The legs would be set aflame and sent flying into the air. However before they gained too much altitude, several objects that looked suspiciously like purple tendons shot from the purple haze surrounding Eli's upper torso and capture them.
FWWWWWWWIIIIIIIIIP!
The tendons retracted, pulling its flaming cargo with it.
THUMP!
Eli's body rejoined rather forefully and a the creature, now set entirely ablaze, went rolling backwards at speeds so create, that it crashed through a nearby brick wall! Brick and morter were launched in every which direction, giving birth to a thick cloud of dust and Eli's own purple haze. There would also be embers floating out of the newly created hole, but mysteriously, the building would not be set ablaze.
Sitting at the end of a debris trail would be Eli. It's in one peice, but lit up like a torch. Flames threaten to consume the inside of the structure, but they seem to be contained by the purple haze.
The creature is back on its feet now, dusting off some debris. This I'ra guy made for an interesting playmate. Eli wanted to play some more, but before it would walk back outside, something caught its attention. Its eyes would focus on the wall to its left. This would seem strange because, well, there was nothing there! Eli had sensed something, some great power. Another potential playmate?
That quickly it forgot about I'ra, and rushed straight towards the wall. Reality warped, and a firey gateway opened.
FWOOSH!
It was gone.

To his Tenma's left, there is the Yamadaichi Inn, and there was a sign outside saying that it was currently letting fighters stay at the end for free.

Free...Not much was free but it was better a chance then he had seen as of yet.
So he entered the Inn. Walking in the door looking around, Not exactly sure of what he might find but as his fingers pushed the door and he held the sheath of his blade against his thigh as to not clatter against the doorway he made his way into the room.

Tenma Keigou Free...Not much was free but it was better a chance then he had seen as of yet. So he entered the Inn. Walking in the door looking around, Not exactly sure of what he might find but as his fingers pushed the door and he held the sheath of his blade against his thigh as to not clatter against the doorway he made his way into the room. "Hello, I am Mr. Yamadaichi, and I am always willing to spare a room , and for free if your a fighter, like I am. said a youthful green haired man with brown eyes, that was currently checking his email using the receptionists computer. "Our receptionist is on a vacation to leviathan stadium, my family and friends all love fighting it's what we live for." he continued with a look of bliss on him.

He nodded. It would be simple to see tenma was a fighter. From his rough callused hands to his sword buckled to his belt. Even the light scar crossing his chest would be an indicator
" I am a fighter, or atleast a swordsman if that is infact the fighter you mean"
he said lightly, his voice seemingly mettalic behind his metal mask, muffled so it sounded deeper than it was.

"I don't see any more use comming out of this." Joseph's shotgun dropped so that it pointed towards the ground, "These undead leaders just don't seem to like fighting us. Guess they're just cowa..."
Kaboom. More explosions from inside the town.
"I'm not nearly drunk enough to be here." Joseph muttered as more debris fell from the sky... Some sluge too, "I'm really not sure if I care any more. On one hand I don't want to see a trading capital leveled. Then the counterpoint: I'm not drunk enough."
It was about this point the Heavy Lifter returned to them. It appeard to be covered in spider bits. Man, giant spiders made an inpresive splat.
"Aww s**t." Joseph made an important realization, "I've still got to get my goddamn truck."
And with that the CEO once again entered Latent city... After the sludge had subsided of course.

As Vahn turned around and the Knight left and during the time which Lucind would be fending off and wyvern with a sound wave, the thing roared, or rather screamed in an extrememly high pitched note, it's jaw opening as the sound emitted. It was one of those sounds which could give someone a headache just for hearing it, and in this case, it was sort of an attack, not truely damaging, but rather stunning in action. Like a bone golem, this thing had a sound based attack, and in this case, rather than instill fear, this attack stuns and dazes those hearing it, scrambling the brain's thoughts.
Unlike the woman's sound based attack, this did not function in a specific direction, but rather in all directions to anyone and anything that could hear it, and safe to say, things with more sensitive hearing would be affected more.
And how fast was sound? Well, its faster than thought, and as such, there is no time to react to this, for as soon as it was heard, it'd be too late, and sound was simply something that moved too fast for anything to be done against it, similar to light.
In that same moment however, the area around the monster would light up in an icey coloured fire as electricity would crackle around it, tiny bolts of lightning arching over the bones. This 'aura' seemed to give off a chill as it wrapped around the creature.
Additionally, if one was to observe closely, it moved much faster than before, closing the distance between the man and itself in a mere instant. But then again, it wasnt really moving very fast in the first place before anyways, so its hard to say if this was its natural speed or something else entirely. Though, it is noted that a spider can move a distance of somewhere around thirty times its own length in a second, something which this thing's form seemed to resemble quite a bit.
Either way, it would make an attack once it had gotten in range, somewhere around eight feet away from the man, as its first leg on its right side would swing around like a tree and try to bat the man into the wall of a nearby building, doing so in the stun time of the screech, when the target was most vulnerable. Its first leg on its left side however reared back as if to strike forward right after.

"---Huuah---!!"
He stumbled back half a step, as his head jerked down and forward a bit. He could literally feel his skull somewhat vibrating, even as he was unbalanced and disoriented.
The attack was unseen, but he was able to somewhat put two and two together, considering the monstrosity was schreeching.
Even as it's bulk came barreling down at him, he was unable to move, even as he was swatted to the side.
"GHK!"
Efreet stuck back into the ground, left unattended as Vahn's body spiraled off to the side, only to impact against a brick wall, indenting and collapsing through it. Smoke and debris poured out, his body remaining unmoving.

Quote: 7th Level - Spell SequencerThis spell allows a mage to store spells and release the power contained within the spells simultaneously. The sequencer can store three spells, all of which must be of 4th level or lower. A mage can only possess one sequencer at a time. Quote: *Sequenced Spell 1st Level - Shocking GraspWhen the wizard casts this spell, he develops a powerful electrical charge that gives a jolt to the creature touched. The spell remains in effect for one round per level of the caster or until it is discharged by the caster touching another creature. While the wizard must come close enough to his opponent to lay a hand on the opponent's body or upon an electrical conductor that touches the opponent's body, a like touch from the opponent does not discharge the spell. Quote: *Sequenced Spell 3rd Level - HasteWhen this spell is cast, the affected creature functions at double its normal movement and attack rates. Spellcasting and spell effects are not sped up. Note that this spell negates the effects of a slow spell. Additionally, this spell ages the recipient by one year, because of sped-up metabolic processes. This spell is not cumulative with itself or with other similar magic. Quote: *Sequenced Spell 4th Level - Fire Shield (Chill)This spell can be cast in one of two forms: a warm shield that protects against cold-based attacks, or a chill shield that protects against fire-based attacks. Both return damage to creatures making physical attacks against the wizard. The wizard must choose which variation he memorizes when the spell is selected. When casting this spell, the wizard appears to immolate himself, but the flames are thin and wispy, shedding no heat, and giving light equal to only half the illumination of a normal torch. The color of the flames is determined randomly (50% chance of either color)--blue or green if the chill shield is cast, violet or blue if the warm shield is employed. Any creature striking the spellcaster with its body or hand-held weapons inflicts normal damage upon the wizard, but the attacker suffers the same amount of damage. An attacker's magical resistance, if any, is tested when the creature actually strikes the wizard. Successful resistance shatters the spell. Failure means the creature's magic resistance does not affect that casting of the spell. When the initial screech was unleashed, the behemoth released the spell sequencer, where in this case, made it light up in blue flames as electricity crackled around its body and its speed doubled. When Vahn would be hit with the leg, the electricity flowing over the beast would zip down into his form as give him a 'shocking experience' right after winning the HoH tournament. And the he'd go flying into a wall. At the same time, the first left appendage would drive downwards and imbed itself into the sand as it was pierced by the sharp point at the end of the leg, a second strike made in addition to the first in case it missed, though unlikely. But even then, one could never be too sure what was possible and impossible for these metas. In this case, as the first attack had struck, the second one, which was made before a thought of not making the attack could process, would miss. Well, it didn't seem like the man was getting up from that attack. Pity, he could have been observed some more for a firsthand look at his capabilities. But there was something else in the area; one other who had competed in the Heaven or Hell tournament, which would be the woman not too far away which had a wyvern to deal with. For now, the behemoth would turn its attention to her, already off to her flank. And all this was dont in a second after the screech was made; a quick attack and the results of it which led to a new target for the time being.

"It doesn't matter which sort of fighter, you are the room is free and will appear to look exactly how you want it to look. Don't ask me how, I am not sure I understand it fully myself. It's the first door on the right, at least i think be careful of our nudist guests. Oh, I am just kidding, we have no nudist guests." he replied.

(For obvious reasons, such as time constraint, I'm going to break out of the Turn Order.) "CAFF-- CAFF!" Blood was hacked out, even the behemoth turned it's attention elsewhere. Motionless had literally spared Vahn the moment he needed in recovery. At the time of impact from the hollow limb, his entire body had felt like one giant rug burn, a shock throughout his system that disoriented him even moreso than the screech had. His hair nearly stood on end, as he pushed up and out of the rubble, staring in the thing's direction through the corner of his eyes. Damn you.... I'm not through with you yet!Playing around in the finals with the god Meryl had summoned had nearly taxed Vahn, stamina wise. He couldn't just go at this jokingly like he did back then. Lifting his right arm, crimson flames roared to life, from the orb at the center of his gauntlet. All flame he had 'previously' eaten would now be put to good use. With his sword a good distance away, and the monster a good deal faster than something of it's bulk should have been, this left Vahn with solely the option of a ranged attack. "Suh---" Using the Hand's ability, Vahn grasped at the elemental core of the flame itself, pulling what looked to be a thin 'wire' out. Using his imagination, he focused the 'wire' into a concise shape, twisting it and warping the flames, which now mixed with blackened heat. A missile of black flame. It shot forward, tearing along the ground as it travelled, before lifting upwards and striking right into one of the thing's rear legs, exploding upon contact. Standing there, amidst the rubble of the wall he'd been thrown into, stood Va--- no. Archer Vahn."Dead things should stay dead!"
