embarrased since she wasnt sure she should be hearing all this. She looked at them both trying to not to pity Shadow thining he wouldnt want that. She looks at her feet.

"Shouldn't you be looking after someone Luna? Is there not a human sitting around somewhere that you should be helping and perhaps a daemon wandering around that I asked you to watch out for?" Shadow said. He never expected Luna to be standing around for so long when she went threw all that effort to remain hidden from him. Once that was out of the way he turned his attention back to Isabella. "That might be good enough... might be but I am an old soldier, you learn that sorry really means nothing once you have killed so many. Even if that was enough I don't think I could forgive her for taking my son away but an apology would be the right place to start." Shadow said. He had a rough idea that Isabella was not speaking her mind but he wasn't going to even bother asking what was going on. She had already made it clear enought hat she didn't want to talk abotu it.

Shadow couldn't help but smile for some odd reason. "Thank you." he said, somewhat out of character for him but he had to say it. "I have been threw many things and survived it all untilt hen. I get the feeling that I can survive far more now that I had before hand. I feel like I am young again now that I am back to my old self... perhaps I could forgive her for what she done. Things certainly won't go back to the way they were but maybe it will be a step in the right direction... don't you think?" he said.

Samantha wwalked down the hall way and then sighed when she saw the stair case. She looked down and sighed again, a long fall. she thought knowing if she tried she would slip. Turning to go back to the room she crined and cursed under her breath falling to her knees, holding her side.

Shadow nodded, "I'll let her know in time. Right now I am just trying to get over the shock of seeing her again and my son... he will have grown since the last time I saw him." he let out a sigh. "I have missed so much. Just like I did with my first kids." he added. Shadow had always thought of himself as a failure when it came to beign a parent since he was always being dragged away from them by one war or a hidious transformation. His daughter Jenna was the only one that he managed to spend a great deal of time with and that was only because her mother disapeared on them twice.

"I hope he has. I really do hope he has. he probably won't remeber me though. He was a baby when I last saw him. That reminds me, I'll need to send a message off to Jenna and see how she is doing with her studies." he said as he drifted off into thought for a moment, thinking of the good times he had with hsi children before everything fell apart.
