It simulates her sonic scream but I don't think I'm going to use it. It's clunky.

Hmm.. *she looks at it curiously.* Well... i guess you could ask someone to make it into some kind of voice box. it seems really cool.... *she looks up at her and grins.* Were you trained by Dinah?
