And to be honest, American healthcare is nearly the best.
USHC, even though most need insurance, have the insurance that you will be helped, even if you don't have insurance. Those are "Free-Clinics", which are government funded sometimes or charity-oriented for some.. No heathcare is perfect, but I would say how we run ours, we are doing just fine.
