Laulella is a Dysadin. The horns and markings on her skin symbolize a stage of growth.

From what I understand, she was for a time. But I purchased her from those people, and she is under my protection now.

That's actually the reason i've stopped in today. I'm about to head on over and make sure that the support systems are online. So long as they are, I could move people over immediately.

I will have to check up on the Vault later and see why new techs are not getting received. Do you have any belongings with you? Its a short trip, but will be one way for now.
