Rumia listened to Trent's reason to why she should have a dorm, though it still didn't make much sense she did want to work at fitting in and it would be better to have a dorm with Trent then with some random stranger she probably wouldn't get along with. She took a moment to decide, if things didn't work out she could always leave.
"Alright I'll be your room mate but no funny stuff I'm still female after all" Rumia warned but more as a joke then actually thinking Trent would do anything.

Taro let out a small sigh, and was about to tell Lena just to forget about the matter all together, when she suddenly told him that even without understanding her powers she could still unlock the peak of his musical ability. Granted Taro didn't believe in peaks, to him believing in the idea of becoming perfect only meant you had stopped trying to get better, a true artist always strived to improve, even if it seemed impossible. However as Taro opened his mouth to explain this philosophy he was caught off guard by Lena grasping his neck with her glowing, warm hands. Taro's eyes widened as he instinctively jumped to the conclusion that she was going to choke him, and he reached up to grab her wrists in an attempt to yank her off of him, but the feeling of having his vocal chords forcefully rearranged caused his knees to go wobbly, the young pop star collapsing down to the ground as a feeling of faintness washed over him. "wh-what the hell?" he started to say, however his eyes went wide and he clapped his hands over his mouth when he heard his newly altered voice, which was fluctuating between super high pitched, and deep baratone every syllable. Not wanting to speak Taro settled on glaring sharply up at Lena, slowly raising to his feet with a look in his eyes that demanded explanation. When she explained what she had done Taro coughed a few times and rubbed his throat, obviously distressed at the idea of not being able to control his voice anymore, after all he had spent nearly 13 years working on said skill. When she smiled at him and tried to lay on the charm Taro narrowed his eyes at her. Taro sighed again and sat down opening and closing his mouth a few times, as apprehensive about speaking with his newly altered voice. "dOn'T...Eeever...uSe MAGic, oN ME. WiTHout, PerrrMisSion..AgAIN" he croaked out, his pitch still fluctuating like crazy despite his attempts to control it.

Zae'el rose his rapier into a very well polished fencing stance, holding himself with skill beyond his years. When Talon began chanting Zae'el quickly hopped off the table he was perched up on and raced forward, hoping to strike before the water boy could even finish his prayer. However he stopped as the familiar face of Axel poked out of the crowd. He heard her call out the boy's name, and a quick glance between the two he could see what appeared to be a family resemblance. Zae'el hesitated to strike out against Talon if he was related to Axel, especially since they had hit it off rather well yesterday and fighting her brother would probably dash that opportunity. Unfortunately in that moment of hesitation Talon had finished his chant, summoning up a large fish made of water, causing Zae'el to c**k his head to the side in confusion. "that's it? A big fish?" Zae'el muttered, starting to giggle and laugh at how ridiculous it looked, all that grandiose, and rather dully worded, chanting and all he got was a big fish? However, Zae'el's eyes snapped open when the fish opened it's mouth and began shooting it's ice needles at him. When Talon popped up behind Zae'el for the second time in a row, Talon was met with pretty much the exact same result, with Zae'el perfectly anticipating the attempt to trap him. However this time instead of back flipping over him Zae'el dropped down flat onto his back, both stabbing up towards Talon with his enchanted rapier, and allowing the barrage of ice needles to fly right over him and instead shoot right at Talon, who being directly behind Zae'el was literally right in the path of the attack. "if an attack from behind didn't work the first time, why did you think it'd work this time?" Zae'el said with a confident smirk. "you know has anyone ever told you the definition of insanity?"

(because Zae'el is human and despite what everyone in the rp likes to think humans can't survive being shot, stabbed, lit on fire, or stabbed repeatedly with giant shards of ice. The whole point of the character is basically to demonstrate what would ACTUALLY happen if these fights played out how they do, because normally everyone just rushes straight into super mega death moves thinking everything will be fine since everyone's basically a looney tune's character. You can't really just brush off getting hit with a massive fireball or shot with a giant machine gun, you'd die, and you'd die pretty quickly at that.,yet half the characters use fully lethal attacks even when just sparring. I mean if your going to launch giant spears of ice at someone, I don't care what you say, you are attempting to commit murder, and I think showing the actual consequences of doing something like that better shows how completely out of character it is for the good guys to be going this all out in petty school fights. It makes sense for someone like Rumia or Hibachi, characters that are unhinged or otherwise don't care as much about preserving life, but regular school kids shouldn't be using their powers in such a dangerous capacity, and if they do they should atleast face the consequences and have to deal with the morality of their actions

also on a side note, why would you have Plus come out of no where to heal Zae'el when Kairi could have done it? She was literally right there, and this could have been her moment to show off how her character's developed over the time skip, but instead you had to have your character come in and do it. This is the problem with having so many characters, specifically your problem with having so many characters, you make everyone elses characters pointless because whenever something comes up you just send in another one of YOUR characters in to fix everything right away, giving no one else any chance to have any affect or input on what's going on. Kairi was already there, she was the established teacher and authority in this scene, she already had the skills necessary to heal Zae'el if needed, infact part of the reason I had Zae'el get so badly injured was so Kairi could finally have the fact she's the assistant nurse mean something, instead of it just being an empty title while Plus goes and does all the healing stuff. Everything was set up so this character, who was already present, could finally be useful for a change, and you literally just swept in out of no where and took away that chance from them. You can't do that in a group rp David, everyone should get a chance to be useful and contribute to the action. )
