Having caught up with sleep and food and other things, Kushina was now walking down the corridor towards Micoi's room. She wanted to meet the dragon-queen-to-be a little more intimately than she'd had the chance, and she'd heard about Micoi's wish for sparring (name of source withheld for privacy reasons). And contrary to many of those abiding by social mores and ideas of properity, Kushina would not only not mind helping Micoi do so, but would see to it that they did it together.
She could then claim she'd rolled the queen over in her enthusiasm and absolve Micoi of all "guilt"; those that "mattered" in such views already thought she was completely hopeless. "Lady Micoi! Up and of that bed if you want to spar this morning, before you do anything else!" Kushina exclaimed loudly with a smirk after knocking (more like banging) on the door and then immediately barging into the room. None could say Kushina ever followed the rules of politeness. At least unless strictly necessary.
And this, really, in Kushina's mind, didn't count as "necessary". No matter that she'd barged into someone's room while they were still in bed.

It was nice and it was quiet and she was still asleep, if so only in the lighter layers of reverie, but it was still so nice and peaceful and-- And then some loud, obnoxious and horrid sound made its entrance... and then followed something else, something that Micoi was sure she had heard before somewhere...
"Gyaaah!?" The young Queen-to-be flew up into a sitting position, hugging one of her fluffy pillows in a what seemed near-death grip to her chest. And in the next second it made contact with the intrudering noise's awfully cheerful source... whatever it now was. Micoi, blinded by the horrid light that shone into the room from somewhere she could not fanthom (Had she not pulled the curtains closed yesterday evening? She was not used to such things personally...), swore colorfully at everything and nothing in particular (except for early mornings) as she rubbed her eyes with the heels of her pamls, trying to rid them of their temporary blindness.
The future queen of Dusis - colorful in more than one way.
"You sure are up early," came Illusia's serene voice from somewhere behind, but rather close to, Baran. "We didn't hope to scare you out of your bed at an earlier time," the officer finished, if it was meant to be a joke one had to decide that for themselves. Illusia, dressed in a quite dark green turquoise pair of pants and high-necked shirt and a pale lemon coat with lighter turquoise green trimming and small bellsleeves over that, held shut by a black sash, looked a bit "just woke up". The lack of papers under one arm just verified the probable fact of him not having been in his office earlier.

Baran started at the sound, spinning around with eyes wide to face Illusia. He felt oddly guilty, as if he had just been caught at something he should not have been doing.
"Oh, no, it's okay!" He began hastily with a nervous laugh. "I wasn't waiting long. So," he said in a more normal voice, relaxing somewhat, "where do we begin?"

Kushina's laughter was momentarily muffled by the pillow, before it fell into her waiting hands and she shook her head.
"Good morning, lady. If you want to spar, better get up," Kushina said, waiting until Micoi's swearing had died down and she just sat there staring. Holding up a finger to her nose, Kushina winked at the dragon-queen-to-be.
And I'd put a move on, if I were you, so we can get out before Neith comes here. She comes in before we get out there, she'll feel obligated to stop us. Plausible deniability and all that!" With a grin, Kushina threw the pillow back into Micoi's lap.

Micoi stared at Kushina before catching the pillow in a hug and muttering something unintelligble and falling back onto the bed. Placing the pillow to smother her own face, she rolled towards the one side that was not facing the officer until she, intentionally or not is unknown, rolled off the edge of the bed and hit the floor with a soft thud, having pulled the sheets along. Grumbling and rustling of silken covers could be heard from the other side of the bed, as if the queen-to-be was trying to worm herself free, but a momentor two later, the pale azure haired girl shot upinto a standing position, dressed in something that looked ODDLY (or rather suspiciously) much like one of the fighter's uniforms...
"I'm done," she said, stumbling one step to the side before catching herself and walking, leaning a bit here and there the first few steps before straightening, over to Kushina. Most probably had she done some magic... or used her infamous (and still, blessed be, not so very well-known) full control over her Dragon Eyes to wish herself clothed.
Illusia gave the other a calm smile. "Don't worry about it, it's not like we would see it as a bad thing. However, you'll probably be needing most of the extra hours of rest that you can get, especially in the beginning before you get used to the magic training most of all," the Yellow Officer explained as he walked up to the ornate door and got it open.
"But don't worry," the man smiled, "this is not like some trial. It might be a bit taxing the first times, all this and the new training, and tiring still after a while, but we believe it will serve everyone," Illusia said, sounding as if he already knew it would flow smoothly like the great rivers. Holding up the door to the still rather dark office, due to it facing the west more then the east, the officer nodded for the dragon rider to enter.

Ana walked through the castle halls, her skirts rustling on the polished floors and a light pink shading etched on her cheeks. Her face had felt permanetly hot for over a day now, and she was already a bit light headed from elation although she had only been up for a short period of time.
She hummed quietly to herself as she went, fingering with a further rush of excitement the small flower pinned to her breast.
Forgetting to knock in her daydream, she opened Celia's door and walked in to begin her cleaning of the room. To make her already sunny mood even brighter, Neith had informed her that she was to clean the Dragon Knight of Water's private chambers this morning, all by herself! Normally she would be nervous and a bit scared, but today? Today she was just awed by the honor and trust the Head Maid must have in her.

"No! Not like that! Are you trying to get us killed?!" He was angry again. Why did she keep messing up?! Every time she did, all it caused was for him to get angry. He hit her with the spell book, over the head, though he had to reach a little bit to do it, as he was only a little taller, "Now do it again!"
Celia grumbled...She had already done it three times! It wasn't her fault that his ingredients were terrible. Half of them were left over from his master! Not like the wizard hadn't kept his ingredients in good condition, but still...
"If your not going to do it right, then just get out,"He sighed... "Celia, are you alright?"The woman with the cross on her forehead was standing next to her, face stoic as always, but her tone suggested worry... "What just happened...?"Celia found herself standing near that strange black wall again...She had rested her hand on it for only a moment, when suddenly it crept away from her.The blond man was on her other side, "I think, you just remembered something," he said, sounding relieved that she seemed okay."...I don't get it though...what did I remember?"Celia looked at the black wall, taking a few steps away from it. She felt unsettled...Why had she been so angry? She could still feel shadows of feeling left over from the memory in the back of her mind...The Knight didn't like it. "What do you remember?"Asked the woman, tilting her head as if to try and examine the words from the first moment they left Celia's lips. "Well...I was cooking something...or...maybe...I'm not sure, but there was this sort of short man next to me...I think he might have been a demon..."she said, trying to explain, but not managing entirely well. Again, the blond man spoke, "Its a start." He sounded happy for her, turning to the woman in white."...It is indeed. But, I suggest you wake up now. You have a guest, Celia,"She smiled a little, and suddenly they dissappeared.~*~~~*~~~*~ Celia opened her eyes, rubbing them slightly as she realized she had done it again: she had turned her bedding into a large pile of blankets easily likened to a nest, and curled up like a cat. Kohaku was asleep just above her head, having taken quite the liking to this nest-thing, apparently.
The knight sat up, realizing too that she had fallen asleep with her clothes on again, and once more had ended up clutching a book all night. She looked around, and spotted Ana almost at once. She blinked, then again, and suddenly said "Um...Hi," for lack of anything else that seemed to fit the situation.

Ana screamed.
She had not realized anyone else was in the room and the sudden voice had startled her out of her happy little dream. She clamped her hands over her mouth as she realized who had spoken, now bright red for a very different reason. Oh, she was supposed to have made sure the Knight was already awake and out of the room before she came in! This was so bad... and of course it had to happen on the first day she was given the responsibility, too!
Oh, she was going to get in so much trouble... Neith would never entrust her to do anything remotely like this again...
"I-I'm so, so sorry," she dropped into a bow, her tied-back hair falling down her her shoulder and into her face. Now if she could just keep from crying until she was able to escape the room...

Celia's eyes widened at the scream, but as soon as it was stopped, she couldn't help but smile, laugh a little bit, and scratch her head aquardly. "I didn't mean to scare you...I just...Hadn't expected you in here,"She said, laughing a little even still. She was a little more personable when she was half asleep; not quite coherent eneough to be timid.
"You don't have to be sorry,"She started, as she crawled out of the blankets, and found the opening on the floor among the piles of books near her bed that she used mostly as a path. It ran around the whole room, through the columbs of stacked books. There were only two or three open spaces to sit, one being a window ledge, another an old chair with a table next to it, and finally her bed. The rest of the room was books, with a little path winding between them. It was amazing that in her distraction, Ana had actually not knocked anything over.
The knight walked over to Ana, and kind of blinked, not quite getting why she was so embarrased, though if she had been in the same position (and more awake) she certainly would have been doing the same thing. "Your name is Ana, right?"She asked, sounding quite contented from her rather comfortable, and long (compared with others as of late) night of sleep.

"Y-yes." Ana nodded, eyes wide and slightly glossy. This was unexpected. What was going on? She rubbed her face quickly with the back of her sleeve, although she was unable to slow her quickly beating heart.
"I, um, I can come back later... Neith sent me to tidy..." she trailed off, trying not to look around the room. It obviously needed some tidying.

"I don't think Neith really likes the way I keep my books..."She said, a slightly half-asleep smile crossing her face as she looked at the books...really, in her mind, they only needed a good dusting. As they were, she knew where everything was...or at least, most of it.
She had several books that even the library didn't have, as well as many that the library would simply have had no use for; tales completely irrelevant to reality, so it seemed. She had several old spell books she had found while on missions that the librarian kept wanting her to donate...but Celia was rather attached to them, and knew they wouldn't be allowed ot leave the "vault of knowlege" once they had entered it if she did.
Celia's mind felt a little blank at the moment; possibly, one of the reasons she didn't sleep all that often. She didn't really like the feeling after it had passed. She streched a bit, putting her hands behind her head, (realizing along the way she had lost the ornament holding her hair up somewhere among the sheets, and hoping it hadn't cut them up again or Neith would probably be upset) and then suddenly asked, "So...You want some tea?" as she walked over into another corner of the room, where she had a little kitchen type set up. Fortunately, this area wasn't clogged up by books.
Mostly, the water knight had asked if she could have this simply because she enjoyed cooking. She opened the cupboard, and took out some cups, as well as a tin of rather good quality green tea, before she set to putting some water to boil...Even if Ana said no, she'd still have some. It sort of woke her up usually.

"Uh..." Ana stood, shocked and confused, as Celia began setting up the tea. "I... I don't want to be any bother..." She cast a glance around the room. It really was dusty. And disorganized. She could feel her fingers itching to clean it up a bit. Not a lot, of course, because she did not want to run the risk of misplacing one of the many books. Just a little, though, would make it look so much better...

Celia smiled a little, keeping her eyes on the tea she was setting up for a moment, and then looking up at Ana with a very friendly smile. "Don't worry about it...Its not a bother, I always have extra hot water anyway,"she said with a shrug. It was true too.
She looked at the water she had set onto the stove, but oddly hadn't turned on. Or, it would have been odd, if she hadn't taken out the small red fire crystal, and held it up in the general direction of the water, bringing it to a boil almost instantly. She tucked it back inside the pouch with the others, and then took out a little tray of sugar candies.
"Do you like your tea very strong?"She asked, tilting her head a bit as she did so. Celia personally enjoyed strong green tea, but only with the little sugar things...Especially the pink ones. She poured herself a little of the water, and then some for Ana, adding the tea to her own and wisking it up, but leaving the other water for the maid to make herself.
((I've only been to one tea ceremony, and this is sort of what i remember from it gone casual. >.< The sugar things are amazing too, by the way...Well...it wasn't even real tea ceremony, it was one of my friends trying to teach it to me.))

Ana hesitantly made her way over to the other girl. It would be rude to just keep standing there, after all. "Not... not so dark, for me..." She took her water and added tea to it with hands that shook only slightly. Truth be told, she was relaxing a little bit, otherwise she would have automatically taken her drink the same way as Celia even though she would then not have drinken more than a few sips of it.
She looked around nervously for a place to sit, then gave up, opting to simply stand, cluting the teacup with both her hands in front of her breast.

The Knight noticed Ana's little glance around, and realized there wasn't anywhere to sit. "Oh...Um...hang on a minute,"She said, a little embarrasedly, as she put her tea down and then moved some books just a little ways to the side, revealing a pair of chairs.
Celia was starting to wake up a little, and felt rather bad about having forgotten the need for seating. "Is this okay...?"She asked, hoping that would work out. She brought the little tray of sugar over to the chairs, and sat down, popping a pink one into her mouth before she took another sip of the tea.
