SkyDragono I, Skydragono, will Co-Own Zavi with Natsuko-neko. Breeding: She understands that he currently is in a breeding slot, with plots already for a second mare. His third breeding is open. We will decide between us on the third female. RP: RP rights go too Natsuko-neko. Signature/Teepee: We both have rights to displaying Zavi in our teepees and in our signatures.

Kijani Uta  This is concerning the co-ownership rules between X-Ronso-X and I. It's a simple contract and goes as follows: Concerning signature rights, we can both display the basket as eye candy and have equal display rights. Concerning role-play, Uta has full rights both IC and OOCly. Ronso may mess around with non-serious, OOC bits when Uta is absent or just not getting in to the OOC fun. :3 Uta has full control over choosing a mate (life mate or otherwise) and entering any breeding raffles/events with said soquili. In the event that baskets are produced, the ownership shall be discussed at the time of the breedings. I would like to break this co-ownership. At the time this was made, Kijani was much more active in the shop and on Gaia as a whole. Unfortunately, I feel her interest in soquili has waned significantly and she really doesn't appear to have much time left for Gaia. Not that I blame her, she leads one heck of a busy life! : D Unfortunately, I have desires to enter Chandar in to raffles and mixers down the road, and eventually settle with a mate. It's going to be difficult if she's not on Gaia (and the last time she posted was June 1st . . . ) to get her approval.

Co-ownership of Adakias between Marzipanz and -- ponytales Agreement
Breeding Rights
- -- ponytales has full rights to the first breeding. Basket distribution will be discussed when they arrive.
- Marzipanz has full rights to the second breeding. Basket distribution will be discussed when they arrive.
- Both owners have rights to the third breeding. Basket distribution will be discussed when they arrive.
- Adakias will always be life mated to Louvia. This may only be broken by Marzipanz.
Sig Rights
- Both owners will have signature rights, both uncert sigs and certed sigs.
Rp Rights
- -- ponytales has full IC rights and OOC rights
- Marzipanz has full IC rights and OOC rights
- Any major decisions regarding the IC future of Adakias will be discussed beforehand.
Other Notes
- Adakias's stats are currently posted in Marzipanz' teepee, but may also be posted in Ponytales' teepee.
- Co-ownership may be dissolved by Marzipanz at any time, but it is unlikely. <3

 I am dissolving the co-ownership for Oddish between Kamiki and Hayfen. I never heard anything from Hayfen after I offered her. Oddish was won by me via a CYOA game and was freely gifted to Hayfen. But since I have never heard anything, ever, and I can't track down Hayfen at all, I would like the dissolve the co ownership.

 This is a co-ownership agreement between Merci` and Kaliskanny for Uriel. Sig RightsBoth Merci` and Kalsiaknny have sig rights Roleplay RightsMerci` has full rp rights, but ooc and ic. Breeding RightsMerci` can choose Uriel's breeding partners. Both Kaliskanny and Merci` must agree on a lifemate. Merci` has rights to the first and second breeding. I, Amirynth, give co-ownership of Suiseiseki to iCatNipTequila. She has sig-rights and RP privileges. If, during RP, Sui finds someone she is interested in mating with then I will honor that decision however, I ask to be included in any breedings she does. In the case of three baskets, if the owner of the father is amiable, CatNip has rights to the third basket.
I have the discretion to give up rights to one of my breedings in which at that point CatNip may enter in breedings as if Suiseiseki had open rights. I do not need CatNips approval for this (though I doubt she'd object *grins*)
