Takiko was distracted from the man she had met earlier. Her attention was diverted to him, making her drop the spells. All the shadows that were surrounding Deo dissapeared in an instant. When she saw him dissapear, she looked back at deo. "damn..." she muttered, seeing how she would not be able to re-start the spell.

Takiko leaned down and pulled her dagger from him. It was surprisingly easy how much control she had over her body. Then she saw it. The shadows moving over to Deo. They covered his weak body, and began to heal his wounds. "No! What are you doing?!?" Takiko asked what seemed to be the air. Though to her she could tell the void was now in control of the shadows. My dear. I want you and the wolf dead. The voice answered back in her head.

Deo slowlly stood up and grinned at takkio as he took a step twords her. He ould fight again, to kill her. His insticts craved it, to hear her screams and taste her life force. And then he charged at her, his mouth snapping at the air.

Takiko's cold, jet black eyes stared at him. "This is between him and me." Even though Takiko didnt really mind the break in a fight. She was beginning to get tired. It used almost all of her energy just to do that last spell.

"Frankly, I don't give a damn who it's between. Let's use logic for a second here. While the lot of us toil in the shadows, hiding from the mortals, mortals know we exist, and some even hunt us." He frowned, picking up another pipe.

"Let's continue on that line of logic. Why do the races of non-humans fight each other? Some age-old insult, forgotten by time...? I'll tell you why we fight. We fight because the mortals tricked everyone into fighting each other. To make it easier for them to kill us all off. With that in perpective, does it make any sense to either of you to kill each other? If you say 'yes', I would like to know your logic behind that, so I can file it under "Darwinism at Work" and just let you prance off to be killed by some mortal with a stake or silver bullet, or however you're going to die."

He turned and looked at the unconsious wolf demon. "Damnit. I didn't mean to do that..." He walked over... at Ghorkel's size, he wouldn't be able to do anything. "Hey, do you have any spells that'll make him go into human form? I say we get him to a hospital." He frowned at her. "I guess I'm involved now, eh?" Ghorke sighed. "I'll be noticed by some demon in Hell for sure, and they'll come after me, if I was involved in killing anything..."

He knelt down to the wolfdemon, then heard her gurgle. "Son of a b***h." He looked up. "You hate me, don't you, God? Well, ******** you." He looked at the two, trying to think. "Gottahelp-gottahelp... vampire... blood." He knelt down, rolling up his sleeve. "Takiko... take my blood. I need your help... I can't lift the wolf-demon here by myself..." Honestly, he had no idea what to do, and was going on impulse.

He bit his lip, looking around. "Damnit... what do I do...? Takiko... help me. Is there anyone I could run to? Anyone I could speed forth, find, and bring here...? An organization, an ally, anything...?" He looked around, pancing, his wounded and burnt face scanning around for anything that could help.

He kneeled down, attempting to wipe the blood off her cheek with the sleeve of his sweatshirt. "A vampire elder...? WOuld he even listen to me? I know of the hosility... ah, the wolf-demon's knocked out, nt like he could refuse. Where is he...?" A flash went through his own mind. "Why bother helping them? They wouldn't do the same... you're a demon, Ghorkel. Unredeemable." He shook his thought from his mind. "Nevermind all those questions! Where can I find him...?"
