Ganeni looked around him. There was a pedastral somewhat to the left of him but it was kinda far away. Something crashed there but Tobasu was there so it should be alright... Ganeni started to wonder if Sabu made it out alive.
As he continued to look around him he heard a woman crying. That set off that tingle in his heart again. More like a sting as if part of him already knew what happened. As he inspected her a bit more he saw that it was Rin-Tao. On her knees with...damn he couldn't see it. He dashed towards her but each step brought him closer to the truth. Untill he was nearly next to her.
"S...Shinji?" He could barely speak out.

Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Just as they reached the boarders of the fire country, Yuna beckoned Matsuda to stop. He placed a hand onto a tree for support and rubbed his bloodshot eyes. "I shouldn't have fought tonight. I've awakened the second stage of my Kaigokougan." Matsuda stopped and spun around. She slapped Yuna across the face hard. "I'm well aware of what you did. What did I tell you? Do you want to end up dead? Like your mother?" Yuna remained silent. When he spoke, he spoke in an ashamed whisper. "I wasn't aware it was fake." Matsuda was furious. "That was why we were there! To check its validity! We knew of the existence of the fake swords and their traps. Your arrogance could have gotten you killed." "I'm sorry." Yuna said after a long break. "It just felt like the real thing. The fakes were a 50-50 chance, I didn't realize. The myth is true... There are 7 fakes left." Matsuda nodded. "Yes." she glanced over to the still sleeping Mai. "I didn't want so involve one so young, but it appears she is our sword identifier." She handed her over to Yuna. "Take her back to our home. I'll meet you there after I take care of a few things. I also need a bit of information so don't wait up." She turned but before she left she added one more thing. "And Yuna-chan, I'm glad you didn't get yourself killed..."

He nodded, acknowledging his duty. Yuna scooped up Mai and dashed away. The bumbs and shakes of travel slowly jarred Mai awake. "Wha...what?" Yuna stopped abruptly and descended from the tree with a light tap. He set Mai down and kneel'd to her level. "How are you feeling?" Mai freaked out. "What the hell?! Who the hell are you??" Ganeni felt something roll down his cheeks. His eyes were narrowed. His body didn't respond to anything he wanted it to do. Those words kept on echoing in his mind HE'S DEAD.....HE'S DEAD....HE'S DEADHe fell to his knees looking at Shinji with empty nearly glass eyes as all the memories he made with his best friend flooded his mind.
