We don't use the canon jutsu for one simple reason. Nobody has added them. We like to know what jutsu are available in our guild, and we do not follow ANY of the Naruto fan sites or data books. hat gives us the ability to restrict jutsu we think should not be allowed, while keeping good ones in the system. You're free to submit anything you want to the customs pages, but it has to be approved.
The only lack of logic in this entire debate is the very idea you're trying to put across. Letting people just use whatever they want from the Naruto Databooks would make it pretty much impossible for us to control events in the guild, and we would either have to triple our crew and watch things like Nazis, or the guild would degrade into chaos with everyone arguing over whether that jutsu should have been allowed or not. THAT is why we solve all of that by having a specific set of jutsu allowed in the guild.

Funny how that hasn't happened in any guild i've been in like HV and NUR where they allowed people to look up jutsu. Which most if not all your jutsu came from, and the reason we never added a lot of jutsu is because as i stated those jutsu were just used to add a greater library to the naurto universe since they were lacking a good range of jutsu for elements. We also didn't write down every jutsu was it would take a mass amount of man power to write down ever jutsu one by one when they can easily be looked up. We had a problem here or their, only one i can think of was people abusing flying thunder god which we banned, but other then that it was fine. The guild didn't go into chaos, the only time things went wrong was because of their own customs.
Anyway, I apologize for getting relied up, been a rough day and this just put me over. But yeah, if that your final answer then I apologize in advance cause I will be submitting a few dozen jutsu to the custom jutsu inorder to get the ones i usual use in this guild sweatdrop
