Kiera nodded as she started to swim over to the gates of the arena. Once there, she looked to Shiro who was still standing on a rock near Eve. "The Hydra is a tricky creature to kill. If you slice off one of its heads two more will just grow back." As Shiro edged away she thought carefully although stared at the Hydra who was weary about the people moving away. Well at least a couple of its heads were. "When you cut off one of its heads, dip your sword in the poisonous blood so that when you cut off the rest of the heads no more will grow back. That's how Hercules defeated it in the myth.." Shiro then dived into the water and swam over to the others, leaving Eve to face the Hydra who looked pretty angry as it seeped poison out of its pores and mouths. "We can't leave until they fight. We can't leave without a challenge."

*Eve nodded, "However about i just desinigrate the whole orginisem... just like veria." She smerked as her hair cought on fire, she suddenly swung her blade, as the handle came apart with a glowing orange chain that extended it's reach as it cluched around the head of the creature, eve didn't slice through it though, instead she used it to pull herself into the air as her body fired fully up into lava and slamed onto the creature, eve was correct if the orginisem is complaitely disingrated it can't regenrate nor grow any heads, as as she was burning the creature all the way from the head on down to the the water, the water started to boil aswell as eve looked up, out form the lava that consumed her her fire eyes showed, "go i got this... the real challange is being able to stand how hot this is gonna get!" Shortstraw looked to keria and shiro, "can't we just go... she seems to have this without even needing us..."

Shiro shook her head. "We did nothing on this level. We preformed one of the sins, Sloth." Kiera frowned. "There was nothing for us to do." Shiro scowled. "The point is teamwork, like with Cerberus. Teamwork is supposed to get easier as the crowd gets smaller but yet another sin got in the way." Shiro looked back. "Pride." Kiera looked away stubbornly. "They really care about these sins, don't they." Shiro rolled her eyes. "This is the place where they punish sinners. Of course they will care!" Between the arguing and fighting, there was a rumbling from beneath the water, and where the first Hydra fell, another arose out of the water. Kiera raised and eyebrow. "Now I see why this is the anger level. They're trying to tempt to into being impatient. Who knows how many Hydra's there are before the true one comes along." Shiro slapped Kiera's head as if blessing it. "NOW SHE LEARNS."

*Eve swung her leg into the hydra, spun in a circle and suddenly sent a shovkwave of her lave flames to burn it to ashes. Seemingly, loving the abilty to be her true self, a Lava Elimental. She however nodded to keria and the other, "teamwork huh els eyou cant leave. Whatever, just dont touch the water. Shortstraw find everyone a posstion, have everyone involved on the next one." Shortstraw nodded and looked to keria, "alright the water wont hurt you, it's poison, but just like eve your true fire would burn any liquid or thing to nothingness. You take it on with eve. Shiro, here..." he handed her his two pistols, "take am and fire, it wont kill it, but it will make it angry." He jumped up a few rocks and spun his daggers in his hand as he heard the next hydra on it's way, "when you have it's attention i will cut of it's first head, keria you burn the part i cut to nothing ness, eve you burn the rest of it, shiro you have to make it come at you with the pistol rounds so i can slice the thing!" he yelled.
((no idea how long i might be able to stay might be my last post... if it is night night, i'll see you whenever i do actully get off work tommorow 0w0 and good Rp thnks for being on.))

Kiera looked around her little spot that was just elevated from the water and looked down to the deeper parts which seemed to have no end to the darkness. There was more rippling but she convinced herself that it was just to get her angry. Kiera nodded to Shortstraw then glanced to Shiro who happened to be chuckling at the guns in her hands. "What's so funny?" Kiera rose an eyebrow as there was more rippling. Shiro giggled a little, getting a feel of them. "Oh nothing. I have never used automatic human invented weapons before." Kiera dragged her tongue across her teeth. "You mean guns. I thought you were old, anyway." Shiro's eyes thinned at her. "Not that old." Suddenly, disrupting their conversation, right in front of them appeared a larger Hydra out of the water, and with many more heads than the last one. Shiro was so surprised she almost fell back into the water.

*Shortstraw looked to Shiro, "hey get it's attention!" he readyed himself as Eve made sure to stay in possition... hopeing the little girl would actully get it's attention. Infact she was shore only one head would actully look to her as Eve stepped back, "NEW PLAN, everyone has a head!" Shortstraw nodded, "Fine by me! I'll take the ugly one!" He jumped into the air and used his speed to slice at the head he picked sending it to keria, "Burn it up!" he yelled, meanwhile Eve was focusing on one head and the rest of the body, jumping around and burning both with her lava. Now it was just keria and shiro's heads to take care of... and quci before more grew!*

More heads were just about to grow in the place of the sliced off ones before there was a snap of Kiera's fingers and the stumps where melted into place, creating almost a new layer of skin on top of both of them. When she had done that, she pointed her right hand to the neck of the head she was supposed to remove, and as she moved her arm sharply to the right the head sliced clean off. There was already a layer where the head couldn't grow back because Kiera had used heat to cut the head off. Shiro's head was already off. She had combined her magic into the guns to create some weird kind of bullet that would expand as it got closer and blew the head clean off. Kiera made sure to seal it afterward. The Hydra took a couple of steps back weakly before it fell into the water and sunk down into the depths. Kiera, Shortstraw and Shiro were gone before Kiera could have given any word to Eve.
The fifth level. Violence. Kiera's designated layer. The fifth circle houses the violent. Its entry is guarded by the Minotaur, and it is divided into three rings. Shiro, Shortstraw and Kiera were placed into a different one each. Shortstraw was transported to the outer ring. This ring houses the violent against people and property. Sinners are immersed in Phlegethon, a river of boiling blood and fire, to a level commensurate with their sins. Kiera was placed into the middle ring. In this ring are suicides and profligates. The suicides – the violent against self – are transported into the thick of gnarled thorny bushes and trees and then fed upon by Harpies. Shiro was placed in the inner ring. Here are the violent against nature (sodomites). All reside in a desert of flaming sand with fiery flakes raining from the sky. Only Shiro knew what each challenge presented for them, however she had no way of communicating this to the others.

*Shortstraw looked around... "damn i guess i have no choice but to figure out this one on my own..." He glared and took carful attention to his surrioundings. He tried to think to keria, just in case perhaps he could find a quick answer. After all him and keria were linked, he could talk to her anywhere... and she could here Shiros thoughts on a regualr bases... asuming it would work...*

The thoughts couldn't reach. Being in different dimensions, Kiera's wavelengths couldn't reach through time warps like that. Even so, Kiera was a little preoccupied. Stuck in what it seemed a maze of never ending thickets. Every time she dared to move her skin would get even more torn. What the hell was she supposed to do in this position? She had no power, she felt it depleted. No fire to burn up all this damned greenery. It hurt a lot. She already felt blood trickle down her hands and legs. She was stuck. Shiro however was also in a bit of a predicament. As well as her feet burning off she had to try to avoid the flakes that threatened to fire her up as they fell from the sky. She desperately looked around for the solution to this puzzle. This was an obvious sign that the puzzles were getting suddenly harder. Although Hell was never really slow about these things. In Shortstraw's level, he may have seen straight above him a Centaur standing upon a platform wielding a bow and arrow about 30 meters above him. The Centaur aimed it's arrow at Shortstraw and threatened to shoot unless he got into the river.

*Shortstraw looked around, the arrow would surly do some damige, and of course it would be a spechal one... He was going to pull out his pistols... but shiro had them. He was going to pull out his bow and arrows... he left them int he hideout when they went to the city. He pulled out his crossbow. and looked to it, "well it will have to do..." He looked up and pointed it up at the monitar... but he didn't fire nor move just yet, he was ready if needed, but he was quickly putting up a plan in his head, he needed to get up there to kick it off it's pedistool, question was, could his gotlet chain spear reach that far?*

The Centaur snorted and retracted it's bow and arrow as it stared down at Shortstraw accusingly. "Who gave the child weapons." The Centaur grumbled as it glanced down the platform then back to Shortstraw. In the river bobbed the heads of some humans who were all screaming in pain at the fact they were being boiled alive. When one would too too far up on the surface, the Centaurs who surrounded the river would shoot them back down with their arrows dipped in the blood of a Hydra. The Centaur pointed its arrow back at Shortstraw and fired just next to him, then the other side. Kiera knew it was her challenge to claw her way to the top. To the light at the top of the thickets. And yet it seemed to far away. Even so, Kiera started moving little strand by strand from her body and tried to climb upwards. The thickets got tighter, and she couldn't help but to be scratched everywhere and gouged. Every time she would grab onto something her hands would get more bloody.

*SHortstraw was supprized it didn't actully hit him and only shot around him... were they warning shots? He glared and fired his first bolt at the Centar, aimed center mass so it would have to move to not get hit, meanwhile shortstraw rose his arm out and fired his spear out to the side of the centar, if he dodged the bolt the spear would perce him, and shortstraw would pull him down, if he dodged the spear he would get hit by the bolts from teh crossbow.*

The Centaur threw off the whole of Shortstraw's planning by catching the first bolt and throwing it back to him. The other fires didn't get to him because he didn't move from his spot. Annoyed now, the Centaur pulled a horn from it's side and blew it to alert all the other Centaur from around the river. They all turned their attention to Shortstraw. And all aimed their arrows to his head. Shiro was running through the desert, quite willingly, to find the oracle. That was the challenge. To find their salvation. In Shiro's case, another person. Just any other person in the desert. In Kiera's case, it would have been reaching the top of the thorns. In Shortstraw's case, it would have been finding the odd Centaur out.

*Shortstraw gulped... he was in it now... but then he finally relized somthing. This had to have some sort of tricky in it. There were alot of centars... alot looking the same aiming at him... surly only one could either be killed, or controled the others... he knew that if he could perhaps seprate that one perticular one out from the others, and killed it then he maybe win his way out of this levle. He spun a dagger in his hand and through it to the ground as hard as he could, making a echo, meanwhile he moved his arm and snatched his spear into the air and swung it past the other centars... as he did so he carfully watched what they would do...

All of the Centaurs heard the threat in the clang and all turned their arrows to it. All except one, who still had their arrow poised on Shortstraw. The one on the other side of the river, almost closest to him. The Centaur noticed that the others were doing something different, and cursed some unknown latin phrases. "You imbeciles! You all exposed me!" Shiro saw someone in the distance. She didn't stop, even if it was a mirage she'd have to settle with it. Lucky for her, this was one of the seven virtues she was emitting, and so when she would finally reach the other person it would turn out to be real. Only a couple of third degree burns on her feet and around her body.
