OMG! I dont know if y'all have seen the new trailer for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince yet but if you havent I encourage you to go check out my profile. I put it up and its absolutely awesome! I hope you guys enjoy, I sure did!

The one with Ron and the love potion? Amazing! It was one of my favorite scenes in the book. I was so excited when I saw it. 200 days till the movie though. That still is upseting :/.
So how is everyone else?

Good luck Min. And nice profile Slytherin. I wish I was as computer smart as you and could get mine to look like that. Mine is just some stupid thing with a bunch of military music videos. And thanks Suze, I know how you feel Min. I've been sleeping all the time and I don't have time to sleep because I have to deep clean the kitchen before I leave friday, I also have to pack and clean my room, plus I have to finish finals. Though I don't have to really worry about those until Friday because that's the day I have the two I'm worried about back to back. It sucks. Plus I have my dad on me about the marines. I literally cried myself to exhaustion last night because he made me so mad. I have a very hard time staying mad so most of the time I just wind up hurt.

Lily, that sucks. I hope things get better. Sometimes dads want to chose for us. My dad wants me in the miltary (I hope he is joking. It is totally not for me. I am too lazy and messy to survive there. :.. )

I thought HBP was kind of boring the first time I read it, but the preview for the movie made it look exciting :3 I can't wait to go see it. I also saw the preview where Dumbledore meets Riddle at the orphanage. That was kind of eerie.

Suze, you don't have a military personality at all; your dad MUST be joking, especially since most fathers don't want their daughters in harm's way.
Justamoose, I saw that preview too. I hope they don't try too hard to make child-Tom TOO creepy because they might wind up making him look like a bizarre spin-off of the boy from The Omen or something. dramallama

I should hope so. Seriously, I think I would get kicked out after a week. Haha. I am more of a free spirit type person. I don't take directions well unless they are asked politely. (I will not do anything without someone saying please. If I am being polite to you, don't I deserve the same respect? I am funny with things like manners. I feel they need to be used more often.) Yeah, my dad still wants to "shield the guys away" so I guess he was joking about the miltary if guys are the worst of his fears. rolleyes
I loved the preview. Apparently, the director cut out the battle scene at Hogwarts but put one at the Burrow. O.o? Hehe. That's why in one of the previews Ginny is seen running around in a robe.
OMG, I found the most amazing picture today! Well actually, I found it yesterday..

Poor Suze, xd but most fathers worry about that.
My dad told my sister more often than me that he wanted them to avoid boys. Dad once said around me he'd disown any of kids that were gay...probably because he and Mum thought I was a lesbian. I don't care what he thinks; he's not my biological father and we've never been close anyway.
I have no interest in meeing my biological father. He's a git that ditched Mum when he found out she was pregnant. He pays child support and that's all that matters.
I guess it's an okay picture, but if the jaw emcompasses her head how is it supposed to roar?

  Sorry for being out of Haven for so long! I'm typing on a borrowed laptop which just happens to be my dream computer- the highest end MacBook pro which I have on loan through New Years!
I'm heading over to finally post House points, but I thought I'd first share pictures of the newest member of the LHH household - meet SHIMMER, a 10 week old lilac tabby! We found each other at Twilight and I thought she was a blue tabby. When I saw her in daylight, I was floored to see the rose colored pads which are signature of the lilac. (Blues have slate blue pads). Anyway, I tried to name her Twilight, then Esme (though very loving, she's far to hyperactive to be calm Esme. I tried Hermione Grace, since she is very smart, but Shimmer is what she responds to, and she has a lot of light shimmering in her coat. No rainbow effect though

She resembles a purebred Bengal, but is a hand-raised rescue kitten. Shim has a silver face, silver paws and silver and dark lilac stripes and rosettes on her sides and a silver belly with lilac spots. She also has a dark lilac owl on one cheek (you can see it in the profile picture), and a dark lilac wolf on the other cheek!
My beloved Topaz passed peacefully on to the great catnip Elysian fields at the ripe age of 19 years, 7 months and Bodhi and I missed her terribly. We visited several cat rescues til little Shimmer claimed us.    Also, I am pleased to announce, and will be posting semi-soon as a main announcement that:

OHMIGOSH THAT KITTEN IS THE MOST ADORABLE THING I'VE SEEN SINCE.... since... well, since Blade got too big to be called a kitten... But what a sweetie!!!

You might notice that I have a similar one in my siggy that I designed for my own username. wink
I actually designed 13 banners for the Haven, including the one above. Click here if you'd like to see where LHH posted them. Most of them are characters from the MWPP era since there were so few and I felt like my fave era wasn't being fairly represented. lol
I'm very proud of myself; I spent a half and three hours on them! biggrin
LHH, you're kitty is AMAZINGLY cute! 4laugh When my mum was a teenager she had a Siamese-ish cat with lilac fur that she atually named Lilac. She still misses her sometimes. heart
