Mia, that stinks. We can all relate to the stress. Around this time of year so many teachers try to cram in material before the semester ends. While students are trying to keep up in ALL of their classes, individual professors wonder why their pupiles aren't turning in work.
Suze, you're not grouchy on here. Maybe your grandmother's personality just clashes with yours?

Ugh, this project I'm working on is just going no where. I'm not sure what to do with it and it's due Monday. Hope you all have better luck with your work smile
Scotties, don't worry about the donation. Hopefully you can reach your goal soon.
Yes, I'm excited about the holiday season. Right now it hasn't really clicked in that Christmas is close, which it usually doesn't until Christmas Eve with me haha. I'm not the kind of person who goes searching for their presents hidden in their parents room, I'd rather it be a surprise than know everything I'm getting. Buuut, I do think I maybe getting an iPod because mine is locking up all the time for the past year and even though I didn't ask for one, my Mom keeps telling me it's something I didn't ask for and am really going to love and it's something I use a lot. But I won't be getting my hopes up razz
Hope you're all doing good biggrin

It usually clicks for me once we leave for my family's house. That won't be till the 19th though. I agree, I like to be surprised. It's funny you mention your iPod doing that, because mine does the same. Granted though, I've dropped it no less then 100 times in it's 3 years, but still biggrin Hehe, I hope you do.

I'm not sure how old mine is because I found it while raking leaves at my Dad's work for volunteer work and I couldn't believe it haha. I seen headphones and picked it up and it was a 30gb iPod! All we had to do was buy a cord to charge it and it worked fine.. But now it locks up on sooo many songs and a lot of the times it's not even worth using. But I have a pretty pink case for it which was exspensive so if I do get one, it better be another 30gb razz

Did you report that you found it? Or did you just take it? Not that I'm blaming or guilt tripping you, but wow! What's the chance of that?

I'm an any time person and I know this is way off topic, but it relates to why I disapeared. I am usually full of energy, but this weekend I just got back from an Army training thing and I am so sore from the exercises they made us do at 7 this morning. I was also frustrated because I had filled my water bottle with crystal light the night before and then didn't drink it. SO the next morning i had almost 16 ounces of crystal light left that I had to drink as fast as I could because we are not supposed to have anything in our water bottles besides water and it was the rasberry ice flavor so I knew I would get in trouble since it was dark red. That meant I downed 16 ounces of crystal light in less than 15 minutes and then had to do an hour of Running, flutterkicks, mountain climbers, sprints, pushups, lunges, jumping jacks, and all sorts of things like that. As for April no... They got it to January 12th wich is one reason Hufflepuff will not be participating in the Quidditch games. The other reason being we have two keepers, and me as seeker. I leave in January leaving two keepers and we need at least 4 players not to mention the fact that it would be good if we had an offense.

Ehhh.. That sucks Lily. I hate those exercise things that make people do. That is like the reason I didn't join the basketball team because that is all they do.
Oh, so Hufflepuff can't play? That really stinks. sad

Well it was my Dad's work so of course I reported that I found it but his boss just told me to take it home with me and that if anyone asked about an iPod he would just tell them he hadn't heard anything haha.
The only reason I haven't joined Quidditch is because I've been so busy lately and there are some days of the week that I can't get on the computer so I don't want to not be there for my team. I'll go over and take a look over it and I'll think about joining.

I love the Army thing usually, but sometimes I just want to die there because I'm in so much pain and afterwards I'm always so sore. And Grey, I think that's a lot of peoples frames of mind and unless you can get 1 other person to try with you it won't do any good because we'll be disqualified the second I leave for Boot camp because we'll be right back to 3 people needing a minimum of 4. I had a freind offer to help, but she's not from the guild so she would still have to be sorted and she might not even be able to help anyways. Oh well. I can't worry about it too much. It's finals week and the first game is this weekend so I just need to get it out of my mind.

*Shrugs* It'll be alright Suze. I'm just scared for these finals. I slept all day because I think I got sick over the weekend but I can't let that get to me because I have to study.

Suze, your avi is cute! I heart the umbrella! wink
Good luck on joining, Grey! smile
Lily, I understand where you're coming from because...
This has NOT been a good week for Minerva. sad I've been sick since Sunday (not this past one, but LAST Sundy, the 30th). The illness makes me tired and I CAN'T be tired because all of my projects are due this week and finals are next week. gonk Plus, grandma started her chemo for his breast cancer today. I really could use a hug right now, but no one in real life can give me any because I have germs. xp

Why thanks. Yeah, it was a christmas gift biggrin ! Hehe.
Even if I am not in college, I can related. I have 4 projects due before Christmas break and midterms (since I'm in high school, my finals are in May) as soon as we get back. (I don't understand that because I'll forgot everything during break...) I wish you both luck. Ahh Min, I'm sorry. If I was there, I'd give you a hug. I kinda already have germs so it's all good. I hope your grandma is okay on the chemo. It can be pretty tough...
