*Shortstraw chukkled and spun around as he twiled his spear in the air and flung it at the centar, lettin git rap around him and litarly pull him off his standing and into the river, "Guess that makes me the winner this time... only two more to go..." He replied.

The last two circles of Hell punish sins that involve conscious fraud or treachery. These circles can be reached only by descending a vast cliff. The fraudulent – those guilty of deliberate, knowing evil – are located in a circle named Malebolge ("Evil Pockets"). This circle is divided into ten Bolgie, or ditches of stone, with bridges spanning the ditches. However Shiro and Shortstraw had only a few hours left to rescue Dante. Dante's condition in real life was deeply worrying. His skin was oily and drained of all blood from the surface. His eyes had rolled back into his head and he was sweating buckets as well as having fits often. It wasn't looking good for him. Shiro and Shortstraw walked over a bridge overlooking the ten Bolgie at work. Different areas which punished different kinds of sinners who committed Fraud. Some were dragged along in lines and whipped by demons. Others heads were sealed into stone and their feet scorched. One which caught Shiro's eye was a demon who sliced people up and put them back together again just to slice them up once more. She knew that place as the Sowers of Discord. She'd been there once before in the real seven layers of hell. "Too bad this isn't as good as the real thing." She commented with a small sly smile. As they reached the end of the bridge, they were blocked by two large gates. "This is the entrance to the last Level. It only permits one person. And this bridge is only temporary. When you go, I'll have to go down there." She pointed down to the 10 Bolgie and sighed. "To suffer like all the rest." She glanced back to Shortstraw. "That's the challenge for this one." She scratched the back of her neck. "Sacrifice." She stared at the gate. "Would you like me to give you a taste of what lies ahead for you?"

*Shortstraw nodded, "i will try to be quick. But yes please give me an idea of what i have to do. I will ensure to pass it to get us all out and save donte." His determintaion was showing again, that look in his eye as if a fire taht told anyone that they could belive in him. Dead serious as he was.*

Shiro nodded slowly and walked over to put her hand on the gate. "The next level is the closest one to the middle. In the very center of Hell, condemned for committing the ultimate sin, is Satan. Satan is described as a giant, terrifying beast with three faces, one red, one black, and one a pale yellow. Satan lies in the base of the Seven layers and is waist deep in ice, weeping tears from his six eyes, and beating his six wings as if trying to escape, although the icy wind that emanates only further ensures his imprisonment. So naturally this next level will be the hardest." She winced. "And also the longest." She glanced back to Shortstraw wearily. "You only have three hours left. But I'm not actually sure if you'll be able to finish it in time." She held up four fingers. "The next layer consists of four levels. All of which will be something personal to you." She looked back over the bridge. "So far, every level has been personal to the person who has had to stay behind. Soflora is pure and does not hate anybody, and therefore a victim to lust. Lust is often never the definite meaning of what you think it is. Gluttony with Hikari because she makes people commit it out of her own personal experiences over over-care. Greed with Amelie because it links to her past life, and her sinful true self which she does not wish she knew and yet she still gets punished for sharing the same name. Anger with Eve because of her love of war and fighting. More so than the rest of you. Also with her anger for her father and family in the past. And lastly Kiera with Violence because of her recent conflictions with herself. And the current ones." She didn't speak of herself, however. And her connection with fraud. Although she felt no need to. It wouldn't have been significant to Shortstraw. He didn't know her as well as some people. She pointed to the gate once more. "This will be very personal to you. And I fear it may be more... psychological."

*Shortstraw nodded* "i understand. Thankyou for the heads up, for the help, and for explaining how each of it fits." He turned around tot he gate, "now it's up to me." He took a deep breath, "See you on the other side with Donte." He then stepped through the gates with the dertemination to get past all three levles as fast as he could. But also as carfully as he could. If it was somthing personal then this would infact be a vary hard challenge. Though he wondered, what connection this layer would have to him, and what it could morph him into. Still he pressed on and walked tall for Dontes sake, not afrade of whats to come, but rather what he needed to do and the time he had to get it done. This is the final layer... the layer of Treachery~

On the first level of this final layer, it was pitch blackness. Pitch blackness, except for a small light. As Shortstraw would have approached this light it would have become clear that it was Shortstraws parents standing there wearily. They stood their ground and held the others hand tight as they stared deep into Shortstraw. "This level is the Treachery of kindred." A deep anonymous voice spoke from the shadows, although it was only Shortstraw and his parents. "The place where shame can show itself." The traitors are distinguished from the "merely" fraudulent in that their acts involve betraying a special relationship of some kind. There are four concentric zones (or "rounds") of traitors. These rounds correspond, in order of seriousness, to betrayal of family ties, betrayal of community ties, betrayal of guests, and betrayal of liege lords. In contrast to the popular image of Hell as fiery, the traitors are frozen in a lake of ice known as Cocytus. Now it was shown that Shortstraw was walking upon this ice. His parents looked with resentment upon Shortstraw, and they looked to each other in the same expression. "Such a horrible child. Truly a disgusting piece of filth. What were we thinking." "It's enough to make him think we care about him without anyone suspecting anything. He does not deserve the place he is today." "Ugh."

*Shortstraw chukkled as he watched them, "it's great too see you two again... but i'm afrade theres no way my parents would ever speak like that. More or less i never tryed to make them proud when they where alive becuse i was too young to know how." he smiled, "so I do not belive this as the real parents of which have came, and if so, so be it. I have chosen my path." He turned his back to them and kept walking.*

Prophet was in his dragon form, but you can see his scales and eyes underwater. His light blue scales glittering in the sunlight, but he had no wings, and his long, serpent like body swam through the water like a snake. He came up, his snout and head showing, and said, "By the way, if you're wondering where my wings are, I can mroph into a dragon, but I can have wings whenever I want, but right now, I just want to swim." Prophet then dived down, swam up, jumped out of the water like a dolphin, and dove back in, smiling. He came up, with water in his mouth as he spit it out, above him, and said, "I wonder why you guys don't come here more often."

Shortstraw's parents looked to each other gravely. "So this is why." "Yes, this is why." They paused for a moment. "Yes, he was only a child really." "Just a child." "Ignorant." But as Shortstraw moved away from the mumbling from his parents he would have noticed some stairs leading up to the next part. "Who can tell what is real and what is fake in this world. Who can distinguish the truth from the lies." The voice spoke again. "There is no method on earth to distinguish a truth from a lie. This is truth. So why not deny everything." There was a short strained laugh. "Because that would betray the point of the challenge. The challenge itself will not be just to face these people. But to understand." As Shortstraw would have surfaced in the next area he would of found it was the exact same environment as the last. This time, the person who stood in the light was Evelyn. All by herself. Looking with confusion towards him.

*SHortstraw didn't fully stop but he slowed. He figured Evelyn would be used in this challenge somewhere. "And whats up with you Evelyn?" He chukkled, "you look like you saw a ghost." He smerked. Clearly this was his way of keeping himself orginized and moving even though he was facing each challenge and levle.

Evelyn still looked confused even as he neared. "How are you so oblivious?" She looked with almost pity to him. Something Evelyn hadn't expressed before. "You're like a lamb who pretends he's a lion. And you're out to get hurt." A pained expression creeped onto her face. "And It's my job to protect you. But I'm betraying you." She shook her head suddenly. "No, you're all expendable. All mortals are expendable." She took a couple of steps back with a cold look. "Some kinds of treachery are more obvious than others." The deep voice cackled. "Although some are often unintentional."

*Shortstraw nodded, "it dosn't matter if i'm a lion or a lamb, it's all about my will power to do what i need and feel is up to me. I see your intellect as somthing vary helpful to guid me Evelyn, however I always wanted you to do wha tyou feel is right, let you follow that heart even if it was every cold and dried up. You can't betray me, becuse i never asked for you to protect me." He smiled, "i only asked for you to be my friend and you've done more then that." He nodded, "and when things turn tide i'll be sure to suport any way you decide on the best that i can." He kept going, "sometimes you have to accept your enemy as you greatest alli..." he contined further wondering if they would flash another person. He was answering truthfully however on each one so far. However it was right what the vioce said aswell. And it made more sense to him then he thought possable when he first entered. Was this vioce he heard, saten?

Evelyn shook her head slowly although smiled to herself. "Same old Shortstraw." She chuckled a little and looked away as more stairs would have been presented. "Unintentional treachery is still sin. So it must be punished accordingly. Unfortunately, we have need for these kinds of people." The voice gave a long sigh. "Did you know that all demons are separated into seven subgroups? Named after the sins for which they were created for. Dearest Evelyn is a Wrath demon." As Shortstraw would have reached the top of the stairs, Kiera was stood in the light, although had a scared stature. She glanced around from side to side, clutching her arms. "And then there's the blind treachery. The ones who know they're doing it, but think they're doing it for the right reasons." Once Kiera spotted Shortstraw, her eyes didn't so much as light up, but rather dimmed in longing. "Shortstraw!"

*Shortstraw nodded, "We all make that mistake. It's the way of life. Everyone belives when there born of the way to seprate right from wrong, wether it be from parents, socity they live in, or if they are alone on the streets. But without it nothing would exist." He looked to keria with a smile, "and even then like keria, it's up to others to deside on there own opionion on how they see the way others are, what they do, and such. There is truly no right and wrong. I belive the way to seprate the two are about whats in a individules heart, mind and soul. And no mater what keria could ever do for whatever reasion, i would forgive her, becuse thats what i follow in my heart." He spoke stongly and honistly still, but he really did wanna just hug keria. But he knew it was part of the test, not really her.

Kiera smiled back to Shortstraw warmly although it seemed she could not move from her spot. "Ah, so you would forgive her for anything and everything? Can someone be that devoted?" Kiera glanced into the nothingness as if searching for the voice. "I would never do anything to hurt Shortstraw anymore. I want to make a protected world for him." The voice cackled. "All right, you can shut up now miss divine." Suddenly Kiera's lips zipped shut as more stairs led up from the level. Through the hatch going to the next level, there was a bright light. Seemed the last level wasn't dark like that last three. Kiera silently sat down and looked guilty as Shortstraw would have passed up the stairs. "Now then boy, I think we should play a game after the things we've just seen. Ever heard of the game 'Two Lies, One Truth'?" At this level, sitting cross legged from about 30 meters away, sat Dante, blinking inquisitively at Shortstraw.
