Not really, that option is already there. With the exception of the last two arcs, because I went ahead and jumped them on account of them being part of a Saga.
But now, we're gonna go back to Divisions and has fun.

Taigaa, we need to have a Mini-Arc where the whole Seireitei is put to a test by a group of Captains, where it seems to be invaded by Hollow forces.
Kind of like in the Amigai arc, so it can show and makes squads learn how to fight together as a team.
Have Akane be one of those Captains when I get him to the 7th Div.
In the beginning, have him go to the Yuki, and throw down a file telling his thoughts on how the Seireitei acts when in mass-confusion and during wars, and then he tells her of an idea of how to make it better o.o
