And I agreed to this for a service from you... you have yet to pay this service as agreed by you. Wolf and Shadow emerged from the floor behind Exudis and laughed in unison. I don't like the idea of our equal being a slave. What about you great-uncle? Wolf said as he looked to 9.

Shadow's eyes blazed as he said to Wolf. She has too much spirit for that so you need not worry. Remember I had taken control of her will for a time but she has it once more.

Wolf and Shadow regarded one another for a moment as the other's altercation played out. They stood for a long moment before Wolf said. It's time you and the others return. We have the potential now but I am the rightful owner. He stepped toward Shadow as he spoke and lowered his voice. I let you live again after I beat you and it's time that you returned to your place. Just as Karia did and just as Ratsu has. Shadow nodded and his soul emerged from the human shell and was drawn into Wolf. As they merged Wolf's eyes flashed and the body Shadow had inhabited melted into the floor.

As 9 thrown she turned in the air and kicked off the wall. WIth a flip inthe air she landed in a low crouch on the floor.
