Lyin' here with you so close to me It's hard to fight these feelings when it feels so hard to breathe Caught up in this moment Caught up in your smile I've never opened up to anyone So hard to hold back when I'm holding you in my arms "We don't need to rush this" Let's just take this slow Birdsoul
Warrior of BreezeClan
"I am doomed to live forever alone" --- [New posting style, woo! c:]
[Snarling in anger, Birdpaw shot straight for Comet, working in sync with her newfound NightClan friend and lunging for the cheetah's throat, claws and teeth glinting in the moonlight. As no damage was done, Birdpaw reared back in confusion and slight terror, what was going on? Was Comet invincible or something? Bunching her muscles, Birdpaw prepared to jump up and try again when the crowd parted for a few moments, and Birdpaw caught sight of Snowcherry, leaning over the limp body of...
Shadow.. Voice breathed.
Looking back, Birdpaw knew she would remember this day forever, it would be the day that everything would change.
Her vision blurred and bright spots of colour danced across her sight.
Voice...Voice! What's going on?
Birdpaw.. I'm sorry..
As if she was being controlled by someone else, Birdpaw wobbled across the clearing, pushing her way through the throng of cats, trying to pull away, and yet being propelled forward.
Voice, stop. STOP!
I can't, Birdpaw. I have to say good-bye..
Birdpaw's green eyes clouded with confusion, and she continued being hauled across the Gathering place, nearing Shadow's limp body, feeling her heart clench with someone's elses intense sadness and longing. Could this night get any crazier? Birdpaw could feel a sob rise in her throat, for reasons she couldn't exactly comprehend. This was scary.
Voice..are you doing this?
Yes, little one. It's my turn right now.
No, no stop!
Don't fight me, Birdpaw. You won't like the result.
Snarling, Birdpaw's green eyes rolled back into her head for a few moments, legs wobbling. When her eyes reopened, they were slightly darker, and filled with sadness and pain, memories clearly visible in their depths.
Voice, you..you..monster! Stop!
Birdpaw recieved no answer. It felt like being in a tight space with another cat, one that was way bigger and more frightening. What a weird feeling. The BreezeClan apprentice still wasn't entirely sure of what had happened, but she sure wanted to find out. Suddenly, she was running.
Why am I running?
When they reached Shadow, Birdpaw knealt down and sobbed quietly, completely ignoring Snowcherry] "Shadow..oh Shadow..please don't leave..I'm sorry..I'm so sorry..." [Birdpaw tried to screw up her face in confusion.
Voice, what's going on? Sure, I miss Shadow, but not this much.
You don't, but I do..
I don't understand.
It's time for you to know the truth,
...the truth?
Just keep quiet.
To everyone who was watching, Birdpaw would've suddenly gone immobile, crouching over Shadow's limp body, green eyes glazed over, but on the inside, a tide of memories was threatening to drown the apprentice]
[Let's go back to the beginning..
A small calico kit opened her eyes for the first time, bright jade green eyes blinking up at the world, bright white teeth gleaming as she yawned. An older calico she-cat and a dark brown tom smiled down at her, the queen tired but obviously filled with joy. No other kits surrounded her, but she seemed perfectly happy with her parents. Flash forward, the she-kit is older and with another kit, a male, with dark golden brown fur and warm green eyes. The two play-fight all day and romp around, speaking with the warriors and listening to the elder stories with wide eyes. More moons pass and they are both apprentices, they train together, eat together, and sleep together. The two are insperable, the Clan never seeing one without the other. He protects her from threatening beasts and comforts her when her parents are killed. They are perfect for each other, and both realize it. When they become warriors together, they sit in silence, side by side, tails twined as they watch over the camp, neither saying a thing. The moons that come are filled with joy and love, hunting together and exploring new places. One day, they finally become one, and he chose a special place, her favourite spot, a clearing on the moor where she could see the stars and smell the trees and feel more alive than ever. But there's more happy news, their family is growing. Soon, a new calico she-kit is playing in the nursery..
Birdpaw almost gasped.
Mapleleaf..
But she will never be allowed to have that much happiness. The same day her beautiful daughter is born, her mate is mercilessly slaughtered by foxes that had been sniffing around the moors. Her wails of pure agony can still be heard echoing around the camp. The little kit didn't know what to think, but she one day accepted that her daddy wasn't coming home. The she-cat eventually too, moved on, and learned to live. She revolved her life around her daughter. But one day, as she looked at her leader, she felt something new, something she hadn't felt since he died..
That was another surprise.
Galestar..?
She tries to ignore the feelings, not wanting to betray her first love, but there are some things you can't deny. As she begins to show interest, he seems to return the favour, to others than just her.
Birdpaw could feel Voice's mood change as Frostclaw came into the picture.
The two she-cats fought for his love, both giving it their all, trying to support him, follow his orders, be the perfect mate for him. But her effort was wasted, in the end, he would go for the other option. The she-cat bounded across the moor, heart pounding, eyes wild. She had to get away, she needed to get away. A grief-filled wail could be hear echoing across the territory, but of course, he never heard.. From that day forward, she retreated deep within herself. Green eyes, once filled with joy and eagerness to live where replaced with dull empty gems, she appeared more aged, gaunt, tired. The other cats shied away from her, confused and slightly frightened of what had happened to the she-warrior. She refused to talk to most cats, rejecting all attempts from him especially. Life flashed by her in one dull stream, until he came along. A rogue, looking out for his sister. As she let him in, a small spark of life returned to her, not enough to be noticed by others, but she noticed. The two went for a walk one day, and both were attacked by dogs. She fought her hardest, and in the end, she told him a part of her story. Not all of it, but enough to make him realize his feelings for her. But once again, there was another cat in the picture already. It might seem as though she is doomed.
Birdpaw felt her heart clench. That poor cat..
Voice laughed harshly, Let's carry on.
After her heart is broken once again, that is it. That is the end. Her sanity was slowly slipping away. She is no longer fully living, she is half dead, a walking nightmare. Cats have given up on trying to find out what was wrong with her, or what had happened. They just made their own stories to fill in for missing information. As time went on, she felt as though it was her time to leave. One day, as she left the camp, another cat followed. Big mistake. He taunted her, teased her, and she lost it. Blood was spilled and lives were lost. As the two slowly faded away in pools of their own blood, she forsakes StarClan and leaves her body forever.
But her story isn't over yet.
A hazy calico figure appears in the camp, her green eyes hollow and narrowed. She is back once more, to watch over those two she-cat she loves, and taunt those who had rejected her. Throughout her course, she meets a demon, who agrees to make a deal with her. In her state of mind, all she wants is her dead mate, and he suceeds in bringing him back for a mere few moments, before he is gone back to StarClan and she must fufill her part of the bargain. As a spy for her former Clan, the demon now has eyes in that certain part of the Clans.
But his spy soon takes her leave from him.
As her sister becomes pregnant, she sees her opportunity. In the moons following her pregnancy, she waits for the right moment, and continues waging her war against StarClan. Sometimes, if kits looked hard enough, they'd be able to see her faint outline, watching over her sister in the nursery. When the kits were finally born, one small calico she-kit remained quiet, still, unmoving. She saw her chance and went for it. The kit now had a heartbeat.
As her green eyes opened, it began again.
Birdpaw froze, those were her memories. The inside of the nursery, the smells, her mother's warm eyes and smile.
What..what does this mean? Who was that?
That was me. That was you. That was..
Us.
yes, us.
I don't get it.
My name is Birdsong. I died young and roamed around BreezeClan until Rosewind's kits were born. One of them was a stillborn, and I took my chance. I wasn't supposed to die like that. I was given a second chance at a better life, and I took it while I could. When you opened your eyes, all my memories were erased, a clean slate. But, I got them back over time, and now I remember everything, and I decided it was time for you to know who you really are.
So I'm you..born again?
We are one] [To be continued! Dun dun daaahhh!] --- Birdsong Wandering soul "Funny how when you're dead, people start listening" If I die young, bury me in satin. Lay me down on a, bed of roses Sink me in the river, at dawn Send me away with the words of a love song
Boy here in town who says he'll love me forever, Who would have thought forever could be severed by The sharp knife of a short life, well, I've had, just enough time.

Snowcherry
Snowcherry // She-cat // Breezeclan Warrior // Heart-broken // Tortoiseshell and white with pale jade eyes
Where has my heart gone. An uneven trade for the real world... oh I...I want to go back to, Believing in everything and knowing nothing at all. I still remember the sun... Always warm on my back... Somehow it seems colder now. Where has my heart gone... Trapped in the eyes of a stranger... oh why...I want to go back to...Believing in everything...

[The she-cat's fur began to bristle as a cat pushed passed everyone towards her mate. Her fur began to flatten when she noticed who it was. Snowcherry gasped, it was Birdpaw. The tortoiseshell always felt strange around her. The young calico looked like a small copy of... Birdsong. Snowcherry watched with small she-cat grieve with soft jade eyes. Snowcherry mewed softly to the apprentice, with a kind voice even though the apprentice would most likely ignore her.] "Birdpaw honey.... he's in Starclan with Blossomkit and Dovekit... his family too. He's gone.. but not forever, I'm sorry.... wait... Birdpaw... what's wrong?" [Snowcherry trailed off with confusion, lowering her mottled head to look over the apprentice closely. Worry spread across her face as she prodded the cat softly with one of her white paws.]((Snowcherry, what a motherly kitty, even though Birdpaw/soul/song doesn't really like you :c))

Falconpaw
[Falconpaw froze as a cat near him (Shadow) was thrown. Everywhere, there was the over powering sent of blood, fear, and death. The blue moonlight that washed over the clearing made the dark tom's gut twist with fear. He had never seen anything like this before, there was so... there was so much pain and death!]
[The ebony black apprentice shook his head, holding back a wail of terror and grief for the cats whom had died, though, he knew none of them. Falconpaw felt cold grip his limbs, refusing to release him.]
[But now, even more powerful emotions rolled over him. The grief and fear caused him to remember his father, Hawkslash, the BreezeClan tom who had joined NightClan after he was born, and then suddenly vanished without a trace.]
[Dull relief that Rabbitpaw and the others could not see him like this floated in the back of his mind. Falconpaw knew that danger, even death, was only a few tail lengths away, but he felt helpless. There was nothing he could do. Nothing. He bared his teeth in a week snarl at the great lion and bounded tiredly towards it, knowing this may be his death wish.]

[A dark figure trudged through the mainland grasses silently, invisible to the normal eye. Another figure, much better looking than the former, padded alongside it. The grasses surrounding them only moved to the flow of the wind, undisturbed by their presence. Gorge blinked, halting as the sound of the horrified shrieks of cats blew past his ear, being carried by the wind. His eyes grew to mere slits. They were close. His claws sank into the ground underneath, fury making his eyes narrow. His figure seemed to flicker in the eerie blue moonlight for a moment, like the flickering light of a lightningbug. He blinked, and he disappeared from Splinter's side. He reappeared at the bank. His claws sank and retracted into the wet, sandy bank in front of him. He grinned a grin of malice, pleasure showing in his eyes as the terrified shrieks of Clan cats grew louder and louder. He chuckled darkly. Soon, his ears would be filled with the defiant, horrified shrieks of a certain cheetah. He shook slightly, his lips drawing back into a snarl. Comet had spelled out her death sentence when she had jumped the two while they were making their way to the island to ambush the Clan cats. He snorted. She had made a grave mistake. After all, now, her demise was certain, since the two were dead. After all, one couldn't kill what was already gone from the world.
Without waiting for his brother, he waded into the water. He felt a tingling sensation in the lower half of his limbs and in his stomach, but he didn't feel the natural feeling of water lapping at ones sides upon entering water. He blinked, shuddering slightly. It was an unpleasant feeling, one that chilled even him. He recoiled, padding back to the mainland. He stared hesitantly at the water for a moment. There was no way he was going back in. Gorge's eyes glowed for a moment before he shut them. His shape flickered again, disappearing for a few heartbeats. After a moment, he was visible again, this time slinking through the brush surrounding the island. He hadn't bothered waiting for Splinter; there wasn't much that could be considered dangerous to him now.
The spirit slunk through a particular row of bushes. He was vaguely aware that he was stepping next to a few cats. He stopped, staring for a moment at the group. A brown tabby with gray eyes [Rabbitpaw] stared back, his eyes wide. Gorge blinked, slightly startled by the young tabby's reaction. He could see him? His ears flickered. It didn't matter, really; he had one objective, and that objective didn't have anything to do with any Clan cat. He was only after two cats.
Gorge stepped casually into the clearing, calmly ignoring the throng of cats surrounding a large lion and a cheetah. He grinned widely, halting about a foxlength from the dead center of the clearing. A look of smugness crossed his face as he stared around at the scene. It looked somewhat lovely to the sadist Mountain Lion. He cleared his throat.] "Greetings, 'Friends'!" [he yowled over the commotion happening in the Clearing. One or two heads turned as his voice echoed throughout the clearing. A black she-cat with piercing violet eyes froze, ripping herself from Ravage. A snarl of defiance climbed up her throat and she rocketed across the clearing, pushing clumsily past the cats crowded around the tan lion. She halted about a foxlength away from Gorge, her tail lashing. The, what he was guessing to be NightClan's leader, snarled, her tail lashing with obvious displeasure.]
"Shall I wipe that smug-arrogant look off your face, scoundrel?!" [Lavenderstar demanded angrily, her eyes glinting a bluish purple color in the odd-colored moonlight.
Gorge blinked, his eyes widening slightly. Why could she see him too?! He snorted impatiently, scowling. His paw swiped irritatedly at the leader, his eyes hardening.] "Get real, if I wanted to fight the likes of you, you would have already been dead-ified and half-way down my throat before you could say 'mouse," [Gorge growled roughly. Not bothering to pay much more attention to Lavenderstar, he turned, grinning mockingly in the direction of Comet.] "I request an audience from 'Your Royal Highness'!" [he growled, grinning mockingly at Ravage's mate. He crouched down slightly, grinning. He looked back at Splinter, to make sure he was with him, still grinning a wide, toothy smile. He couldn't wait to slaughter the stupid cheetah who had tormented the two so many times before.]
[ooc:] Only Ravage, Comet, Leaders and Medicine cats are able to see the two due to the fact that their spiritual powers/other powers have been strengthened either by mysterious herbs or by the blue moon itself. Keep this in mind, s'il vous plait. :3

[ XD Cherrydrop is baffled on what to do. ] ~Cherrydrop~ Mentor of Breezeclan
[ Cherrydrop stared at the hole with a confusing look. ] " Yeah.. I guess you're right.." [ Cherrydrop was confused. She was panicking, and she never had an apprentice with her. ] " Hiding in a hole wouldn't work. Sorry, I'm just a little panicky about the situation." [ She turned to the horror scene, where the cats were fighting Ravage, but were being killed one-by-one. Cherrydrop scented a group of cats. Probably apprentices, because most cats were fighting the beast. She walked towards them, beckoning Fallingpaw to follow. She approached Songpaw, and three other cats. She looked at Songpaw in the eyes, and asked, ] "Songpaw, can you please stay with my apprentice? " I asked, with pleading eyes.
[ Songpaw looked at a familiar cat- what was her name? Anyways, she said agreed] " Okay. "

Last night I had a revelation Somehow I have to make you pay It's all about manipulation And what it takes to get my way I don't believe in soft solutions No one makes a fool of me Without receiving retribution No one hurts me and goes free I'll play on your fears, I'll leave you in tears You'll never be the same, my friend You're walking a line, it's a matter of time You'll never rest easy again
I've got the power to bring you down COMET "You know something, you see it coming, You know I will stop at nothing" _____________________________________________________________________________________________ [Comet growled with satisfaction as the cats shirked away from her with fear. As much as they tried to hide it, she could see it, she could smell it. Fear was something she thrived on, and there was plenty of it here. Batting away Shadowpaw with a swipe of her beautifully spotted paw, Comet snorted at the pitiful competetion and turned away, ready to look for her next victim, when a silver blur rammed into her from the side. Whipping around, her dark golden eyes narrowed as she studied the warrior, Lightningstrike. He seemed bigger than most cats. Maybe he could actually put up a fight]
[Foxfur snarled in fury as he was thrown off, once again. He couldn't do any damage to the Slayer, and it was starting to worry him. As Lightningstrike went for Comet, the deputy leapt to his paws and ran to join the SeaClan warrior. Together, the two were easily the two biggest toms in each of their Clans. All they needed was Eaglesoar, and the trio would be complete. Maybe, if they fought together, they could have a small chance of hurting Comet. As he bunched his muscles and leapt, the cheetah saw him coming and sidestepped, so he just barely grazed her side. Comet grinned, eyes flashing] "Finally! Some competetion!" [She cackled maliciously, eyes dancing. As she slashed out at Lightningstrike, her back leg went up to kick Foxfur. Boy, was she on a roll tonight! Full of glee, Comet turned to the side, ready to fight again when she spotted Gorge, and felt a fierce growl rumble in her throat. Drawing herself up, Comet stared imperiously at the spirit cat, eyes narrowed, a haughty look in their depths] "What do you want, Gorge? I thought I was done with you when I killed you and your pitiful brother" [Willowheart bolted through the forest after Lightningstrike, losing him after they reached the clearing and he ran off to fight. Her heart ached and she could barely move. The Slayers were attacking once again. When she spotted the silver pelt, and the ginger pelt of the two toms she cared most about, Willowheart began searching frantically for Songpaw. Bounding headfirst into the fray, the she-warrior pushed through cats, sniffing the air and glancing around. Where was she?!] "Songpaw? SONGPAW!? Where are you!?• [Birdpaw opened her green eyes, blinking a few times, searching around for what had pulled her from her state and only finding Snowcherry. the apprentice's eyes went wide with shock.
Snowcherry. It was you! You took Shadow from Birdsong! From me!
Now little one, hush. No one must know. Especially not Snowcherry. There is still much to tell, but now you must fight. I will mourn over Shadow by myself quietly.
Birdpaw nodded and rose to her paws, then looked up at the she-cat beside her, green eyes narrowing, a deep unsettling distrust clear in their depths. Curling her lips back slightly, Birdpaw seemed to age, her resemblance to Birdsong more striking than before] "I'm fine, Snowcherry. Now I have to go" [Turning away, Birdpaw threw herself back into the fighting, bounding up to Ravage, Birdsong's quiet sobs in her head] [And now begins my three day hiatus! I'll be back on Sunday evening! c:] _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You know, it feels intoxicating To be intimidating It's invigorating To see you shaking Last night I had a revelation Somehow I have to make you pay It's all about manipulation And what it takes to get my way I don't believe in soft solutions No one makes a fool of me Without receiving retribution No one hurts me and goes free

[Gorge blinked as the moody cheetah snarled a question at the two. His ears twitched. That attitude. Yes, it was just another reason among many that had led the two to this decision. Gorge's image flickered again in the moonlight, disappearing from view for a brief moment. A few heartbeats later, he was standing whisker to whisker with Comet. He grinned slightly, exhaling deeply.] "Aww, that's not a cool reaction!" [he whined, a pout crossing his face. He sighed, his eyes darkening slightly. His tail lashed behind him dangerously.] "I was trying to go for a different reaction, since we are dead. We came back especially for you; we're afraid that we will miss you once we leave this place," [he sighed, grinning slightly.]

Comet [Comet narrowed her dashing eyes, raising her snout as Gorge appeared before her. She shook the warriors pooling over her off in one easy shake, and twitched her whiskers, claws glinting in the blue moonlight.]
"I have no time for you tonight, Gorge," she snorted, eyes glinting haughtily. "Is it not enough that I rid you of worrying over how to live? I did you a favor, you know. Living is so drab- being dead is so much more fitting for you." [She glared at him, eyes glinting. So sure of herself. There was no way Gorge would beat her, even in death! Haha!]
Ravage
[Ravage merely shook himeslf roughly, sending warriors flying off his back. He gave Dragonfire a vicious swipe that sent her flying off of him and smashed his paws across those at his feet, crushing and harming all those in his path. His attention was caught, however, by Gorge. He narrowed his eyes, letting out a hiss. The blue moon was giving powers to those who had a strong spiritual connection-therefore, a spirit must be just as powerful. Instantly, he garnered a theory: Gorge was stalling them. From this theory came two more: Gorge was just there to distract them by taunting them, or he was there to attack them because being physical became much more possible for a spirit strengthened by the light of the sacred moon. Ravage was no fool-the brothers must have carried their hatred for their killers to their grave. They were here to seek revenge-whether by making the plan fail or by somehow killing Ravage! But where there was one brother, there was always the other. Where was-
At that moment, a huge paw flew from the shadows and slammed into Ravage's face, stunning him. He staggered backwards, eyes widening as he saw Splinter step from the shadows.] "You," he snarled, eyes blazing. "Greetings, Ravage," Splinter said gleefully, a demented look in his eyes. "Miss me?" "Do us all a favor, Splinter, and crawl back into your bloody grave," Ravage said coldly, swiping at Splinter. [To his surprise, his claws made contact with the spirit, making him flinch, but like Ravage, Splinter was being protected by the full moon.] "Tell me, Ravage, who do you think is more powerful?" Splinter asked softly, eyes glinting with malice. "A living being with spiritual power or a spirit itself, completely connected to the spiritual world and all of its power? I'd think, blue moon or not, we both know the answer." [Ravage roared angrily, fear flashing in his eyes for the first time. He understood what Splinter was telling him almost immediately.] "But the blue moon is important, you see," Splinter said with glee, "Because it gives me the final kick I need to do this." [At that, Splinter lunged at Ravage, biting his neck. Blood sprung forth, flowing down Ravage's neck. Ravage roared, fighting Splinter off. As they disengaged, Ravage's neck slowly healed over. The remaining blood was the only sign that Ravage had been hit. Ravage roared in frustration. This was not good. Splinter was more powerful than him now that he was a spirit, and the blue moon gave him enough power to become physical without having to worry about running out of energy. As an added advantage, Splinter was powerful enough to break through Ravage's protective shield of power and inflict damage. If Splinter fought hard, he could actually kill Ravage-that is, if he could fight Ravage successfully. Ravage snarled in laughter, licking his lips.] "Too bad for you, Splinter, you never were a fighter," he snarled harshly. "Even with the Clan cats fighting with you, you would never be able to kill me. I've always been the better fighter!" "Maybe so," Splinter mused, a smug expression on his face, "But what about your precious love? Do you think she could fight off a mountain lion or two, all on her own?" [Ravage's eyes widened, and he snarled more viciously now, eyes widening.] "You wouldn't dare-!!" he roared desperately, but Splinter chuckled at him, a dark look falling over him. "Why, yes I would." [Ravage lunged at him, but the spirit dissipated, whisking away. Ravage stumbled and fell onto the ground. A swarm of Clan cats fell over him, trying to keep him down. He roared in rage, trying to shove past him. While he was distracted, Splinter had re-appeared next to Comet, licking his lips. He lunged forward, attacking Comet from behind. She screamed in surprise, panicking as she saw blood flow forth. Splinter ripped at her flank, and she jumped back, eyes widened. Her wounds began to heal, but Splinter turned to his brother, grinning.] "Get ready, dear brother," he murmured. "A little bite to the neck should do the trick." [Splinter lunged forward and tripped Comet. As he struggled with her, Gorge was free to attack as well, and there was only thing left for him to do.] "NOOOO!" Ravage roared, trying to sprint towards them, but he would be too late, no matter how fast he ran. [The Clan cats were weighing him down, and the brothers had a window of a moment to land the final blow. Ravage became blinded with rage, snarling and fighting through the wave of cats to try and reach them. Not Comet-anyone but her!]
Silverstar
[Silverstar turned to glance at Thunderflight, her eyes darkening.] "We're going to attack!" she stated boldly, her tail lashing. "Elders, queens, and kits remain here! Apprentices will come to help all the injured off the battlefield, but do not fight them. Repeat, apprentices will NOT fight the Slayers! Warriors, come with me to fight for our lives and our way of life! StormClan may be late but we are not cowards! Attack!" [StormClan let out battle yowls and poured over the hill, running past the gathering of Elders and kits from the other Clans. Embergaze raised his ears, watching the wave of warriors with eyes yearning. Mapleleaf pressed against him, her eyes filled with wistful pride.] "Go," she breathed softly, licking him on the cheek. "But you'll need help with the elders and kits here-" he protested, but she put her tail over his muzzle, eyes blazing. "Don't worry about me-your Clan needs you. Go and fight. I know you want to." "Mapleleaf..." he murmured, torn between leaving her to fight or staying and leaving his Clanmates to fight. "Fight for me, Embergaze. Fight for me and your Clan. Go, before I rip your fur off for waiting!" she insisted. He hesitated, eyes filling with emotion, and then he said huskily, "I love you." She purred at him, licking his nose, and murmured, "I love you too. Now go, Embergaze!" [He nodded, giving her a lick himself, and sprang away, trailing after the wave of StormClan cats. Mapleleaf watched him leave with a sad sigh, shifting on her feet. StarClan, protect him, she prayed, lowering her head. The StormClan cats ran down the length of the tree bridge until it reached the point where it was submerged in water. Then they sprang from the edge to the tip of the shore of the island where the other part of the tree lay. Using their claws, they clawed up the trunk and onto dry ground, and sped past the destroyed thorn bushes and into the clearing, pouring in to help those who had fallen. StormClan had arrived, and not a moment too soon! Silverstar immediately rushed towards Comet. She saw the spirits of Splinter and Gorge there pinning her down; she did not understand it, but she knew Comet had to be killed. Comet squirmed free of them, attempting to run away. At that moment, Silverstar lunged, latching onto the cheetah's face. Comet screeched, swiping the leader away. With a swift bite, she dispatched the leader and flung her to the side. BUt it was enough-Splinter leapt from behind and pinned her down again. The body of Silverstar lay limp off to the side, nonmoving. Blood pooled around her silvery fur, glinting in the moonlight.]
Thunderflight
[I felt my heart soar as Silverstar said we would fight. I raced forward, leaping onto the island. My leg ached, but I tried to put it behind me. We would avenge our fallen clanmates! I flung myself into battle, clawing at Ravage. For some reason, he was trying to get to another side of the island, and he was shaking the swarm of cats off him with desparation. I bit into his leg angrily, but became confused when he did not bleed. What was happening?! Suddenly he kicked me in my chest, sending me flying backwards. I struggled out of the swarm for a moment, recollecting myself, when I saw Comet in the distance attempting to run. At that moment, Silverstar leapt at her, yowling bravely. My heart froze as I saw Comet shake her head. Silverstar was flung to the side. She'll get up, I thought. But Silverstar did not move. My throat closed up. Comet suddenly was thrown down, and she roared and fought the air. I stared at her in confusion. Something seemed to be fighting her, drawing gashes in her, but whatever it was, it...it was invisible! I took a step back, fear falling over me. There were invisible foes as well? But Silverstar was still not moving. I gritted my teeth, eyes widening in horror, and I ran forward. All else became blurred-sound and smell faded away. I only saw Silverstar's limp form. To my horror, I saw blood pooling around her.] "Sivlerstar!" I yowled desperately, nosing her. "Please get up! Please!" [I buried my nose in her fur, hissing in pain. Was that her last life?! It couldn't be! I began to hyperventilate, moaning.] "P-please...mo...mommy, wake up..." I breathed into her fur, squeezing my eyes shut.
"Thunderflight?"
[My head shot up, eyes wide. Silverstar was blinking at me with a strange look on her face.] "What did you call me?" she asked softly, slowly rising. My ears flattened in embarrassment and I looked away, muttering, "U-um, n-nothing, sorry, the heat of battle-hit my head-stuff, uh, I..." [Silverstar began to purr and I looked up at her with confusion, twitching my nose. She licked me on my cheek, pride glowing in her green eyes. I stared with uncertainty, shifting on my feet.] "I've always thought of you as my daughter, Thunderflight," she said softly. "And what an amazing warrior you've grown to be." "But I fell in love with a loner," I said bluntly, eyes wide. She chuckled, murmuring, "I know. And I understand. I've felt love before, and I've always known that it cannot be controllable." "But he's back," I said softly. "He's hurt-I left him with Moonblaze. What...what are we going to do, Silverstar?" "Looks like we're going to have another warrior in our ranks," Silverstar mused, looking up at the sky. I jolted back, eyes widening further, and exclaimed, "What?!" She looked at me with amusement and said, "Thunderflight of StormClan, can you look at me and tell me with honesty that you believe that cat has saved your life before?" My jaw was hanging open, so I closed it, pondered the thought, and admitted, "Well-yes. Yes he has." "And I, Silverstar of StormClan, can admit to the same," she said. "Not only that, but he risked his life to lure Splinter away from StormClan and into a fox trap. StarClan knows what happened to the Slayer after that, but it gave us enough time to regroup and finish off Splinter when he came stumbling back into camp." [I stared at her, surprised. He had done all that? It must have happened while I was blacked out...I looked down at my paws, eyes wide.] "StormClan owes him very much," she said softly, "And he's proven his loyalty to StormClan-and to you-on more than one occasion. I do believe he deserves to at least be welcomed as a warrior." [I looked up at her, my lower jaw trembling.] "Are...are you joking?" I whispered, joy filling my every hair strand. "Please, Thunderflight, right now is the most inappropriate time to joke," Silverstar scoffed. [I laughed loud and clear, my eyes gleaming with joy. Silverstar purred in response, standing.] "Alright then. I've fully recovered now-why don't we head into battle?" "That's a wonderful idea, mother," I sighed with joy, standing. [She blinked at me, then licked my head, nodding. We turned, tails high, and raced back into battle. Comet was pinned down by the whatever-I didn't think it was a good idea to get in its way. Silverstar apparently knew so too-instead, we both headed for Ravage, eyes blazing. We would not let him succeed in destroying us! Because now I had two things to fight for. The existence of my Clan and everything it was, and to see Whisperblade again and tell him of the good news. And that I loved him. I couldn't think of any better reason to fight.]
Galestar
[Galestar slowly opened his eyes, blinking in the moonlight. Yowls pierced the air and he could smell an endless stench of blood. He screwed his face up, confused, and staggered to his feet. His fur was matted with blood, and there was a wound along his flank that had pretty much healed over, leaving only three light pink scars parallel to one another. Suddenly it all hit him-what was happening, why, and who had killed him. Comet had sprung at him, claws flashing, and had slashed his flank open. Springing off to fight other cats, she'd left him to bleed to death. He had lost a life. He hissed in frustration at how easily he'd fallen. He had rolled down into a ditch after being hit, so he had to climb his way out. Just as he reached the top, he saw Comet, Splinter, and Gorge in the distance. He froze, eyes wide. There were three of them-! But Splinter and Gorge glimmered like water-they were spirits? He narrowed his eyes, nose twitching. Comet squirmed away from them, killed Silverstar, and then was pinned down again, this time right in front of Galestar. His fur fluffed out. He was trapped! He'd have to run right through the fighting cats, and he'd likely lose another life to those flashing claws! He flattened himself to the ground. No use trying-he'd have to wait their fight out.]
Guardianpaw & Puresun
[Guardianpaw quickly rushed to his sister's side, not moving from it. Wherever his sister was, he was as well, hissing any time Ravage came anywhere close. He glared at Falconpaw, blinking, but made no move to stop the tom from anything. As long as Silentpaw was safe-!
Puresun was busy gathering the kittens, herding them off the island, and leapt back as Ravage destroyed the bridge. She hissed in frustration-this was like fighting a mountain! It would never crumble! She helped the injured off the battlefield, herding them towards the nearest medicine cat. She knew she'd be no use fighting against Ravage (and besides, she'd be trampled under the swarm of cats because of how short she was). She focused on helping the wounded make it to safety, eyes glinting with worry. Would her mother be alright? For once, she had forgotten everything about their fight and was more worried for her mother's life. She didn't know what she would do if her mother died!]
Griffonsea
[Griffonsea joined Dragonfire in attacking Ravage, latching to his back. It frustrated her that no blood was being drawn! All of a sudden, Ravage shook them off and she was thrown aside. She gasped as Dragonfire was swatted aside. She rushed to her side, eyes worried.] "Dragonfire, are you alright?" she asked, prodding the warrior with her paw. [She raised her head as Ravage was suddenly attacked by some invisible force. She watched in confusion as the cat stumbled and then fell, almost as if he'd been tripped. What was going on?] "Come on, buddy, get up," she pleaded, "Something strange is going on!" [She stayed by the wariror's side with worried eyes. Was the she-cat alright? She glanced around, watching her brother as well. Please, StarClan, let no more cats die! she pleaded.

Even if a snake is not poisonous...__________________________________________________________
[Eyes wide and fierce Serpentfang paced between the larger wildcat and the leaders, her determination to protect then rising just as high as her natural fear. The mountain cat had grown to be longer and larger then most of her clan mates, so it made her feel so much more insignificant to see another vastly larger than her glaring directly at her leader, not noticing her at all. Most of the other cats were busy fighting Ravage, so there were few cats to help her. When Comet lunged Serpentfang snarled, lunging upward to sink her long fangs into the cheet's flesh. Suddenly, as if pushed down by the paws of Starclan the cheetah was forcibly pushed down, being restrained from getting back up. Dumbfounded momentarily she looked up, trying to see if anyone was there.] Unseen forces, let Serpentfang help you as you are helping her... [Seizing this mirical the warrior began to claw at her eyes as more cats joined in the fight.]

[Dragonfire clung on to the thrashing lion's eyes, desperately trying to stay on. He blindly swung his massive paws at the cats pooling around his feet, and then, out of the corner of her eye his large paw knocked her off. The small warrior went flying through the air and slammed hard into a high tree with a loud, and ringing SLAM followed by a cracking sound. Her eyes flung open and her jaw parted to let out a pained cry as she fell to the ground with another thud. Her entire body shook with intense pain as she curled up into a ball, trying to regain her composure. Trying to stand she got up half way and then fell, over and over and over. After her 6th try to force herself to stand completely she began to pant heavily, the pain still surging through her body. Stopping for a moment she looked towards Ravage, memories flowing through her head. She had never felt so small before, she felt as if she was a new kitten once again, being forced to fight her first fight before she could fully walk straight. She felt the same hopelessness...]
This fight is worse than the wolf! How could i possibly fight such a monster!? HOW! Whats the point of dieing if you cant even leave a scratch on them? There... there has to be a way.... any way...
[Dragging herself forward at a snail's pace she headed in Ravge's direction. She had no plan whatsoever on how to fight him, but she would not sit a fight out while other warriors surrendered their life fighting a fight that she could help in. Seeing a familiar cat rush out of the fight to her sight she glanced up to see a very concerned Griffonsea. She smiled at her. She was a true friend. Her words were mere mumbles as her brain was still adjusting the the shock of such a blow. Had she found out the monster's weakness? Slowly turning her gaze back to Ravage she could see him fighting with some invisible force, and then roaring out, desperately trying to bet to the she beast. Here eyes flashed open.]
I know his weakness!! It must be the she monster! Whatever is hindering him must have said something about her. maybe if we focus our energy on bringing her down....
[Snarling in pain she tried to stand again, falling froward quickly and rushing forward trying not to fall. She landed face first on the ground and ten continued to drag herself forward at a slow pace.]

[Gorge glared coldly at Comet as Splinter intervened in the comversation. He stared with an odd amount of intensity, one that wasn't normal for him. Rage was boiling inside the spirit as he stared at the cheetah, longer and longer. This cat, and Ravage too, they both had betrayed them. They betrayed them. He trembled slightly, anger evident in the mountain lion's facial features. This happening, it was unacceptable. No, they would pay.
THEY WILL BOTH PAY.
As Splinter lunged forward, Gorge shot forward as well, laughing coldly. His tongue lolled out the side of his mouth as he ran toward Comet. As Splinter dove under to trip the cheetah, he leapt, jumping on top of Comet clumsily. He moved his head to the side, his jaws snapping eagerly as his teeth fought for a place to sink into Comet's neck. As he bit down, his claws struggled to get a grip on Comet's pelt. He laughed inside his head when Ravage's roar echoed throughout the clearing. He deserved it. He deserved every feeling he would have now; he deserved to watch his mate die, unable to stop the damage being done to her. He smiled. He silently wished to be able to see the look on Ravage's face. That look that one could imagine; full of horror, anger, fear, and pain. All of the emotions were so wonderful to witness first-paw. Simply wonderful.
As Gorge attempted to bury his teeth deeper into Comet's neck, a feeling of relief and pleasure washed over him. Memories flashed in his mind, of all of the times that she had ever insulted and hurt him. He laughed unintentionally, but it was muffled by the fur and flesh that was clamped in between his jaws. All of those awful experiences, they were all proving to be so worth enduring in that one single moment. He sighed again. Victory couldn't have tasted any sweeter to the spirit.]

A n a r c h y [The black leopard lingered in the shadows of the clearing. Her yellow eyes watched as the clan cats attacked Comet and Ravage. Those stupid cats, they had no idea how powerful she was from the blue moon. She may have fed them special herbs, but she had eaten them too. Not to mention she was their healer, giving her even more power. Oh how those incompinent fools underestimated her. How wrong they were! Anarchy hissed and slowly amerged from her hiding place, growling at the clan cats. Power rushed through her as she easily knocked aside the small cats with her large paws. Soon, Ravage and comet would perish under her claws and then those clan cats would be her's for the killing! Oh poor Ravage, he thought he knew everything, but he had been wrong to underestimate her. She was no fool, and now everything was going according to plan. Splinter and Gourge had been elimated and soon only Anarchy would be left. The black leopard smiled deviously and crept forward, closer to Ravage. Clan cats jumped at her but Anarchy simply pushed them aside. The power, such power! She was even more powerful then Ravage. Just like it should be, she thought evilly and surpressed a laugh.
The leopard was close to attacking Ravage, ready to show him who was really the most powerful, when a familiar, yet annoying voice caught her attention. It was Splinter, and Gorge was not far from him. Anarchy paused for a moment and hissed. So the mercenary worms were back it seemed. Ah so it seemed they had come for their revenge on Ravage and Comet. Oh this was just too good for words. It seemed like Anarchy's job had just been made even easier as the brothers attacked Comet. Anarchy lashed her black tail and watched as the brother attacked Comet viciously as Ravage struggled to reach his mate. Oh this was just too good! If really had been the perfect idea to get Comet and Ravage to kill of the two idoitic brothers. And, better yet, she was in the clear since the brothers had no idea that it had been her that had given Comet the idea in the first place! Oh things were going excellently for the she-cat. She may not even have to kill Ravage, all she may have to do is focus on the insolent clan cats. Oh yes, things were going perfectly.]S i l e n t p a w [Silentpaw quickly helped Rabbitpaw with the wounded. She had caught on quickly to what she was supposed to do, btu kept repaeting key things in her mind. The battle still continued strong around but the crippled apprentice tried her best to ignore it. She felt something soft brush against ehr pelt and she glanced up from her patient to spot Guardianpaw at her side. Silentpaw felt immidiate relief come over her now that she knew her brother was safe. It felt good to have him by her side but now a new thought came over her. Shimmerpaw. Silentpaw hadn't seen her friend since she arrived and, for all she knew, the she-cat could be fighting for her life against the Slayers, badly wounded, or worse... Silentpaw shook her head, trying to erase the image that was forming in her head. She glanced over toward Falconpaw and her eyes widened in horror as he took off toward the battle.]
"Falconpaw!" she yowled, very worried for her new friend.
[What was he thinking? He couldn't fight the Slayers! They were killing full-grown warriors like they were kits! He wouldn't stand a chance, and he was still healing from a previous injury. Stupid toms. Silentpaw wanted to rush after him but she knew if she ran into a Slayer, she was a goner. So, she tried to surpress her fear and focused on the injured cats that were being brought over. They'd be fine, her friends would all be fine.]H a u n t e d h e a r t [Hauntedheart hissed as she was thrown from Ravage The medicine cat hit the ground hard and rolled over. Her right front paw hurt but she refused to back down. Blood trickled down from a small wound on her side but she ignored it. It wasn't bleeding heavily enough to cause any immediate damage. Letting out a yowl, the NightClan she-cat lept toward the lion again, aiming for any area she could sink her claws into. However, the lion simply shook her, along with other cats, right back off again. Hauntedheart let out a yowl as she landed heavily on her side. She didn't think anythign was broken but the force of the landing had hurt greatly. She stood up slowly and spotted two more large cats. Her eyes widened slightly until she noticed that the two cats appeared to be spirits and they were... attacking on of the Slayers? Hauntedheart didn't understand it but she didn't wait to. Instead, she made another attempt at injuring Ravage, aiming for his underbelly.]F a d i n g p aw [The medicine cat apprentice quickly followed her new mentor toward the Gathering. The moon was high in the sky but glowed blue tonight. Fadingpaw stare dup at it in amazement and her blue eyes widened. She glanced over at Cindermoon, who was walking beside her, and smiled at the deputy. As Silverstar explained their orders, fadingpaw nodded before charging toward the fight. She glanced around, taking in the brutal sight before racing toward the smell of herbs. She knew her mentor would want her to help treat some of the wounded cats. she quickly spotted a group of apprentice tending to some cats and padded over to them. They smelled of NightClan and one of them at a crooked paw (Rabbitpaw) while another one seemed to be crippled (Silentpaw). Fadingpaw padded calmly toward them and dipped her head in greeting.]
"Hello, I'm Fadingpaw, the StormClan medicine cat apprentice. Do you need any help," she mewed calmly.
[She hadn't even finished speaking when a cat was rushed over to them and Fadingpaw immediatly jumped into action. She began to treat the cat quickly, knowing more were probably on the way when a small voice met her ears.]
"Hi, I'm Silentpaw. I can help if you want," the crippled she-cat mewed calmly.
Fadingpaw glanced and nodded. "Sure, put marigold on the wounds that have stopped bleeding while I patch the wounds up," she mewed calmly, passing the marigold over to Silentpaw.
[She was curious about the crippled she-cat. She had said her name was Silentpaw, meaning she was an apprentice, but had her leader let her become a warrior apprentice or was she the new medicine cat apprentice?]
"So, are you NightClan's medicine cat apprentice?" she asked as she finsihed tending to the cat before her. She glanced up and saw an almost angry look on Silentpaw's face.
"No. I'm a warrior, just because I'm crippled doesn't mean I can't fight!" she mewed firmly and Fadingpaw smiled.
"Wow, that's great, Silentpaw. I'd never have the courage to do that if I was in your situation. I'm sure you'll make a great warrior," Fadingpaw mewed and Silentpaw smiled back to her as they finished working on their patient.
[Her words seemed to have calmed the NightClan apprentice and Fadingpaw was glad. Silentpaw seemed like a very determined she-cat and Fadingpaw could sense that if she wanted to be a warrior so badly, she'd do it. The medicine cat apprentice smiled and glanced back toward the battle, watching it as she waited for more injured cats.]C i n d e r m o o n [Cindermoon charged into the battle. She heard the yowls coming from the clan cats and the smell of blood overpowered her. The StormClan deputy smelled the vile smell of the Star Slayers and hissed. The blind she-cat charged toward the smell and lunged at the closet one (Ravage). Rage rushed through her body as she attacked the Slayers. There was no way Cindermoon was going to let the Slayers win. No one attacked StormClan and got away with it!]
OOC:: Feel free to kill Cindermoon, she's going to die in the battle anyways
